Great service. Came in with leak in my tire due to screw in the sidewall. They got me in within minutes to replace the tire. In and out in less then a half hour.I'll be back here for more service in the future

Great overall experience. Scheduled an appointment for new tires late on a Sunday, they called to let me know I had a missing tire sensor and replaced for very reasonable price. They were very busy but still had my care done quickly. Worked with Josh in the store, on the phone to order tires, schedule the appointment, and pick up. he is knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks to the Mavis team!

Mavis was the UTMOST positive experience in car care!!!!!!! Both fantastic workers named Will and Antonio were incredible gentlemen, talented individuals, and genuine souls. Between the fast, attentive, caring service - and the honest, kind, authentic personalities- there is nowhere else I would recommended for your vehicle needs. My mother and I went in on the spur of the moment because of a flat tire on my vehicle. They quickly and kindly assessed my tire, were able to take care of it, and send me on my way with both a big smile and a fixed, happy tire in no time. Mavis is unlike any other. Tell your friends and family!

Ian and Josh were very helpful tonight. Walked in and they were able to help me out of a jam right away. Thanks guys!Came back in with another jam and William and his crew were very helpful and took care of me immediately! Keep up the great service guys! Never been to this location but after getting a flat tire and the dealership saying they close in 45 min so they couldn't help I turned here. I walked in and was immediately greated. They let me know of the estimated wait time and I dropped my car off. They called me right on time and was cheaper than anticipated and let me know what they found. Over all very friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend.

I don't drive my kids' cars that often but when I did I noticed they both needed new tires badly and could tell one of the cars also had a brake issue. Mavis got me in right away, installed new tires on both cars, showed me what was causing the brake issue and also got new brake pads installed. Great service and reasonably priced.

Ian and the team did a great job with my truck! Came in for an alignment, but they recommended lower control arms cause they were so bad. The repair ended up being difficult with the parts having to get torched out and more time was spent than anticipated, but they did me a solid and held to the original price. Would recommend the team.

Had a slow leak in one of my tires - pulled in, gave them a key, and was out of there in half an hour! Ian was super helpful getting me in and out. Will definitely be coming back if I ever have another tire issue!

Really friendly staff, they were honest and straightforward, didn't try to upsell anything and gave me their honest opinion about my tires. Went in for a repair and out in less than an hour. Definitely my goto place for the next set of tires!

Busy as always but they were able to slide me in to balance my tires and patch a hole. Great service and understanding of how a small problem can ruin my week. Josh was very professional and helpful.

The service was fast and very professional. My tire had a slow leak and at first they couldn t find the problem, but that didn t deter them from looking further. After a thorough inspection it was determined that the bead that seals the tire had been compromised and a few minutes later I was back on the road.Thank you Mavis employees.Great Job!

Recommended! Three months ago I had new tires installed. Two days ago, due to cold weather, I was topping off the pressure in my tires ... and one valve stem completely broke (hey, its an old car!). I took the car back to these guys, they got me right in and replaced it ... but the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) was faulty. I took the car back today, and they took care of it, gratis. I'm very satisfied; thanks guys!

I called a few places all with almost weeks wait for appointments. I had a screw in my tire and needed a tire repair. When I called Mavis Tires & Brakes they said I could come right there. I was in and out in 25 minutes total. Amazing service, I highly recommend them!

Amazing customer service. I woke up to a low tire pressure and thought I was going to have to rearrange my entire day. Since I called right away in the morning they said they could have the tire plugged by lunch time which was fine by me. When I brought my car in they were able to take care of it on the spot and it took less than 10 minutes. I will for sure be returning if I have more tire problems.

over 2 hours to replace 2 tires, when I had an appointment. They said it wouldn't take that long, car sat there for a hour before they even touched it. Don't give the option of a 10am and 11am appointment if you are just going to do it at 11am anyways. This place blows and the one dude had a lit cigarettes in the lobby like anybody wants to breath that in. Oh and I just realized they forgot to put a hubcap on for a tire that wasn't even being replaced, so now I get to make a trip back there, unreal.

Had a 1pm appointment. Was told it would take an hour and a half. Fast forward an hour and car still wasn t even pulled in to get started on. Many (4 including 2 that arrive after my set appointment) were pulled in. No communication about their being behind or having an extra wait time. At that point I asked for keys back to go elsewhere. What is the purpose of an appointment time if not gonna be honored. It would have been different if staff communicated about extra wait times. Absolutely ridiculous.

Amazing Experience! Had a slow leak from small nail and every other tire repair shop in Washington County was not taking appointments for 2 weeks. These guys said come in that day at 2, they pulled it in and repaired my tire in 5 minutes and didn t even charge me! Rare feeling of faith and excellence in customer service in todays broken world!

The manager and staff were very kind and courteous. They explained everything and the price, and they didn t push any additional sales but did make me aware of future maintenance. There was a slight inconvenience with my car, but it wasn t a big deal to me. They were very nice and offered a discount off my total price. I believe they are under different management now, and it is a very impressive improvement from my last visit about 2 years ago.

Could not have asked for a better experience. Will be scheduling all my future work with Mavis. The staff was extremely friendly and squeezed me in early when no formal appointments were available. They were able to get my tire fixed within 20 minutes and had me on my way. Awesome and honest service!

Needed two new tires before winter as the tread was getting bad, and I was riding on a space saver. I couldn't find a single place in the Ozaukee County area where I live that could get and install tires for me before the second week of December. I started to look in the West Bend area since I work out here and even the Walmart was booked out until second week of December. Stumbled upon Mavis and they were able to get me in 2 hours later over my work lunch hour. Even though it took roughly 45 to an hour longer than quoted, I still am giving a 5 star review because they were very busy and you could tell the manager was dealing with a lot that day. Besides having to wait a little longer than told, which that's life... it happens.... I didn't pay more than I was told I would and everyone I dealt with was very friendly. I have never used them before or for any other service than tires so not sure how they are for that but my experience for tires was just fine.

Would 1000% recommend mavis and specifically Ian to anyone with tire needs. He was slammed busy tonight. I had a small minor tire sensor issue. He throughly explained how busy they were and you could tell he was doing everything in his power to get jobs completed. I was dropping off so I told him to work on it when he could. In all honesty the world needs more people like Ian. He was doing everything right in my opinion

I was getting ready to go bowhunting when I noticed my front left tire was low. I called Mavis and the manager said bring the truck in and they would work on it. I did that and they got right after it. Pulled a nail out of the tire and plugged it. Also sealed the rim. In and out in a half hour. Now that's what I call service! Definitely will be going back there when I need tires or brakes.

Great price terrible service. We asked if should we take off our special valve stem caps. No need we were told. They broke one. How do you break a valve stem cap? Tires and rims are covered in whatever they use to lubricate the tires some dirty white grease or something see pictures.

My right front tire was flat. I brought it in to the shop and they were able to patch it within a few minutes. They were very polite and efficient and I really appreciated them.

Solid work for a great price. Always very accommodating getting rims in to get new tires installed. Never had an issue.
