Be wiser buy somewhere else. Worst buying experience ever. Long story short, needed a car and quick. Found a new 2023 Traverse at the West Bend location, near home, great. Bought from the West Allis location a long time ago and had a good experience. I didn't need a test drive, unfroze my credit, negotiated a deal said I'd be there at 5 to sign on the line, this was late morning. I get there, nothings done. Salesperson had no idea since the internet person I was dealing with didn't forward the info. Kept giving me a different number than what we had agreed on in emails so I had to show him that. He had to go talk to the manager a few times. Anyhow, I hand over a down payment of 12,500 in the form of a check. Only to find out car can't be delivered tonight and paperwork couldn't be processed. Next morning I find out there's better finance deals in lieu of rebate so i emailed again. She kept screwing up the numbers, sending me generic information that didn't apply to me etc. After probably a dozen emails just trying to get the number I was financing I was so frustrated I said screw it I'm going elsewhere and that I would be in to collect my check. She then announces check had been cashed and it would take days to clear and get a refund. I go to my bank online, check had indeed been cashed so I couldn't even stop payment. So I had no car, they had me and my 12,500 hostage for a car I hadn't even signed on the line for. I had no choice but to buy it. I'm now in a car I should be enjoying but all I think about how poorly this whole ordeal went and I was stuck purchasing something I no longer wanted. Heiser West Bend should be avoided at all costs!!! At least it's a nice looking car. Hopefully soon I'll be able to get over the sour experience this dealership had me go through.

Things were fine. I felt the salespeople could have known more about the truck (I think they mostly sold cars), and maybe could have shown me a few additional things when I picked it up (I still don't know the functionality of the tonneau cover). I also felt I could have been told more about the roof cracking issues that GM was forced to halt production for and how these affect me both now and down the road. I brought it to their attention, and they weren't aware of it

Took my truck in to get warranty work done. Month later was able to get my truck back. Returned truck the next day they left loose wires and hoses inside engine bay and left everything smelling like antifreeze. Went and picked my truck back up and now they damaged sound fiberglass damping inside engine bay. Do not go through for any kind of work. Quality is garbage and have not been contacted be service manage yet I was told he went up north and that was a week ago. West Bend location

My experience was NOT a very good one,I've been to many dealerships. But the series received was HORRIBLE an not very fair. I dropped my vehicle off I gave the tech (Liam) the diagnostic results that I had gotten prior to m arrival,but they still charged me a diagnostic fee,I pck thr vehicle up and the same problem still exists. So I bring the car back a week later, this guy mark tries charging me another diagnostic fee,but we got that part settled but since when doesn't the diagnostic charge carry over if u actually get the work done? But NO They decided to charge me the full separate repair charge alone with a diagnostic fee for a diagnosis I didn't even need,because it wound up being exactly what I told/showed (liam) in the beginning.Very disappointing I will NOT be spending my money at this WEST BEND location again!!!!!!

This has been one of the best buying experiences from out of state! We drove all the way from Michigan to pick up our beautiful RAM 2500. I had the pleasure to work with Mathias in sales and Tim in finance they are the reason I drove from Michigan to make such a big purchase. Nonetheless this was a straight forward deal that they were able to get done for me via phone, nothing changed after all the paperwork was completed physically! They are the most honest guys in the automotive industry! Make sure you see Mathias!!!!

What I appreciated most about Heiser was the very genuine and personable people who worked with me. It was a comfortable, and positive atmosphere inside the showroom. I Especially appreciated my salesman, Cesar for being so kind, and extra helpful going way above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! I bought a used car, and had some issues shortly after purchase that ended up being minor, and this caring man was on the phone with me after hours making sure it got taken care of these guys fixed it right up, and even patched up a little cosmetic interior spot while they were at it. Considering I traveled over an hour away from home to buy from them, they conveniently had two very nice gentlemen deliver the car literally to my door when the fine tuning was all done. Overall, Heiser was not like other Dealers I have worked with. They totally exceeding my expectations!

Great experience from start to finish! Sales Rep Cesar was a pleasure to work with and communicated with us promptly regarding every aspect of the transaction. We drove 325 miles to pick up the new car and it was well worth the trip. Cesar greeted us at the door an had our new car perfectly detailed and on the showroom floor complete with a bow. Sales manager also sent us welcome video text before we arrived which was a nice touch. I highly recommend Heiser Chevrolet Cadillac!

This place is an absolute JOKE! Drove an hour and 15 minutes just to say the GM took the car home for the weekend when I inquired about it the day before!!! Once I get there, I took a look at a similar car and didn't make a deal that day. The next Monday I negotiated with with my saleswomen and I get a reply back that says the following, "Riley, Enough, we gave you more on your trade Saturday we did not come up with more money on our end since then.", who does she think she is, my mother?!?! I called her on it and she said "I was just passing on what my manager told me". I said that's internal business and you don't talk to customers like that. I tried to call the GM twice with no answer and no call back....shocker! Now he will try and make it better by replying to this post with a general statement he sends everyone instead of owning up and calling me. BE AWARE IF YOU TRY TO BUY A CAR HERE!!

Every one here is friendly from the time you walk in the door. It s not that fake friendly that you get when you know they are only acting that way because they just want your business. They make you feel like a friend they haven t seen for awhile. Sitting there talking with Leigh I noticed several customers came in. Not one of the sales people were pushy or all over them the second they walked in the door. And they didn t stumble all over each other to reach that potential buyer. It was actually a refreshing change. When I started talking with Leigh she never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable. She even asked questions to make sure that I was thinking about getting in the right size vehicle. I would recommend Heiser Chevrolet/Cadillac in West Bend to anyone.

I am very happy with Heiser. I bought a used truck from them and it had a mechanical problem. Even when I was upset (and probably not an easy customer) they were good to deal with. Our salesman Cesar was fantastic the whole time. I highly recommend him. He was a pleasure to work with. He worked hard to find a solution. Tim took care of the financing, he found a good rate, and really explained everything well. Heiser took care of us and set things right, and now we have a great truck and we are very happy customers.

I was overall disappointed in my experience with Heiser Chevrolet/Cadillac. I had purchased a used Traverse which had to go back in twice within two weeks of the purchase due to issues which i feel should have been caught upon inspection. (Advertised remote start not working, bad sensor and a defective rear wiper motor) They were promptly fixed at their expense, which was very nice, but a week after there was what felt like a hesitation in the engine (possible fuel/air ratio issue) when coasting at any speed as well as what feels like a tremble/shake in the front end making a really rough ride. Contacted Heiser and there was no answer back. A few weeks of it I emailed the dealership, made several phone calls to the dealership and contacted the salesperson whom i worked with and left a voicemail with absolutely no response back. Not even to let me know i was on my own with any issues at this point. Then yesterday i ironically received a text about leaving a review on my experience. Decided to call and leave one more message at the dealership then attempted to contact the general manager directly and still have not received anything back. I get it, they made their sale. Will never go back or recommend them to anyone. I was already hesitant about going through a dealership and this is why. Continued: Recently my vehicle went in for an oil change/tire rotation and safety inspection. Give them another chance. Asked for them to investigate a very clear creaking noise coming from my front end which is prevalent at all times. Tech claimed they heard nothing which just tells me they ignored it/didnt look into it. It does it even leaving my driveway or leaving a parking stoll. So now i have to make an appointment elsewhere and be down a car again. The creak was the whole reason i made the appointment. Might as well of done my own inspection/oil change

My 2020 Chevy Blazer was leaking antifreeze. I called and made appointment. The dealer found out it was a detective radiator. Heiser team extremely friendly and professional. They fixed the repair, gave me a ride home and went out of their way to make me confident the repair was done properly. Very impressed with this dealer.

My vehicle took over 1.5 hours for an oil change. There needs to be some type of communication upfront if routine things like an oil change will take this long. I arrived on time, and was not told there would be any delay or anything like that. I can understand if things are backed up or the expectation is that's just how long these things take now, but that should be communicated to the customer. Everything else about my experience was just fine. Employees are very nice and I am happy with the work they do.

I dealt with Cesar this time around, and have to say he is probably the best salesmen I have dealt with. This would be my 4th vehicle and he made it very pleasant, whereas in the past wasn't the greatest with those past salesmen, and or service at that time. It made me feel good walking in and a few people already knowing my name and only my 2nd day physically being there. I always tell them if they treat me right, and do what it takes to help me out, you will have my continued business. They made sure my new vehicle was all cleaned and ready to go for when I got there, so we were not spending all day and night at the dealership. In the past it took from open to close for my 1st vehicle, and had to come back like 4 times for my 2nd. This time was quick and easy, and that makes my life so much easier. The only downside was bringing in my trade that still had a lean on it, and being low balled. When I was told by the person I was initially talking to before even coming to the dealership that there should be decent equity in my vehicle outside what was left. They offered me pretty much what was left. Cesar definitely got that figured out for me. But initial offer was quite a bit lower per my previous discussion and their website that gives you an estimate. So just be sure to watch for that. Overall very satisfied though, and love my new Chevy Blazer.

The dealership did not knock my socks off !!!Within the first 30 minutes my financing was approved on 11-26-22.Over 4 hours later I was able to leave the dealership (not happy).Was only shown how to pair up my phone.There were nicks on the steering wheel and I have not heard anything from the dealership on fixing the issue.The truck was not detailed and I was given a "We Owe" slip for the detailing.I called the dealership on Monday 11-28-22 to set up an appointment for the detailing.I was told that the service manager would call me with the appointment time.Today is 12-5-22 and I still have not heard from the service manager.This is the second truck I purchased and have my service work done at the dealership, as stated earlier you did not knock my socks off !!!

Leah was great and worked really well with us and the kids. It was a little rough when it got busy and there were not enough people working to help the other customers coming in. I absolutely love my car but when it died after a week of having it I was a little unimpressed. Leah was super great with getting it in and getting me a replacement car while my vehicle was being fixed. Overall I absolutely love my new vehicle and would recommend Heiser and Leah for your next vehicle purchase.

I was very impressed with Heiser Chevrolet Cadillac in West Bend. I visited numerous car lots without an appointment to see what inventory each dealer had. Heiser in West Bend was the only dealer where someone came out and asked if I needed any help. Maria Fuller had the perfect approach where she was there to help, but not there to push. We test drove a couple different Silverado's while was there because I was deciding between a Silverado and a Sierrra. Ultimately, I decided on on a Silverado. Heiser in West Bend had a black one and another dealer had a white one so it was between the two. Heiser had a leg up due to Maria from the get go. I'm a very busy individual and they accommodated that exceptionally well. I lived a half hour away and didn't want to keep driving up there back and forth. For the most part we were able to do the majority of everything remote via, phone, text, email which was impressive. They matched what the other dealer was offering to where I went with Heiser due to the experience.Even the financing piece of things was painless. I typically dread buying trucks and getting to the point of the finance manager. I get the money is made on the warranties and various protections, but very rarely do I keep my trucks beyond the manufacturer warranty period so I never buy additional add ons. I've purchased some trucks elsewhere where the finance experience was like being a prisoner of war and felt the only way I was leaving alive is if I purchased some add on that I didn't want. Heiser eliminated this perception, and the financing was smooth and painless as well.A big thank you to everyone involved. I have nothing but positive things to say and odds are that I'll be back to buy another one in the next 2-3 years.

I really appreciate the service I receive every time I bring my 14 Cruz in. Nathan took great care of me, applying a coupon towards my oil change and tire rotation .I enjoyed my coffee while relaxing in the waiting area. Definitely will be back!Tom

Honestly the only thing good about my experience was Nathan. He was so great at communicating with me, giving me updates, working around my schedule and so much more. I have never had a better experience with a service advisor. Nathan did a lot to help me out and get my car back up and running. Truly the best service advisor I ve dealt with, and that s saying a lot considering I work for a different dealership.I don t necessarily recommend the dealership but I do recommend the service department.

Brian Schultz was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful! Great customer service! Made purchasing extremely easy! Sherry was a joy and so sweet, very easy to talk with. Pete and Gary were okay, I feel as though there was a lack of communication or just a rush to get off work which I understand it was late. I was able to find a vehicle that fit my needs in my price range. Overall wasn't a bad visit.
