Been a customer for years. I've felt satisfied with each transaction. Friendly owner and staff. Matt made himself available for diagnostics while breaking down/driving long distance, which was very much appreciated.

I would suggest this place to anyone living in West bend that needs work done to their vehicle. Many decades of knowledge and experience. Once the job is completed you won't have to bring it back because something was missed. They may even find other stuff. That is the true problem and not what someone else told you the issue was.

Would give 10 stars if Google would let me.. Typing this out doesn't express how happy..pleased...excited I am with the work they did on my GTP. They went way beyond with there work, they fix my entire engine were other shops would consider it junk (Bobs). Very personal with you when they discuss what's wrong and what needs to be done to solve the problem... Highly Highly recommend this shop for anything you need

I only gave them 3 stars because of attention to details. The tire repair they did was fine the work was done in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price. All that being said I would have expected after having a leaking LF tire repaired all the tire pressures would have been checked the tire pressures varied from 32 pounds to 38 pounds with no 2 tires having the same amount of air pressure not a super big problem but certainly shows a lack of detail that might be a problem on some other types of repair

Had my truck that I rely on quite heavily in recently. Thought I was going to be without for over a week and got it back way earlier! Extremely satisfied with the results and turnaround time. These are the guys to go to. I will continue going to Matty Simz and we recommend them to anyone 100% of the time. Thanks guys!

I have relied on Matt for over 15 years and being a single older woman, it is comforting to know he is a dependable and honest business man, now owning the business where he has worked for so long. He and his crew are very efficient.I wouldn't change my auto support guys!!

I hardly ever leave reviews (good or bad) on a company. I have always felt that doing a good job is the expectation. However, when the service is great, honest and fair each and every time it shouldn t go unnoticed. We have been using Matty from day one. Him and his team have worked on all of our vehicles for one reason or another. Every job has been completed in a timely fashion and with fair prices. We appreciate knowing when we need Matty s service we aren t being scammed or ran in circles. Called this place up to have some tires swaped. Guy on the phone quotes a price I say awesome see you soon. Get there unload the said tires. Go into the office to give name and number and guy that answered the phone now says the price is double. That I HUNG UP TOO QUICKLY EVEN THOUGH I THANKED HIM AND SAID ID SEE HIM SOON. So clearly he lied I gave guy a chance to own it asked him 3 times "I hung up to fast?" " Yea I tried telling you."Look people make mistakes and all he had to say is he made one but kno he lied and not only lied but placed blame on me. Fun fact I have 3 witnesses to said conversation that could hear him as well as me.Anywho I'm sure this place does good work but I wouldn't kno nor will I ever find out.Worked out well anyways because I got what I needed done for less than the original price that ended up being doubled.

Hyundai wouldn't honor their warranty eventhough they built a faulty engine so I purchased a brand new engine for my 2015 Sonata and had it shipped to Matty Simz. Matt and his crew had my old engine out and replaced in 2-1/2 days! I've been driving my car with the new engine for over a month now and everything runs great! We have been taking our cars to Craig's for several years now and always had great service at a great price and always done right. We had our daughter in town and it appeared her power steering pump went out and I also tested her battery which needed replacement. Called Craig's and they could not get her in until after she had to leave town; that's the only problem with an honest mechanic that does great work, their busy but worth the wait. Took it to an auto center on the other side of town who could get it in right away. Was told it needed a power steering rack, power steering pump, battery, oil change, diagnostic time, and received an estimate for $3,108. I wasn't going to spend that much and decided to trade it in so I paid the $163 diagnostic charge for what I already told them was wrong; a bit much for a battery test and steering check. Before going to the dealer we called Craig who informed us he could do the rack and pump for $1,415, and battery and oil change for $169. After taking it in he found nothing wrong with the steering rack, replaced the power steering pump, battery, oil change, repaired a nail in the rear tire, and made a repair on the exhaust for no charge. Total cost of $759.16. Is it worth waiting a few days for an honest mechanic who does great work? Saving $2,349 proves it is! He is the only mechanic who will ever touch one of my cars again!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Battery, Oil change

Craig and his crew are very respectful and HONEST. I go to college 4 hours away and I would take my car in to get things checked out before I leave. I would ask them to check my breaks etc.. and see if I need new breaks before the winter and they told me that "Nope you are all good". They don't lie just to make more money. Another example is when I needed something to get fixed, but I didn't have much money at the time, so when I asked Craig what would happen if I don't get it fixed right away would it cause more damage and he said no, so I was able to get it done when I got the money. They also helped me buy my car. When I went for a test drive, I took it to them and they told me what needs to be done and how much it would cost. They also told me how much I should pay for the car if I was to buy it. I got the car fairly cheap and put the work into it and I have a nice car that is reliable. P.s. Craig looked at it for free. Craig's Auto is reasonably priced, outstanding service (no matter age or gender), and treats his customers like family! Thank you Craig for all that you do! :-)

Great service, great work, and a great shop. My truck was having some leaking issues and Matt was able to get it taken care of promptly at a price I was happy with. No bs, just great work. Highly recommend!

Craig and Matt Service our fleet of 12+ vehicles at Extra Mile Snow. They get it done fast, affordably and right the first time. They are nice guys. I like that my money goes to to nice people! They give back to West Bend as well.

The experience was horrible. I was quoted on the phone 60.00 to do a wheel alignment and 28.00 to install 4 tires. When I dropped off the car there was no paperwork to review or sign before they did the work and when the car was finished my alignment was 66.30 and to install 4 tires it was 28.00 per tire. When I complained the customer service was horrible. I was referred by a friend but I will never go back. The owner replied that they ball park the prices. I feel that if you are going to ball park the prices you need to have the customer sign something and agree to that before the work is performed so their is no miscommunication. I have a voice recording of the entire conversation and he still wouldn't refund any money. Please don't take your car here unless you want to be overcharged and ripped off. I would give 0 starts but the site doesn't allow it.

Craig is very experienced and works on just what is needed.His competence exceeds dealer repair shops and your car is repaired when promised.I have known two 5 star auto mechanics over the last 35 years, George Rosenberger in Wauwstosa and Craig in West Bend.

I've been a very satisfied customer for years. Any time I have an issue with any vehicle, I know I can count on Craig's Auto for quick, HONEST and reliable service. The location is convenient and the customer service is top notch!!!!
