I purchased a truck here last December. Turned out it had some underlying issues that no one could have known about. Josh and the team here took care of me no problem. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful with any questions you might have. I d highly recommend anyone to come here to purchase a vehicle or shop for parts for your GM vehicles. Josh is an amazing guy and I d trust him with my vehicle any day!

We had a great experience with our recent Jeep purchase. We were able to deal directly with the owner so we didn t have to do the let me talk to my manager thing;) We were in and out with our Jeep in less than an hour! We felt very comfortable and every question was answered with honesty. We are glad to be able to support a small, honest, local business and love our Jeep!

I prefer to shop with a small family business and Kayes Trucks and Parts is the perfect choice if you're looking for a good, used Truck or SUV. There's no pressure and it's a friendly environment. I had some questions about a vehicle I bought yesterday and Josh Kaye went above and beyond to ease my mind. He doesn't sell rust buckets and is very fair with his prices! Shop around if you must, but definitely make Kayes a stop.

Very nice gentleman (Josh), helped get financing, patient with customers, easy to talk with and ask questions. Would highly recommend if your looking for a great deal on trucks.

Bought a truck here. Told me to let them know if there's any problems. Drive it less than 1000miles, lifter failed. They act like they are willing to help with the expenses at first but after had the truck fixed they just ignored me after i followed up if they can help me as i just spent 13grand to buy the truck and dont really have the money to get it fixed. Few months after other vehicle problems occured.Update: i got a reply from this review that i didnt bring it to their shop and instead brought it to other shop. But when i told them about the issue, they just told me that they dont fix lifter issues. I got the previous messages. What a joke!

Had to call the owner to show up during the hours that were posted. Wasn't there. Put money down and didn't like the finance options I was given. He Kept the down payment. It's legal. It's in the purchase contact. Would of been nice of him to say something about that. A couple weeks later I get a letter of legal ownership and registration for the same vehicle that he sold to someone else. Can't even send in the registration papers correctly. Not someone you want to deal with.
