Good Value, Quick Service, and Friendly Staff.Emissions Test and Coolant Flush in Half an Hour.Was very happy with an Oil Change back in October. Had been putting off a Coolant Flush as everyone locally was charging about $50 more for it. With it being long overdue and recent Sub-Zero Temps I was tempting Fate (I'd tested the Freeze Protection to just under -20F).Since my vehicle needed an Emissions Test too (and I'd had it done here previously). It was a perfect opportunity to get various things done. Only took a few minutes to Pass Emissions.The Coolant Flush took a bit longer few minutes of setup then tooking a while to carefully exchange about 2 Gallons from the Radiator but Austin kept me informed as the process went along and we talked about the vehicle's various Maintenance Concerns/History, Issues to avoid (not mixing with an incompatible Coolant) and he even brought up some unrelated interesting/random/odd/fun Trivia too for me and the other Technician like... how in Dolly Parton's song "9 to 5" her Fingernails are listed as an Instrument (Just listened to it and she does a good impression of tapping Typewriter keys).Will be heading back in for a fluid "top off" after the Radiator has a chance to "burb" any Air from the System. Been very Happy with all the recent services and won't be putting off stopping in for my next service on either of my vehicles.

I've been going here for a couple of years now and I always get excellent service for my car. The staff is really nice and professional and do their best to get you in and out as quickly as possible without compromising on quality or safety. The employees will make suggestions but are not pushy about it like some shops are. I would highly recommend them for routine oil and filter changes and auto emissions testing.

7/22/23Went in today and had a wonderful professional experience with Britt and Dakota!!Went originally for emissions testing and had a great experience. Was able to renew right away after emissions testing from a machine they had in the bay. Saved a ton of time! They provided great options for oil change and filled all my tires and fluids. Really an all-in-one for basic car maintenance!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

These guys are the best! Austin and Block have changed my oil twice now. They are very friendly and always explain what they are doing so I know what s going on with my car. They never push for sales they are happy just to make suggestions based on what they see. Both times I waited waaay too long for an oil change and they were happy to give me a special to make sure my new oil runs smoothly. Quick, easy and affordable! I ve also gotten my emissions tested there and it was a smooth process. 100/10 recommend!

The two gentlemen that did my oil change were awesome. They had my oil change done with in 10-15 mins max. Polite and fast. Recommend for sure.

Austin and Block were the kindest, most professional, and knowledgeable people I've ever met in this area. Not only did they answer all my questions, provide me beneficial information but also educated me without making me feel inferior. They both have a wonderful personality, are respectful, and a passion for their work - strive to be like them. I will always be returning to this location if they are there! I had an amazing experience at oil changers. Logan did a great job explaining everything to me that I needed for my car. They went above and beyond and did not disappoint. I would recommend oil changers in West Bend for your oil, car and emissions. Hands-down the best experience I ve ever had.

Knowledgeable staff every time. I ve asked a few vehicle related questions and the guys always have an answer. Feels more like a mechanics garage than a quick, in and out, oil change shop. Appreciate that.

I use both the west bend and fond du lac locations....the guys are great at both...services are always friendly quick and easy. The guys remember my vehicle and help to ensure its in good running condition. Thank you.

Got there shortly after they opened, in and out in 15-20 mins, didn't have to exit my car. Super easy, barely an inconvenience. Nice staff. Duff > Pawtucket Patriot.

I had been to another oil changing business already that day but was referred to Austin at the West Bend Oil Change because they had not been able to get the oil cap off due to it having been put on too tight. Austin and Phil knew I had a long trip planned the next day so were determined to get the job done! Phil was quite ingenious (see pic). He cut a Rockstar can down to use it with getting the cap off! Both the technicians that worked on my suv were fantastic! Very personable, 10/10 would go back. They didn't tell me anything about my oil change. They didn't check my lights but put on the sheet they did. I needed a new air filter They put on the sheet it was okay.

We can to this location to do emission tests on two of our cars. The person that attended us was rude! After the emissions test, I asked for an oil change. You would have thought I asked for something extra with the sigh that I recieved. I recieved very terrible customer service!!
