Erik is a consummate professional! I worked with him over multiple days long distance and he went the extra mile to ensure I got all the information I needed. He was upfront, helpful, and truthful. Refreshing after dealing with multiple dealerships trying to find the correct vehicle. In the end I did not purchase a vehicle form him but that was due in part because he cared more about me selecting the absolute correct vehicle for me rather than just getting the sale. great individual and will seek him out in a future vehicle purchase.

After visiting multiple car lots in Milwaukee where we live, we decided to go to Lifetime Auto Sales in West Bend. And we couldn't be happier and more satisfied that we did. What a difference from a Milwaukee car lot to a West Bend car lot makes! Once we stopped there, we knew that we would be buying from them...annnnd we did! A beautiful 2018 Ford Focus Titanium. My daughters first car and she couldn't be happier!The laid-back atmosphere, Chad and Eric, the variety of clean cars inside and out, the competitive pricing and the straight forwardness of what we needed through out the process when it came to the numbers and a warranty was awesome. Nothing was ever pushed on us, only their honest opinions. They will definitely be out first choice for our next vehicle.

Erik was so incredibly personable and helpful. After having a nightmare of an experience at the dealership down the road, coming here was such a relief. Amazing customer service. As a first time buyer he took the time and thoughtfulness to answer all of my questions and make the process as seamless and smooth as possible. Would recommend to anyone. So happy with my experience here.

Erik and his team were ultra professional and were a big time help when most places refused to help me out. Got me in a gorgeous Jeep Renegade and fixed the only issue I had with it no questions asked. Any one needing help getting a vehicle should check out Lifetime for your needs. Will most definitely keep a long term relationship going with this company. 5 stars from a very happy customer

I was in March 6 and a Very Nice and Knowledgeable Eric Johnson helped me Purchase A BUICK ENCORE 2015 PLATES REGISTERED!!! The sales person Erik was great to work with both times I needed a vehicle. The first time he helped me find the perfect car for my disabled father to drive. And the 2nd time around I needed a van for myself. I explained to Erik what I was looking for in my price point. He was able to get me set up in exactly what I needed. I will always bring my vehicles here for service and buy from Erik

I'm 71yrs old. I've bought a lot of cars over the years. Never heard of Lifetime Auto but decided to take a chance and look at a 2017 Maxima they were advertising on Car Guru. Brought our Optima as a trade, told Eric what we needed for trade allowance and after road testing our car, he agreed to our ask. Took the Max for a ride, loved it, loved it even more when Eric informed us the sticker was actually 2k less than the advertised price! Huh? Did the deal, took the car home and 3 weeks later, the engine light comes on. Took it to a local Madison garage who told us the car needed more work than what the engine light showed. So, bit the bullet, had the work done (they didn't cut us ANY slack on the bill) and called Eric. Sent him a copy of the invoice. While he didn't agree on some of the work that was done, his response was; "We'll help you with the cost of repairs". Really? Who does that? This is a small, independent garage/dealership and as long as Eric is there I will never buy another used auto from anyone else. Easy to justify the long drive from Madison to have these guys do all the future work the Maxima needs.

Recently purchased a vehicle from Lifetime Auto and it was the easiest car purchase I've ever had. In about an hour we test drove the vehicle and worked with Eric to complete the purchase with license and title transfer complete. Would definitely recommend working with Eric for anyone in the market for a good used car.

Buying a car is one of those unenviable tasks in life. Going to Bender auto sales takes at least one headache out of the car buying experience, finding a trustworthy salesman. For me that was working with Andy, who was a most friendly and accommodating salesman. As for the other matters, do your homework. Research the car and take it to a trusted mechanic. You shan t be disappointed.

Bought my vehicle there only took about 20 min to sign papers and then we were on our way . A couple days later i had an issue with my vehicle called Eric and he had me bring it in right away . They took their time and looked through everything and found out what the issue was , after 3 weeks it was done. we didn t put a warranty on it but they still did it free of charge . Seen another issue a week later called josh and he had me bring it in right away he fixed the problem and of course free of charge . I am so incredibly grateful for such great people . They were super nice and always on top of everything and keeping me posted throughout it all. I would definitely recommend going there ! Thank you again guys ! I m in love with my car !

We came to West Bend to visit Shalom Wildlife zoo on July 3rd. On our way out of West Bend, my sons truck started acting up and a wrench pic came up. We pulled into Lifetime to see if they could help. They weren t technically open, but 2 mechanics were there doing some of their own work. They didn t hesitate to throw the computer on the truck and figure out what was wrong. One ran to get the part and the other started to remove the old part. In less than an hour, we were fixed and on the road for an hour and a half drive home. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Can t thank you enough.

Literally the BEST place around for sales and service. We have been using them for years for our whole family s service needs. Josh is fantastic! Eric has helped us buy 2 used cars in the past years and he makes it so easy. Fair, honest, trustworthy and caring! I won t go anywhere else but to Lifetime!

We recently purchased a vehicle from Lifetime Autos. We were in and out of there in less than an hour. Best vehicle purchase experience I ever had, and being senior citizen I had made many purchases. A few days after purchase we noticed the brakes squeaking, Erik had us bring it in, and he found the issue and fixed free of charge. The a week later we noticed an exhaust issue, Josh had us bring it in and replaced the front exhaust manifold free of charge. I must say this dealer really stands by their sales. Their mechanics are top notch too. Would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a good used car.

We recently bought a van from Lifetime Auto Sales and Services. We were very happy with our experience! We saw the van we were looking for through Facebook Marketplace and decided to drive to West Bend to check it out. We had planned to trade in our vehicle and were prepared to have to do the usual back and forth negotiating and deal with the long drawn out process we were used to with car dealers. Not here. They offered us a fair price right away in our trade in and made the process the best we have ever dealt with when purchasing a car. We will definitely recommend Lifetime Auto and will look to them in the future for our car purchases. The manager Erik was great to work with so great we thought he was the owner at first. We were very impressed. Thanks for the great service!

Worked with Erik on getting a used car after selling my leased vehicle back to the dealer. The whole process was super easy & he was very straight forward and courteous. Walked in and was test driving a vehicle in 5 minutes. Took 20 minutes to finalize and sign everything while still making sure to give me all the information I needed to know.Highly recommend this place. No messing around for hours like some of these used car places to do to you. Check them out!

I have gone to Lifetime Auto Sales for a number of years and have always been treated with kindness and respect. I appreciate how thorough and knowledgeable everyone is. Best place to buy a car in WI if you ask me. I just purchased my 3rd vehicle I've bought from them today and couldn't be happier. Rare gem this place is. They tell it like it is and don't try to pressure something you don't want on you. Quality vehicles and honest service which is a rarity in the auto sales industry. When I'm ready to move on to my next vehicle Lifetime will definitely be the first place I look.

What a tremendous experience! I've bought a few vehicles before at other places, and those experiences were not great. In fact, they were dreaded. But today was a very different experience. Erik, the representative for Lifetime Auto Sales, helped me for over 2 hours. He answered (very patiently) every one of my 30 questions, he showed me how every feature works on the van, he taught me things I didn't know, and he helped me with everything. He even "worked with me" to understand what would make the deal work, and he did what he could do to help our family. We were just about to sign on the dotted line at another company, but something just told me to go with Lifetime Auto because of the true care, desire to help, honesty, and straight-forward approach. This was GREAT today. We are very happy w/ our purchase! We expect to go back here not only for future vehicles, but also for potentially service. They just seem trustworthy, and they want to help.
