Excellent Service! We recently worked with Ian to purchase a new Ford Bronco Sport. From my first email inquiry and through all communication, Ian responded promptly with exactly the information we needed. He did an excellent job of sharing and explaining the different model options and finding answers to all of our questions. His working hours were accommodating to our schedule and the purchase process was quick and painless. We didn't once feel the awkward pressure that typically comes with vehicle purchase. Mo, the finance department representative was also amazing. She explained everything in terms that were easy to understand, got us through the process quickly, and made it an enjoyable and even entertaining experience. We're extremely happy with our vehicle and this purchase experience!

We worked with Eugene again on our latest Ford 2023 Explorer ST. In the past he handles our F150 Truck needs as well. He is always accommodating and efficient with the whole process!

I love my Lincoln and never really had any problems with mine in all the years I have owned it. I took her in for pounding over bumps. I was told front struts and Monica who was my Service Advisor took great care of me. The struts were replaced under warranty. I did notice the alignment not being right and took it to my mechanic who corrected it. I have not driven much over the last few days, did notice that the front end does not pound and seems smoother but the rear struts are not the same and rougher but was told they were fine. Either way, I would not hesitate taking my car back to the dealer and dealing with Monica who was the greatestService: A/C installation & repair

I was so impressed with Anastasia. She was so helpful and courteous. She was a breath of fresh air she went out of her way to figure out why my Ford Seatbelt was sticking.I came in for a recall and got in within a week. I could have got in sooner it was my scheduling choice. Thanks for a great experience. Also the quick turn around I got my car back sooner than expectedA+

Dirtbag profiteers marking up vehicles $30,000 plus. Won't be buying here. Not against the law to do it. It does reveal lack of ethics and professional character in that getting full MSRP isn't enough for them.
