Called to make a oil change and they were able to get me in within a half hour. Very clean waiting area with coffee, really nice. Chad in service was very helpful. While walking the lot I ran into salesman Cesar who was very nice and showed me a couple of vehicles. Cesar was very knowledgeable and wasn't pushy at all. I highly recommend Cesar if you need a new or used car, great guy. The General Manger Taylor even came out to say hello and see how my experience was. They finished my car quickly and even washed it for me. I highly recommend this dealership for both service and sales. To top it all off the front desk Lady (I think Lorraine??) eve offered me a mint!!

Best dealer I have ever dealt with. My salesman was Cesar, and I cannot recommend him enough. He was very professional and courteous about my budget the whole way through. Tyler, in the financial department, was very friendly and more than willing to explain the buying process. Will happily purchase another vehicle from them in the future.

WOW - what can I say???? From the first time I inquired on the vehicle I was looking at, to stopping in last minute to drive it, through the financing, the experience was top notch! I went in last minute to drive a vehicle (I live an hour away) and I was greeted with a smile and great service, despite it being 30 minutes before closing on a Friday. I had to think about it, and Eric and Josh answered every question I had. I made the decision to purchase, and had never used dealer financing before when making a purchase. They made it easy and harmless. :) Patti in Financing is AWESOME!!!!!!!! She made the process simple, easy and painless. She presented great options, I didn't feel pressured to purchase any package. In addition, she is funny and has a great personality.Overally, I HIGHLY recommend Lynch in West Bend!!! Go check them out!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Took my truck in for an alignment after replacing upper and lower control arms along with tie rods. Was charged $150.00 for them to tell me they could only adjust the toe. I called the next morning after picking my truck up the previous evening to dispute the bill. I stated to the service manager this was unacceptable and wanted some of my money back because they were not able to align a Ford f150. I was told that under no circumstances they would refund my money. Who charges someone full price to do 30% of the work? Let alone my truck now wanders and darts around on the highway at 70 mph. I tried being nice with the service manager, that conversation went south in a quick hurry. I can't believe that they would send a vehicle out the door that was not aligned correctly. I now have an appointment next week at a different mechanic for another alignment. I really hope this was a one-time incident, but I would not let the West Bend Lynch change my bike tire. And lynch I will be forwarding my alignment bill next week to you. I also forwarded how to align 2015 f150 service bulletin from FORD to your service manager. Hopefully he can read. Its pretty scary you send vehicles out on the road like this, shame on you.Update I think it is hilarious I should contact you? I already did that if you were serious about making this right you have my phone number.

Cesar is the goto salesman here. He went above and beyond and was a pleasure to deal with. Patti, will make sure you are getting the right financing. I ve bought 30 vehicles in my life this was the easiest experience. Great team there !!!

Your sales department was very decent to work with.I m not to excited about working with your service department some of your service writers don t listen to customers. Some of us do research before we bring our vehicles to you.Chuck the service manger saved a customer in me. He is very good at his job.

This dealer went above in beyond to honor my buicks extended warranty. Dan from the service department was very polite and even gave me a courtesy ride home while my car was being serviced. They won my family's business the next time I'm shopping for a car. Thanks!

I purchased my vehicle from Cody at Lynch in West Bend. He was fantastic, he helped with everything I wanted to know. He was knowledgeable and down to earth. I have owned this vehicle for a few years now and Cody still calls me to check in and make sure I am happy with it This level of customer service is hard to find these days. No one asked me to write this review I offered to write this out of my own satisfaction. I will be calling him when I m ready to upgrade, and I recommend you call Lynch and ask for Cody for your next vehicle purchase too.

We worked with Andrew Witte and couldn't be more pleased. Andrew is an honest, personable and knowledgeable young man. He followed up with us a couple days after taking possession of our new car just to make sure we didn't have any unanswered questions. Have you ever had a mechanic give you a $6800 estimate and then after completing the work say, "happy days it will only cost you $1500 now" Lynch GMC Buick told me that the parts were discontinued for my 2011 Cadillac rear differencial, and that it would cost me $6800. I took my Caddy to another dealership who was able to fix my car for $1500. Yah $1500. Dealership said it was a well known Cadillac problem and they could have it fixed in a few days. They ordered the replacement kit and now it works great. I called Lynch in West Bend back to get a refund on their misdiagnosis. I was told that 2 months ago there was not parts to fix it, and if I had let them dig into my car they would have been able to fix it for less. I'm a senior, but not stupid. I can not and will not ever buy or get my vehicles repaired here. I recommend that you don't either.

Bought a 2019 Audi Q7 from Cody. This guy is the best! He will take care of you better than anyone. This Lynch location is also great. Go check them out and definitely see Cody if you're buying there. You won't be sorry and he won't steer you wrong. Amazing sales guy. No pressure whatsoever and gets you the best deal he can. Received an oil change and tire rotation. I was charged $20 more for the service than what I pay at Lynch Mukwonago. Same exact service. When I questioned Mike in the service dept about it, he basically told me that Mukwonago was not charging me correctly. I don't quite agree with that. I spoke with a manager afterwards and was told that it would be looked into. It's been almost 2 weeks later and no response. I understand there may be a slight variation in cost between two locations (both Lynch dealerships), but $20? West Bend charges a bit more for the service in addition to getting hit with several additional "fees" that Mukwonago does not charge. I will not be doing business at West Bend in the future, nor will I recommend it to others.

The sales department, the price, the service department, the finance department. Everybody is just excellent. They got a great team they re no nonsense they work with you. They try to put things together and make it make sense and they stand behind their word. They re a great dealership I won t shop anywhere else.

I had bulbs replaced which the dealership kindly covered since I had recently purchased my used vehicle. This was an important issue to me for safety reasons. They were very accommodating. I also had a part replaced {which I paid for} and they did it for me at the same appointment and at a reasonable cost. The service department was very friendly, knowledgeable and considerate. I will return for any concerns as well as standard maintenance.
