As a happy Mopar Customer. It's awesome to finally have a top tier dealership that represents Dodge, Ram, Chrysler and Jeep in West Bend. My exposure to the new dealership is through the service department. For the longest time I would do my best to avoid the dealership service department. However in the past two years I've had great customer service with repairs done correctly the first time. Plus no outrageous lists of what should be repaired. If you haven't tried the service department lately. I would say give it a try. The waiting lounge is a huge improvement.

I recently bought a vehicle from Russ Darrow and my sales representative, Trinity! was phenomenal. She made sure all my questions were answered and that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. This dealership cares about its customers and the experience they receive. 100% recommend!

Trinity was a great help. She is very attentive to my needs and wants! She got me approved for a 2020 jeep wrangler. (my dream car since i was three years old) thank you so much Trinity and the Russ Darrow family for helping through the process of making my dream come true. Overall 5 stars, I couldn t recommend Trinity enough!

My daughter recently bought her first car here and on our way home, we realized one of her headlights wasn t working properly. We reached out to the sales agent the next day and have yet to hear from him (this was over two weeks ago). She also realized that the windshield wiper washer is not working at all (it is filled). We made an appointment to purchase the car and we had to drive an hour to get there. We ended up having to wait over an hour and a half. The financial guy never once apologized although our sales representative and another worker did apologize. Unfortunate as this made her first car buying experience not so great.

Don't ever go here for service, I called about 2 issues I was having with my jeep. Issue one I said there is a leak from the driver side door when it rains water gets inside the cabin. I also told them I can see the sealing starting to peel off so that's the problem can you replace it. Instead they charge a $169.99 diagnostic fee to tell me what I told them, and to tell me something you can see just by opening the door. Issue two I told them my driver side front door actuator was broken, I need that replaced. I know it's the actuator because there is a clicking in the dash and I am not getting hot air on the driver side vents. They took that as two separate issues charged two separate diagnostic fees, to tell me again exactly what I told them. The kicker is when I called before I scheduled my appointment I talked to a service tech who said I could bypass the diagnostic fee and get what I wanted done, there is a risk to that but I knew what was wrong so I was okay with that. I told them I wanted that stuff replaced they ran diagnostics anyways. All in all he wanted to charge $1600 I took it to a local mechanic who fixed it all for $530. Unfortunately I still had to pay $600 something for all the diagnostics. I talked to the service manager and he would not do anything for me, he actually hung up on me when I called back a day later to talk about this.Update on previous review:After writing this review Dana the Jeep owner loyalty manger got in contact with me too inquire about some extra details. She told me that she saw everything that I stated above and she agreed that it was ridiculous and very unprofessional the way we were treated. After investigating everything that had happened, Dana talked to the manager and the service manger and it was agreed upon to refund the entire visit, and offer a free detailing. It started out as a frustrating experience but I do believe that Dana did rectify the situation, and I do appreciate Russ Darrow for fixing the situation once it was brought to their attention.

Today we purchased our 3rd vehicle from Russ Darrow West Bend. Justin "The Jeep Guy" Schmidt was AMAZING! The whole process went fast, from the approval to walking out with our new Jeep. Thank you to the whole team that helped us out today! We appreciated you all and the A+ service you provided today. THANK YOU!!!

Would not recommend this place to anyone. I personally know someone who used to work there and they were fired with no explanation and it was only their 3rd week on the job.You would think a big company like this would be more invested into helping their employees succeed, but they did nothing but degrade this person and make him feel like he was not enough. So just a thought I would not recommend applying here!!

Great buying experience. Janessa was very friendly and knowledgeable when it came to the many electronic features on my new vehicle. Jacob was very up-front and honest when it came to pricing the vehicle...there were no surprises. Richard in finance was friendly, patient, and offered no pressure during the final phase of the sale.

I have had the worst experience buying a car from Russ Darrow Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealership in West Bend, WI. I took a minivan for a test drive with their sales representative Jacob, and I noticed the buttons for bluetooth functionality on the radio. I mentioned them to the sales rep, and how important that function was to me due to the fact that my fiance would be driving my children in the vehicle, and hands free phone usage is essential to safety. He agreed with me. I did not connect my phone on the test drive, because I instead took the salesman's word that the bluetooth function worked as it would be expected to. So, I bought the car. When I got the vehicle home and realized that the bluetooth system was not working, the salesman was helpful in assuring me that he would help me get the bluetooth working for me. He suggested a bunch of quick fixes, none of which worked, because as it turns out, the the Mopar UConnect bluetooth kit was not installed in this van. After weeks of back and forth communication in which he repeatedly ensured me that he would help me get the bluetooth working, he simply sent me an email stating that his service and parts departments could not help me install bluetooth in a 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan that they sold me.I have since tried calling the service department and have left voice mails with them, only to not receive a call back. So I got Larry the sales manager's number and email and I have called and left a voice mail with him and also emailed him, only to not receive a call back or any response. They have essentially ghosted me. Everyone except for Jacob, who will respond to my emails, but does not have the authority to help me fix my issue. The whole reason I drove up to Wisconsin to purchase a car was because there are supposed to be buyer protection laws in place to protect the buyer. But instead I feel slighted.Furthermore, the finance guy John who set up my finance plan applied for me to get a loan for $5k more than I had originally asked him to finance for me. He told me "just wait four months to pay off the $5k extra that I financed for you so we can get our commission for securing you the loan." Furthermore, when asking for a warranty on the car I was offered a 3 year warranty that would cover unlimited mileage. It wasn't until I signed the final paperwork that I realized that there was a mileage limit on the warranty. But by that time, they had taken so much of my time, and made me wait hours and hours to even sign the paperwork, so I signed it regardless of the last minute bait and switch. It felt like a slide of hands telling me one thing, then offering something entirely different when it came time to sign. The practices of these guys feels unethical. The entire experience was horrible. Although Jacob was a very kind and helpful salesman, he didn't know what he was talking about when it came to the van he sold me, the warranties offered, and his managers did not give him any authority to help me after the completion of the sale.I will tell everyone I know from now on that Russ Darrow dealerships are crooks and liars, and that they should go anywhere else to buy their cars.

DONT TRUST THIS DEALER!! Save yourself the nightmare and shop elsewhere! I was coming from 2 hours away to look at a vehicle and had an appointment made to look at and purchase the vehicle and literally 5 minutes before I was set to arrive I got a phone call saying it was sold. So being I was so close I went there anyway and see the truck pulled up from with a VIP mirror hanger with my name written on it waiting for me and two sales associates come out side and tell me how there s nothing they could do and that they sold the vehicle out from underneath me knowing I was actively driving down there and all they could say was that there was nothing they could do , the other customer already put money down and was filling out paper work. What a terrible terrible way to do business! Save yourself the headache and don t shop here!!

Originally gave them 5 stars.Unfortunately Vehicle I purchased has cracked windshield on the lot.Told it would be fixed. This was Thursday Feb 8th. On Saturday Feb 10 salesman called said it should be ready by Friday the 16th got to be about 10:45 on Friday the 16th hadn't heard anything so I called salesman wasn't in but was put through to someone from service department they didn't know anything about it but were going to check. About 2:45pmthey called back said they looked into it vehicle should be ready mid week.Wednesday the 21st about 11am called was put through to service department evryonecwas busy gentleman told me he would leave a note someone would get back to me. No one ever called.Thursday the 22nd I called asked for service manager. Wasn't available so left voicemail 1.5 hours later still didn't hear anything so called service manager again was quite short with him because of not getting any updates from dealer on van status he said he would talk to salesman as ge didn't know anything about it this is 10:45 gets to be 3:30 again I call dealership ask for sales rep who sold me vehicle. He tells me no one talked to him. About 10 minutes calls me back k tells me it will be ready Friday 23rd then tells me service department should have reached out to me on status. My take is everyone is trying to blame someone else. No one taking responsibility for taking 2 weeks to replace a windshield. Plus as I talk to different people their stories aren't matching.Bottom line is I would not recommend this dealer as their work force doesn't seem to communicate well with each other. Told there can't be any type of compensation for there poor customer relation because that's just the way things go sometimes.

Worst car buying experience I have ever experienced. Used car manager is EXTREAMLY unprofessional and aggressive towards customers. He has proven to show very little integrity and ethics when dealing with customers. Outside of a very negative experience with him the rest of the dealership and staff was very professional and respectful. When doing business here with the used car manager make sure you are not directly lied to and disrespected. Due to his poor ethics the dealership has lost an corporate account that had done over a half million dollars in business over the last 5 years. I would hope that the upper management learns to hold there staff to higher standards in the future. Very disappointed with my business recent purchase. SAD!

Went in to get my oil changed, however the last time I was there, they asked if I wanted a car wash (as it was listed as free with any service) today it was not even offered. It was warm enough, so unsure as to why they don't still do that, unless it's because they're no longer next door to the car wash

DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY. LIARS LIARS LIARS. If I could give this company a 0.01 star I would. That is only because I had a nice conversation with the person over the internet. Do not fall for the internet baiting. I was ready to drive 6 hours away to this company. Told truck was being servic At a nearby four dealership because of a recall andto be Inspected call Steve, have to disclose information regarding the vehicle. Good or bad.I told them I was ready to purchase the truck and drive out there however before getting a call back it was sold. How horrible a practice to do to customers, paying customers especially?Beware beware beware of the unprofessional, uncourteous, inconsiderate LIARS employed here. Salesman Hymay was ok however he dropped the ball by not communicating with a manager by the name of Karen. The purchase of this vehicle was put on hold by the dealership because of a recall/ disclosure inspection. I should have known not to buy a Ford product from a Chrysler Dealership. A Poor representation for any chrysler jeep product sales establishment. Don't trust this place. Only out to get your money. Read all the reviews only a few positive ones.

Unsafe/Horrible!! Liars! Don t go there if you value your safety!! They took nearly $6k and falsified there work and dint fix the problem. Vehicle is worse. I could have died. They don t know what they are doing. Stay away Red flag!! The original Russ Darrow Owner would be ashamed and would probably fire a bunch of people there if he knew what was going on.

Helpful from the moment I walked in the door to the time I walked out with the keys! I had Blake as a salesperson! He was very kind and wanted to make sure I had any and all questions answered and made sure that all my boxes were check. He made sure that that was the car I wanted and that it fit my needs. He was patient and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was looking at, also walked me through alot of the awesome features that I was Unaware of on the vehicle. The came time to purchase, I had Jonathan doing my purchasing agreement and finishing up the sale. It was a great experience from start to finish. My hat is off to you guys and girls at russ darrow of west bend making my very first purchase a pleasant and easy process. Will continue my business here with Blake. An will send anyone and everyone looking for a vehicle his way. Thanks again everyone at russ darrow of WestbendHappy holidays!

Would not recommend. Purchased a used vehicle from them this past September and immediately took it for a post purchase inspection and there was a lot that failed (8k+ worth of fixing). So upon taking it back, they denied all of it, so I took it to another mechanic and they confirmed all the issues. Now in a DOT/Legal battle with them, go anywhere else.

Originally very apprehensive about shopping at a dealership but my mind was completely changed. From start to finish my experience here was amazing. Karen, the lovely receptionist set an appointment for me to browse at a few vehicles - she was very pleasant and so helpful. Blake was extremely kind, knowledgeable, honest, and showed integrity - he never showed me anything out of my budget or tried to push me in another direction other than a better suggestion, he truly wanted to help me find the right vehicle that was the best fit for me and my lifestyle while respecting my budget. Larry and Rick were also incredibly kind and easy to work with, offering any kind of assistance in the trade-in/purchasing/financing process. Janessa was super friendly & a friendly face to see - makes you feel very welcomed! She also has the best styled outfits. :-) The staff that I had the honor of working with were very polite, generous, and overall just kind hearted people. In today s world that s not always easy to find. Happy with my experience & of course, my new car! Highly suggest that you stop in or give them a call!

Got exactly what I wanted, friendly, worked with us to find the perfect vehicle with all the bells and whistles we wanted. Hanson, the sales rep, was very professional and informative with all of our options. We purchased a 2023 AWD Chrysler Pacifica.Only downfall was it took 5-6 hours for everything.

They sent several texts saying they wanted my car and would give me over blue book. When I was there shopping for a car, they did not offer any trade value.I ended up getting a Ford Escape Titanium there. I had the car for only a couple months and the check engine light came on. Auto Zone said it was either an ignition coil or spark plug because cylinder 4 was misfiring.Even though it was a minor issue, they still wouldn t take care of it for me.I ve bought my last three cars there and I will never go back.Just had one of my free oil changes there. No car wash, low tire pressure warning still on and no sticker in car stating when my next one is due.
