Jonathon was great! I needed wiper blades, he recommended a good set and he even installed them for me. I really appreciated him as he genuinely wanted to help me. It s hard to find people who are customer oriented and Jonathan was just that. Thank you Jonathan! Keep up the good work!

Asked for help on a simple skid plate. Apparently they can't find specific hardware for skid plates. And they were very bothered by my asking where I can find the parts (they sell auto parts right?) So they referred me to the dealership. This was a complete waste of time. But yet the next customer they were very nice and helping them. I felt treated differently from other customers.

The staff here is truly AMAZING! They always go above and beyond helping me find the parts I need, and even giving me advice and tips on how to get the job done right! I will never shop at any other parts store in town! Thank you O'Reilly staff you guys are truly the best!

Orileys in general is awesome!! This one is no exception! I ve been to this store countless times to pick up parts and fluids for my vehicles and they always have tips and tricks to help me out! Even told me about some service advisories and what not to do! Anytime I need parts, these guys procure or find them and get them to the store in an instant! The 3 gentlemen on night shift are also friendly and willing to help out!

Had what I needed when no other store had it in town. Always very friendly and helpful whether it be on the phone or in person. The prices are better than any other place in West Bend! Love you guys!

i promised i would write a review and in this case i don't mind. i needed help and Shaun or Sean not sure how he spells it, came through. i needed a battery installed, i called around and no luck. That Mavis place wanted 96 dollars to install, just to install a battery that Sean took 20 minutes to do. Wouldn't even have taken that long but i didn't have a holding down bracket so he hooked me up with that and for like 10 bucks it was in my Jeep. He was really good about it too, courteous and professional and knew what he was doing. Thank you i wish i could've bought you lunch to day thank you. I will be revisiting for sure.

Stopped here with both headlights out wondering if it was a fuse or what. William was great, took a quick look, saw both bulb filaments were busted, and installed the new lights in that we bought, even in the cold in a short sleeve shirt. I haven't encountered someone this kind to a customer in a long time!

I went in needing new headlamp bulbs. An employee immediately grabbed the ones I needed, and I was checked out very quickly. I was even given the appropriate paperwork so I could mail in for a $10.00 rebate. Great service on this visit!

I used to go to AutoZone for most of my parts (never again) but after running into the store manager who denied me a warranty on one of my parts because I was going to O Reillys to get a different part they had in stock. While at O Reilly s I was talking with Jim who instructed me to call the general manager to get my money back from AutoZone. Thanks to Jim not only did he save me the $90 on the warranty that I got back from AutoZone he now has 100% of my business and all of my family and friends who I recommended to go here from now on. These guys guys went above and and I will always take my business to O Reillys. Thank you Jim!

They had the parts but when I called, the person that answered couldn't be bothered to leave the counter and check the part number I gave them. It was a crapshoot to go there and see for myself.

I didn t like the girl behind the counter, she had a attitude with me and ended up getting me the wrong throttle position sensor. She told me that the part would be in that day and it didn t come for two days. I will be taking my business elsewhere!

Excellent service. Stayed on to assist me even with my unusual spark plug need. Ended up ordering the part. Plus I bought some really good sale items.

After going into O'Reilly's in West bend on main Street I will never go anywhere else when it comes to needing help or being educated on something I might need done on my car thank you Ricky so much for being as patient as you were and answering all the questions that I had you were great

I walked in to the store and the staff were very friendly and showed me where parts were around the store. I called on the phone to see if they had parts in stock and only one person there was "qualified" to talk on the phone and wasn't much help.

Unbelievably awful customer service. You tube helped me out more then O'Reilly's so called best employee. Idiots working in an auto store. Any auto parts store is better then them.
