I really like the atmosphere at this dealer. They have always been good to me. I bought my used Honda HRV there. Also had some oil changes. Its alot more laid back than the hustle and bustle of other places.

I am extremely upset and dissapointed with Heiser service. I was told my bill totalled 958.00 by Nathan, when i got my bill it was 1299.64! I was charged 300.00 for diagnosing. These problems would have taken 5 minutes each! One the passenger seat belt that locks and doesnt release was in for the second time! Still not repaired, again i was told nothing wrong with it! Again charged 99.00 diagnosis fee! And rear wiper motor takes seconds with meter, charged another 99.00 for NOTHING!!! Then i had to walk to payment desk, wait 20 min. To clear check. Im handicapped!! Nathan could have easily given her my check! Again bad service.My car was not washed, or wiped down, vacuumed etc... like all other dealers have done in the past for services. I will never do business with Heiser again!!! Sincerely, Steven Houston

I love Heiser because their service is great and fantastic I'm so thankful for this company to give us two cars just because they're very kind because we had a garage fire and we love there great customer service

I was able to get a chipped key for a used vehicle I have that only came with one key. Very happy with the price.
