We stopped at 9 dealers the day we stopped here. Out of those 9 this was the only place we were greeted in the lot! Unfortunately they didn't have anything that we were looking for, but the staff was very friendly and helpful.

After professional detailing, my car came out of the shop look amazing. 10 times better than any car dealership would do before you would pick up your brand new vehicle. 10 stars if I could post it...

My son financed a car here and 9 days later the torque converter went. Estimate was $3800.00. Called Dennis and explained. Long story short Leitheiser paid for the repair. Tim and Dennis were always nice, fast and understanding! Definitely will be back and recommend to anyone looking for a used car. Awesome guys!!!!

Purchased cars for Leitheiser and I have cars serviced at their service department. Both are great. I'll buy my next used car there and trust the service guys to handle any repairs.

We are truly appreciative of having Leitheiser to turn to when we need a quality vehicle at a fair price or reliable, affordable service for those vehicles. We have purchased our last three vehicles from Leitheiser and have been happy with each of them. Tim has worked with us to find the vehicles we need for our family, and we always feel confident of his honesty and integrity.Bob in the service department is knowledgeable, straightforward, and reliable. Pricing is fair and transparent, and he stands behind his repair work. I believe this is a rare reality in today s car repair market and we value it highly.

My fianc bought a car from them had it 3 weeks, a u-joint went on the driveshaft they said bring it in 99% they would take care of it. Mechanic said it went out from abuse, only off roading the car had did was a gravel driveway. Mechanic is a hack and dealership has no customer relation. Will never buy another car or recommend anyone to go to them.

Mother in law bought a car from here. Owner is nice. I was disappointed the car only had a 1/4 tank of gas and they didn't take the time to show her how to use everything. I thought the price was high for a used car with 133,000 miles.

I purchased my very first car from Chuck and Tim and it was such a GREAT experience. I had two small issues, but they completely took care of them and always communicated well with me. People always fear getting hunted down by a car salesperson..not here. Working in customer service/retail I tend to have high expectations when it comes to customer service and by far Leitheiser exceeds those expectations! They are a small home town business, family owned and ran and you cant go wrong buying from them.I look forward to doing more business with them in the near future. Thank You for a pleasurable buying experience!

This place had a Cadillac coupe for sale. it was a 2011 with 155,000 miles on it and they wanted to sell it for 12 Grand! I really like the car and was going to pay cash but something told me to check the website reviews and after reading all the reviews of this company selling lemon cars I decided to keep my 12 Grand! Thank you all for the honest reviews you posted I really feel like you people saved me from buying a car that would break down on me shortly after the purchase.

I have to say I am a bit disappointed. I bought a 2012 F150 from them about a year ago, and now my engine is about to grenade itself. Shortly after i got the truck I noticed a slight knocking sound from the engine, and when I asked them about it I was assured it was normal for those engines. Guess I should not have listened. Recently have been finding bearing material in my oil, leaving me with a ticking time bomb. I get that I bought a used truck and all, but I feel I should get more than 18k miles out of a $18,000 truck.

Would give it a zero star but that's not possible. They sold us two lemons. We bought a nissan and in the way to alabama (2 months later) the car would slow down and stall at 30 mph on the interstate. It did it on the way back too, so we took it the Leitheiser shop. Told them what it was doing. Bob their lead mechanic (I don't know how he has a job) said there was nothing wrong with it. My wife took it to alabama again and it did the same thing. She had it looked at, BY A PROFESSIONAL, and they said the transmission needs to be replaced. My wife was stranded and had to pay 4,500 for a new transmission. We traded in the Nissan and got a lovely Buick enclave, or so we thought. Apparently the lead mechanic Bob said he replaced the power steering pump in the Buick in July. Our power steering was not working about 5 months later and we brought it to a REAL mechanic and they told us that whoever sold us this car knew it had these problems, yet they sold it anyway. They replaced the pump like Bob did and that didn't do the trick. They looked at it and told us that the power steering rack needed to be replaced, among other things, and that it was going to cost a lot. Tim, the owner of Leitheiser, said he won't write a check for another mechanic, so we were out 1,100 for the pump that needed to be replaced. So we took the Buick to their shop and they wouldn't do anything but take 300 off of 2,300 to fix the car. What a coincidence that the same system has issues.... Very convenient for them to say, 5 months later the same issues were happening,. We are NEVER GOING BACK THERE. STAY AWAY. Go to a licensed NAPA mechanic that warranties their work!!!!

3 /11/2019 went to go purchase what I thought was going to be my new vehicle. I had called Saturday morning and stated which vehicle I was interested in and we agreed on a price. Did the application over the phone and Tim the owner said because of Saturday cant get everything done until Monday 3/11/2019. So Monday I show up to sign and they sold it to two people me and one other, than they tell me cant sell it to me for the agreed price. Dont ever buy here they will F#@$ you any way they can. I normally don't do this but I was raised on a hand shake is all you need. Not at this place.

Awesome place to buy a car. The salesman, Chuck, was extremely helpful and easy to work with. I bought a 2015 Chevy Malibu 3 weeks ago, and I love it. If you are looking for a place to buy a great used car, this is the place to go!

The gentleman was super nice, helpful, and he worked with my mom on the payment price. He had replaced the brakes and brake pads. Overall, very outstanding gentleman and I highly recommend this dealership.

Honest and long post but it will likely give you the information you may need to make an informed decision.I have purchased my last 2 used vehicles from reputable used car dealers. I decided it was time to trade my current truck in as I was upside down on it and needed to do something. I decided to try the big dealerships and went to 5 dealerships looking for my semi new truck. I found a truck similar to the one I bought from Leitheiser which was the same year, roughly same mileage, but $1500 more from one of the big dealers. All 5 big name dealerships told me my max payment price point wasn't obtainable for that truck or something similar since my trade in wasn't being valued anywhere near market according to them even after more than $1500 in upgrades I had done in the past few months. One of the dealers offered me $6K for my truck 6 months ago before I put new wheels and rims, new battery, new battery cables, GPS Nav/bluetooth stereo upgrade all lights LED interior and exterior upgrades. Come last month they offered me $3500 after I put all the money into it and told me aftermarket doesn't really mean anything and the only reason I was likely getting a $6K offer at the time was because they wanted to put me in a truck that day for about $575/month at a 36K mile lease with $2K down. I Told them no. I was even called on the last day of year and was told by a dealership (You can read my review on Ewalds Google page) and was guaranteed they could get me into a truck with my trade at my price point. They couldn't and wasted 4 hours of my day. At that point I was done with the big name dealerships and decided to go back to reputable used car dealers around my area.I noticed that the truck I ultimately bought was still sitting in the lot from the last time I test drove it. I told my wife if they can hit my payment or be below it, I am buying it. I walked into Leitheiser and explained my situation and gave them my price point. I was pre-approved for a loan already. They not only hit my price point, but they came in lower and beat my pre-approved rate. They gave me more money on my trade due to the upgrades on the truck. They actually understand that those upgrades do increase the value unlike the dealership. Because of the money I saved, I threw it into gap coverage and the 100K mile bumper to bumper and still came in under my payment max. Deal was done all while I was at work with very minimal work on my end. It was a simple sign, down payment, and drive away. I would use them and their service department again for the simple fact that they were hassle free, willing to work with my trade, and beat everything I put in front of them. I will update this as I put more miles onto the vehicle. I also do a lot of my own maintenance usually but with my bumper to bumper, Ill let them take care of it.

To make a long story short, I had some serious issues with my Chrysler 200 and I took it upon myself to fix. When another issue was discovered I had to seek more maintenance. When I realized nothing was going to be covered due to it being a pre-existing condition and me being now the 4th owner of the car. So at my wits end and last resort, I came back to Leitheiser and they got me into a new vehicle only 4 days later. They are a company that definitely stands by their customer service. Honest and upfront people here.

I bought my first car there in 2004, 4yr old grand am. no complaints, they got me approved with no credit, as it was my 1st loan, everything went smooth, now aside from having an automotive retail & wholesale background i can see the negatives on here really dont pertain to how they are as a dealership, and keep in mind we are all people, we all make mistakes but its how one corrects a mistake that should be valued. if you want a better deal or think a person controls the unkown lifespan of a vehicle, do your research people! go to milwaukee and by a car on there lot, safety inspections all filled out, but nothing gone over or repaired. i can see myself buying again from Leitheiser, and I would recommend them if there is a vehicle they have that someone is looking for. nobodys gettin rich selling cars at a used lot, the money comes from service, my advice... dont get sold on a car on the spot, do your research, have a family or friend who knows vehicles to check it out for you.

Mechanic won't listen to you. If your car doesn't act up for Bob, then he'll tell you there's nothing wrong with it. Believing him was the most expensive mistake of my life! Never going back!

Dirty rotten scoundrels! Run away as fast as you can. They sold my daughter a car that is a total lemon 2 years a go. A 2010 Chevy Malibu, Ripped her off and did not even come down in price a penny. I hope they go out of business. We are going to sue under the lemon law. Thousands of dollars have been sunk into this car. They stink!!!
