Very comfortable waiting area but the music is waaaaaay too loud. I enjoyed the complimentary coffee and snacks. Service team is professional, courteous, and friendly. Shout out to Nick for exemplary customer service.

Wow! What a difference! Love the new place. I almost did not go back to the last place, but I m so glad I did. Compared to the previous location, it was a completely different experience from start to finish. From the staff to the payment to the time frame etc, everything, 10/10 all around! And Nick was wonderful. Enjoyed watching the overall video of my vehicle as well. Great job!!!

I purchased my vehicle in January, there was a problem with the touch screen, and the vehicle was shaking. Nada an appointment, dropped the car off. It took over 2 weeks to balance the tires and figure out the touch screen needed to be replaced, which then took another week to replace. When I finally got my vehicle back, there was still a problem, I contacted service, I was told I needed to bring the car in. I did that and not to my surprise, I was told they couldn't duplicate the problem. I was prepared for this seeing that this wasn't the first time I was told this. I ask for someone to come sit in my car, where in less than 2 mins I was able to produce the problem.I was told they would look into the problem, over 2 weeks went by and no call. I finally called and again I have to bring the car in and show them the problem. I have been blown off several times, I really regret purchasing this vehicle from this place

I took my jeep to the service center and was more than impressed with the service that I received. Garland was an amazing service advisor. From start to finish I felt like family and that is something that s hard to find. I will always go back to them for their service as well as their customer service. I highly recommend them if you re thinking about a place to take your vehicle and you want to be treated correctly.

I had an oil change at the new location. Very nice building and amenities while you are waiting. Everyone was very accommodating. Love the video of the inspection after I left. The staff was very nice too!

I had such a wonderful experience working with Justin Lee and the Russ Darrow team! I knew what car I wanted to look at and was never pressured to look at higher priced vehicles, or asked to expand my budget. Communication was great and they were very respectful of my time.

Too many contacts. First a lady, then Brian , supposedly our sales person, sent 2 videos, then Jon who was very high pressure! Tried to charge us for some type of coating that they had applied without our request and the warranty that went with it, which would have upped the price by almost $3K. Not acceptable! Was ready to walk on the sales, when lo and behold they took that charge off! We had driven almost 200 miles to look at this vehicle, but I was willing to leave without it! Doubt I will ever deal with them again! It would have to be a VERY GOOD DEAL!!!!

I m a little disappointed today. Got there and had to argue with service department about my free oil changes and tire rotations. They finally got it straight but this is second time I ve had to address this. I guess customer being right is not so at this dealership. This is my third purchase there and have recommended many others to purchase from there. There is a starks difference between sales and service. Janessa is GREAT. However I came for oil change argued with service staff, spent an hour there. When I was leaving I was told brakes were good, tires were good. Then as I left I had to turn back around to have air put in my tires. After being told everything was fine. The warnings about tire pressure were clear as day when they moved it, twice! Not only was dash lit up but it sounds an alarm. Highly frustrating after a long day of work. If tire rotation and oil changes weren t free I would not being coming there for service. If only part of service being done why would I entrust you with my Jeep.

The vehicle i bought is great! However the sales department wouldnt work with me on a price and i couldnt take the vehicle i purchased home until they received title. Took over a week. The sales guy was nice and all but seemed more interested in the sale than any questions i had. Good thing i researched the car before I bought it. I had no problems with the financing guy! But it was not an experience i ever want to go through again with a dealership when I'm paying cash for a vehicle.

The first deal fell through, no fault of Russ Darrow s. It was a good offer minus the add-ons. When I called back a day later, the vehicle had sold. Needless to say, I could have kicked myself. The next morning, Russ Darrow left a message. I called Jon, the Finance man, he hadn t called me but, had asked how I was doing and maybe another vehicle would come in and Brandon would keep me in mind. A few days later I met up with Brandon, a Mazda3 came in and a deal was had. Family, friends and neighbors tell me, That s a nice car, Nanc. It s a nice car. Thanks Brandon and Jon

We took our company vehicle here to be serviced earlier this week and was not very happy with the customer service and price of service. When dropping the vehicle off I walked into the service department to hand over the keys and was ignored for at least 10 minutes. No greeting from anyone even though I had been seen by employees. I had to interrupt a conversation among employees to drop the keys off. Same thing happened when I picked the vehicle up a few days later.

From the start, there was terrible communication. Took it in for a check engine light, they did an oil change. Told them that s not what we wanted, they kept my car for four days, did repairs without permission and still gave no information. My car was also ran out of gas on a test drive and the police had to tell me about it because they were involved, they didn t bother to tell us. We had to actually go in to get any info because the guy was always going to call back in 10 minutes Stay away from this place!

The service department was awesome, amazing but I tried to cash in my reward's points. And the lady in the office behind the glass window literally made it impossible for me. I was there for over an hour and a 1/2. Trying to use my rewards points. And she had no intentions of even helping me. The service department ended up helping me. It was an awful experience at russ darrow due to that 1 girl who takes payments.

Wish I could give 6 stars! I can definitely recommend Russ Darrow Jeep in West Bend, WI for your Jeep service. I've used them before but this time it was a rather odd problem. A bolt had worked its way loose in the cross member. I partly expected some pushback because we all know how people like to tinker with their vehicles then they break something, then take it in and want it fixed for nothing. Well in this case I told the service manager, Tim, that I hadn't touched it and he believed me, took the vehicle in, and fixed the issue free of charge! Granted, the Jeep is only 2 years old, but this could have gone any direction. I know it was not a simple repair (some re-work had to be done), so I was happily surprised when they finished (included an oil change and tire rotation), and even apologized for taking longer than a normal oil change!! Definitely very classy! I will certainly continue to bring my service work there in the future, and it will also influence my next vehicle purchase :). They treat you with respect and actually listen. I hear so many horror stories these days, I'm glad I drive a little out of the way for them to service my Jeep.

I was extremely satisfied with the service on my jeep. They also did a recall software update that I was unaware of super appreciated communicates with me and followed up after car was picked up. Would highly recommend.

Brought it in for dash lights and oil change and tire rotation. Dash lights were taken care of. Told service 3 times about the oil and tires.I picked the jeep up on Saturday and no oil change or tire rotation. Not happy.

Prompt service & able to get our vehicle back to us the same day. Only complaint is that we were quoted a specific price for a scan & when I talked to the guy it was almost $100 more than what I was quoted. A scan is a scan & I realize some are more in depth, but I know they don't take that much time. My husband works for a truck dealership, so I do know how that works.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Purchased a vehicle from them. The salesman was good but the prep team was god awful. When I got home the next morning I was looking at the space I have under the backseats and they were filthy. They never cleaned it. There prep team is god awful.
