My overall experience with Morrie was fantastic from the sale men Daniel and Alex to finance guy but I don t remember his name. My case was complicated so I had to sat at the dealership for a whole day but with all the help at Morrie, they were able to figure it all out and I could purchase the vehicle that i wanted. They didn t lowball my trade in so I was able to meet the price I expected for, no pressure on the add-on which is really great. Thanks a lot for all your effort, I really appreciate you guys

Well worth the 2 Hour drive North to work with these guys. While other dealerships pushed and demanded that I come in to receive information on pricing and warranties, etc., Marlee and her team were happy to provide everything over the phone. Robert, Craig, Elvis, and the gentleman in the finance office were fantastic to deal with. They were incredibly fair on the price of my new vehicle, as well as generous on my trade-in. I would make the drive without hesitation to work with them again!

I recently turned in my lease and upgraded to a new 2024 Odyssey for my wife. The whole experience was so easy working with Ryan in sales and Chris in Finance. The best car buying experience I've had to date. I highly recommend Morrie's Honda to anyone looking for a new or used Honda. Top notch all the way!

Our sales person Daniel was great. He was awesome to deal with. Unfortunately the finance guy Sean was awful and we had a terrible experience with him. We drove 4 hours to get a vehicle and Sean didn't have anything ready that he said he would. He didn't even print anything out before we sat down in his office. We sat in silence for a half hour while he started printing. Sales was great. Not impressed by finance at all

We loved working with the team at Morrie s for our new Honda. They were very up front and open with their pricing and there was no hard sell or pressure on extras. They were very accommodating in getting the vehicle ready for us quickly after delivery so we could take possession sooner than planned. Ryan did a fantastic job of explaining all of the new features on the vehicle and making sure we were set up to enjoy our new ride.

My fianc� and I purchased a brand new 2023 CRV from Morrie s in West Bend and it was extremely fluid. Amazing service and salesman, especially Dan. He was very transparent with us through the whole process and didn t try and tacky sales strategies. As a salesman myself, it was my one worry when buying a brand new car. They made the process smooth and comfortable for 2 younger adults, plus the price was amazing. Truly satisfied and recommend especially for younger car buyers!

Sales men/women can be very untrustworthy..but NOT the sales men/women at Morrie s. They had my best interest in mind while helping me decide what to do. Elvis and Dan are fantastic at their jobs and care about the customer! They will answer every question you have. Highly recommend Morrie s!!!

This dealership is the best place to buy a car, they don t get paid commission here so they don t pressure you when you buy a car. Craig is a car salesman at this dealership and has been very honest and listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions throughout the car buying process. I was in the middle of a lease from another Honda dealership and & Craig went all in and went over the numbers in great detail. I ended up trading in my leased car and bought a certified preowned vehicle which is a 2020 Chevrolet Equinox which happened to be more affordable than buying or leasing a new car. I highly recommend this dealership when car shopping!!!

I went there looking for a new car and the car dealers there were absolutely amazing didn't pressure me in any way. They worked with me to find the right car for me and gave me as much time as needed. Highly recommend going here if you are looking for a new car for the first time.

While we were treated well and given a test drive by the salesman, our offer for a used vehicle was basically ignored. If you have a trade-in, expect to be low balled. We couldn t even come close on final numbers; maybe they have less wiggle room than larger dealers. It also took 6 days for our $500 deposit to be returned to the checking account, which was annoying.

From start to finish I had an amazing experience! My salesman was Craig Knabe and we immediately connected. He was very upfront, personable, professional and funny as heck. He kept me informed during every step of the process and honestly seemed as excited as I was to be getting a new car. It can be an intimidating process- I ve always bought my cars with my husband but he was busy with other commitments and I navigated through the process with Craig and he answered my endless questions and I never once felt intimidated or felt looked down on or dismissed. When it came time to meet with the finance guy PJ it was a great experience. He was professional and funny and we got through the process quickly.I absolutely would recommend Craig and the team at Morries! I can t say thank you enough for everything !!

I have to leave a 5-star review; I just got back from an appointment with Craig Knabe, purely to just gather some information on leasing and pricing and get some estimates. I truly left feeling more knowledgeable about the process, did not feel pressured into any purchase, and felt like I'm in great hands when the time comes to make a move. I get my Civic serviced here and could not be happier with Morrie's Service Department. All around a great place to take your car.

I can t begin to thank the team that helped me at Morrie s West Bend Honda enough. Most people think dealerships consist of getting intimidated into buying something they aren t really sure about or educated on. This dealership is the complete opposite. Not only did the team I worked with get me a beautiful car with a great rate and incredible service, they also informed me about everything and did not let me leave until every question I had was answered. They went above and beyond with their customer service and left me feeling amazed and speechless. My team consisted of Brad Kreiss (General Manager), Craig Kinsey (Client Advisor), and Sean Rourke (Financial Advisor). I will be taking my business to them from now on and will make sure to let my friends and family know that this dealership is one of the best! Thank you again Morrie s West Bend Honda!

I would rather go to the gynecologist than ever go to this dealership or its service department again. Broken promises specifically from the GM and the service department never follows through on things they say they re going to do either.I ve been waiting since October for a little small plastic piece to put on or even called from Morrie s. I went to a different Honda dealership and they were able to order in one day and have it on my car the next.I don t really remember her name but the service department advisor that always wears the workout pants, but doesn t look like she works out is the rudest human being on the face of the Earth and the worst service department worker ever. She never ever called to get my stuff done on my car.

I bought a vehicle from Morrie s Honda in West Bend about a month ago. They were very welcoming. They did everything they could to get me into a vehicle. They treated me as the most important person and made eye contact with me the whole time. I would recommend my friends to go to Morrie s Honda West Bend

Had a great experience from beginning to end. Stopped in on a Tuesday night for a test drive and had some maintenance questions but the service department was already closed for the day. We followed up on Saturday morning and our sales guy, Tim, was very responsive. He connected us with the general manager, Brad, who offered us a fair deal. We decided to purchase and the whole process took about 2 hours and ended with paperwork in the finance department. We appreciated that Chris explained the additional coverages available but did not pressure us into buying. Beyond customer service of sales staff, the facility is nice, bathrooms are clean, and the waiting area is stocked with drinks and snacks. Overall, a great dealership that met our needs. Thank you, Morrie s Team!

Will low ball your trade-in, and their prices are higher than other Honda dealers. Don t have any inventory either. I saw maybe 25 cars on the lot. The salesman was nice, but I kept getting this feeling I was being dealt with shadily. I will stick with my Honda dealer out in Waukesha.Update: I find your response interesting. You never address the fact that you absolutely low ball trade-in values. Also, I found the same Passport (color and trim) for less than your price in Waukesha. You might be the lowest Honda prices in West Bend but certainly not the metro area.

Had a enjoyable experience today purchasing 2022 cr-v hybrid at Morrie s. I was grateful to find a dealership that was selling their units without market adjustments. Prior to visiting, Daniel was extremely helpful and patient enough to answer all of my noob questions through texts/calls. In person, he was even friendlier and was happy to walk me through and explain small details about the vehicle.Car buying process was smooth thanks to the paper work guy who was on top of everything. I was glad he was able to provided me with a pretty decent APR for my financing.I feel fortunate that I had my first car buying experience with them. I don t regret my decision driving 150+ miles to purchase a car from here.

After an initial surprise from staff from this guy calling and telling there s a check coming to your name, was a pleasure to make a good deal with the dealer. A+ service from Stefanie and Daniel.Update::Car was picked up, this people make me happy in a way they still not knowing how much, long drive from WI to FL, but everything was covered beforehand, registration arrived next day car arrived home, just A+ job here, don t hesitate to call or visit the dealer and ask for Daniel or Stefani, definitely you will not regret any deal.

Morrie s West Bend Honda communication, support, and customer service has been beyond what my wife and I ever expected. Our family purchased two vehicles in the last six months, and worked closely with Ihab (Sales Person). From communication to supporting our ideas, Ihad s non-pushing approach and kindness was refreshing. Morrie s is honestly the best Honda dealership I ve been to because they show you a video and they re very descriptive with their service work.

Best dealership i have ever been to. Takes any stress or anxiety away. Honest and helpful. They give you recommendations of what needs to be done without pressuring you to do everything or being dishonest. They are very upfront about costs and do thorough videos and give updates. They make it very easy. Honestly, it's to the point that i dont want to buy another vehicle that isnt honda just because of having to go to a different place for maintenance

My experience with Morrie s was super smooth from start to finish. Justin took the time to answer all my questions prior to stepping in the dealership. He never made me feel pressured during the buying process and was upfront on pricing which is very important to me. And Marlee in the finance office was a pleasure to work with. The drive from Madison was definitely worth it. I love my new Honda CRV Hybrid!

The people at the dealership were awesome throughout the whole process. There were some things that were out of their control such as being very busy but they did their best at a personal level to make sure that my wife and I were attended to while waiting. I will give them 5 stars for the whole process.
