I had an exceptional experience at the Russ Darrow Nissan dealership, thanks to Gabriel Dykema and Brandon. They truly went above and beyond to deliver my 2018 Honda Accord, a vehicle that I absolutely love. Jessica from Finance was also amazing to work with, as she was not pushy and offered VIP services. The attention to detail was impressive, with my name displayed as "VIP" during the test drive, which made me feel special. Gabriel's follow-up video showed their commitment to ensuring my satisfaction with the purchase. Overall, a top-notch experience with a fantastic team!Definitely coming back for future businessYou guys are amazing!!

This dealership was wonderful. We were in the market for a car, and after an unexpected accident, we ended up in the market for two cars to replace the ones that we had. We worked with a gentleman named Tyler, told him our budget and goal for pricing, and he was amazingly helpful and genuine. We ended up purchasing two vehicles from them, and Tyler was very easygoing and knowledgeable about the cars that he was selling. The whole process took a little while, (as it can, you're buying a car) but they had great snacks, kind staff, and a lot for inventory to look at. Many times car salesmen can feel predatory and try to pressure you into buying things that you don't want or need, but while they did some suggestive sales, I never once felt like this dealership was like that. I didn't feel looked down on or unwelcome, my husband and I felt well heard and actually really enjoyed our time. Overall, I can't recommend them highly enough and really appreciate the work that Tyler (and the other staff there as well!) put in to make our experience as good as it was. Thank you guys so much!

went to RUSS DARROW of West Bend for a new car, was greeted by Brett Boram, Was great first impression, very knowledgeable about new Nissan Rogue I was there to purchase. He is a newer salesman, but had the knowledge of a seasoned veteran. Brought up one for me to test drive, like he read my mind. Beautiful color, options I HAD to have. Test drive was great, asked many questions, he had all the answers. was a great experience from start to finish!!! Would most definitely recommend Brett for anyone considering purchasing from Russ Darrow of West Bend. I feel Brett went above and beyond what was necessary, upon delivery of vehicle, saw a small spot of adhesive on car from transport cover, he immediately took me back to remove this himself. Did not pass it off to someone else. The Financing agent Jennifer Seelig was fantastic also, knowledgeable in every aspect of my purchase, guiding us thru the process step by step. In closing, it was a very pleasant experience from start to finish, all the people there were great, I would highly recommend Brett at Russ Darrow West Bend to everyone looking for a car

Excellent service, very quick. I arrived a few minutes early and they were able to take my car back right away and completed the oil change and tire rotation immediately. I could see my car getting service through the observation window in the customer waiting room. After the service was completed, I received a video link in SMS text message from the mechanic servicing my car while he narrated and walked under the car while on the LIFT. The video was a first for me. Nice to have a visual to keep me informed of future problem areas. Good use of technology.

Hans Frey did a fabulous job and was super patient with me. I ask alot of questions! I appreciated his kind demeanor while shopping for a new vehicle. We also meet Rob, who was very pleasant to work with as well. Together Hans and Rob took excellent care of us.

The Russ Darrow Dealership in West Bend is superb in customer service when it comes to finding a new or used vehicle. For example, I left an email request for information on one of their cars shown on their website at 12:30 in the morning. I received a text and email follow-up within 5 minutes of my post asking if I would like a text or email message back! There was no pressure whatsoever. My request was handled professionally.The following day I made an appointment after receiving the initial information I needed. My husband and I were able to come right in, test drive the vehicle, had all our questions answered and bought the car that was best for our family and our budget at a reasonable interest rate. Our sales consultant Jacob McDermott was the very best in listening to what we needed, giving us the information we asked for, and explained any features of the car to help us drive it for the first time. After purchasing our car, Jacob has followed up by email asking how we were doing. I have referred friends to Russ Darrow for their excellent service and I will continue to do so.

Bought $70k 2024 Nissan Z Nismo and they took it to "clean it up". Delivered with hundreds of fine scratches over the whole car. Gave it to them for a day (during which they claimed to have "buffed" it) and the scratches were still there. They pretend they will repair it in good faith "keep bringing it back until we get it right", but I am not doing two 90 mile round trips twice to drop off/pick up every time they fail. That's just insane. Maybe if you hadn't sanded the paint with dirty cloths in the first place we wouldn't be in this position. I ended up having to go out of pocket to get the scratches fixed by a shop that actually knows what they are doing. Avoid this dealership like the plague and never buy a vehicle from them (unless you are into having your vehicle delivered with the clear coat scratched to hell and back). Worst dealership ever, and I've dealt with some pretty bad ones. One star only because zero isn't an option.

Second time purchasing a vehicle with one of my daughters. This time it was the youngest s turn. She had a few things she wanted and I had a budget I wanted. I saw a car online I wanted to see, but unfortunately it was sold already.Gabriel Dykema was our salesman both times now and he found a few vehicles that fit her needs and my budget. Gabe does a great job of listening to what you want and what price point and then giving you as many options as possible without showing a bunch that are out of the range. He s knowledgeable and easy going, so you don t feel pressured into buying something you ll regret in a week. We weren t buying the most expensive car on the lot and he still spent 4+ hours making it happen. Jen in financing worked and made all the numbers work so that I was comfortable with the payments. The whole team does their best to get you a good vehicle at a good price.

My sales person Ethan Schwarten was very personable and not pushy. He did an amazing job, taking care of the things I needed. The Finance Manger Robert Zillmer was also very informative and very professional.I was a little disappointed in the person who did the inspection of the vehicle when it arrived. There was some issues with the electrical system and front camera that individual missed, I discovered during my test drive. Also not sure why the gas wasn't filled before I picked up my car. Isn t that something dealers do anymore? The detailing wasn t up to the standards of just purchasing a car either.Overall, if the gas was full and not at 1/4 tank, the vehicle inspection was actually done, and better detailing, it would be five stars on this rating. Besides all that I would still recommend this dealership and will return when I am purchasing a new car.

I don t have enough good things to say. The experience was top tier. Kyle worked for almost 6 hours to find me the right car, the right loan and the right monthly payment. Him and GM Ron were truly trying to jump thru all the hoops they could to have me leaving happy. I appreciate these folks soooo much. Not to mention, I kept getting offered snacks and drinks. Can t go wrong with these guys. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

the sales department were great in the process of getting me into a used car. however, the service department never did an intake cleaning, so i had to bring it back for a full detail which took 8 hours to complete. it would be no shock if they also didn t do a thorough intake overall on the car as the battery was completely dead a month later and wouldn t even last an hour with a jumpstart. i called to ask for compensation regarding that as my sales rep said that was unacceptable and the service department refused to do anything and were pretty dismissive over the phone. i get that it s not in the warranty, but there s no reason for the battery to be completely dead a month into buying the car. good luck if you have to deal with the service department here.

I recently had an unsatisfactory experience with the sales manager, Rob during my visit to your establishment. I was quoted $600 for a service, which, upon further inspection, appears to have been unnecessary as the issue related to the car's thermostat was not properly checked as initially claimed. Furthermore, I found the interaction with Mr. Garcia to be less than professional; he was dismissive and condescending, which undermined the quality of customer service. Moreover, there was a moment in our conversation where he abruptly left, which was disappointing and unprofessional. I believe constructive feedback is crucial for improvement and hope this matter will be addressed promptly.

I recently purchased a 2019 GMC Terrain from this location and I was incredibly impressed with the customer service provided by Brandon Wilder. He provided answers for every question I asked, and when I had a question that he didn't know the answer to, we went out and got the answer. He maintained a polite and professional attitude throughout the entire process. 10/10, would buy a vehicle from Brandon again.

Roger in the service department always is so awesome to work with. Always smiling, very respectful and makes you feel comfortable coming in for anything. He does an amazing job there and his work doesn't go unnoticed at all.The two ladies that were working with Roger today 11/15/23 were awesome as well and so helpful. They do an amazing job and also make you feel welcomed. Definitely always feel respected when I come in for anything. Definitely the worst car buying experience I've ever had. I wouldnt even give them one star, but it made me so I could post this.no communication between employees and us and very poor service. Waited 45 min for a test drive after being told the car was ready to go. There's nothing like being jerked around. If My stepdaughters heart wasnt set on the car we bought I would have taken my business elsewhere and I would recommend others go elsewhere.

Don't bother with this dealership, all they do is waste your time. Hans talked a big game about giving me more for my trade in so I drove an hour out of my way to see if we could work something out for a Nissan Rogue. I worked with Brandon when I arrived and I told them what Toyota would do for us for pricing and a trade. After Brandon had his manager look at my car he came back and told me to go buy a Toyota. The manager never even showed his or her face to talk to me about my trade in. So if anyone is considering Nissan this dealers message to you is to "go buy a Toyota". I did listen to them and went and bought a Toyota the next day and couldn't be happier.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. I personally know someone who used to work there and they were fired with no explanation and it was only their 3rd week on the job.You would think a big company like this would be more invested into helping their employees succeed, but they did nothing but degrade this person and make him feel like he was not enough. So just a thought I would not recommend applying here!!

Efficient and professional. Unfortunately, one or two days afterwards , I received a coupon in the mail for oil change that was substantially discounted for that specific service. I would think if they have a special, especially since it had to have been sent prior to my appointment, they might mention it or give it to me but it will be expired by time I need another oil change. Would go there again for a purchase of a Nissen but probably go where it is less expensive for the oil change. It created negativity for certain.

Made a schedule for noon to look at a 2011 Honda Odyssey. Upon getting there 15 minutes early another individual was there to look and buy the van too. The van also had my name on a tuxedo hanging on the mirror waiting for me. During the test drive I can tell the brakes were squealing and then the sales rep said the van has not gone through their safety inspection yet. In my mind that was a red flag. I then told the sales rep I still wanted the van and I will not even try to haggle the price. Then after the test drive I waited in the front of the entrance. No one even asked me to take a seat. I had to ask the sales rep I was working with if there was a spot to sit. After waiting for 30 minutes they then tell me they sold the van to the other individual. They also ran my credit so I was more than qualified to finance it. Just overall not safe and poor customer service. I will look at the Russ Darrow group in a different view now.

We had a very good and enjoyable experience today purchasing a Pathfinder. Jacob and Rob went out of there way to help us find a happy medium to purchase the vehicle.Jennifer the financial guru worked her magic in securing a loan that fit my budget. So today may have been long but we returned home with a very nice Pathfinder. I would recommend going to Russ Darrow in West Bend, Wi for a new vehicle. Ask for Jacob or Rob, they're excellent in what they do and also very patient. Give them all 5 starsThis is a addendum to the review, having the pathfinder for about 3 weeks. It has been a bumpy road. The car has been in for repairs already. I was having problems with the cruise control and the ABS. These components were not working right.It was found that there was a broken bracket in the front of the car, that held the sensors for this function. So the bracket needed to be replaced and all the sensors needed to be recalibrated, again this came at a cost. The cost of $1165.00 plus tax. This took the wind out of my sales. I thought what next, I haven't even paid my first car payment yet. Thank goodness, Rob stated that they would pay for half of the cost.My basic complaint would be with the person or persons in the service department that inspected the car to rate it as a Certified Pre Owned vehicle, To me this means that all of the components to the car are in working order to ensure a safe and drivable vehicle. In this case it was not. The person should have been aware of the chrome piece missing on the front of the car that logically would be a red flag that some damage was done to the front end no matter how small. The under carriage of the front end of the car should have been thoroughly inspected and this problem (damaged bracket) should have been fixed prior to it. being sold. So again I have the old adage of Buyer Beware. Remember ,that seeing a Certified Pre Owned label on a car to me means absolutely nothing. The doubt of the car being totally inspected will always be there for me and the trust in the persons in the service department that are suppose to do this job, is not there.I do again want to thank Rob and Jacob for there time and patience during this journey and being there to support and intervene during this time You guys are the best.

Called dealer ship to ask if they were doing emissions testing on a Saturday. They told me yes until 5. Got there to find out there weren't and they sent me across the street to there Toyota dealership and that they could do it. Got there and they weren't doing it either. No wonder I will never by from Russ Darrow.

Took my wife s SUV in for just an oil change. Over 1-1/2hrs later, they finished. This was not the first time I had waited for en extremely long period of time for something minor. Took it in to see if they could reattach the muffler, after it had to be removed by a hitch installer. Over two hours later, they came back and told me it needed to be replaced for $650.00. Said nope, took it home, bought an exhaust pipe clamp and done, for $12.00. Needless to say, last time ever taking it to them.
