Unlike auto purchases in the past from other dealers, this one was different. Nick (sales) and Zeke (financing) made the buying experience much better. Zero pressure and my wife and I were treated very professionally and our time was respected. Thanks Gordy Boucher for helping us through what most consumers see as an unpleasant experience. We ll definitely go back when another vehicle is needed.

There was absolutely no pressure to buy anything, and the salesman (Michael Neurenberg) was friendly, funny and knowledgeable. He even made sure to review all the new tech with me so that I'd be comfortable on the road. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and helpful. I absolutely love my new car, and would definitely recommend Gordie Boucher Ford of West Bend.

Had a great experience at Gordie Boucher ordering my first ever new vehicle. Placed an order for a Maverick in December and vehicle arrived to the dealership within 3 months. Louie in sales and Zeke in finance were great to work with. Have not yet worked with the service department, but plan to service my Maverick here as well. Thank you!

Love this dealership so much! As an automotive reviewer some dealerships provide an uncomfortable experience. But Gordie Boucher Ford Of west bend makes me feel like I m at home! Great Experience. I Started my inquire online and was contacted in a timely manner by Louie. This ended up being my first New Car purchase and would highly recommend. They were very knowledgeable on the model I was inquiring and the current incentives, but also the motivation from Ford. They were honest and up front and offered one of the best deals. I traded up with Gordie Boucher.

Was a great dealership to work with! Our sales guy, Nick Greenhalgh was awesome! He made buying a new car so much fun. Answering all the questions I had, making things easy to understand. He was very knowledgeable.. not only that, he was easy going, and easy to talk too.. not uncomfortable in any way! Hands down I recommend him and this dealership. Excellent experience.

We ordered a vehicle. It was on the lot 3 weeks before they called us. I had been tracking it online. I knew it was there 2 weeks because of when I had tracked. They admitted to 3 weeks at pick up. There were 34 miles it. I m pretty sure someone drove it at least a few miles. Our last new car only had 4 and we didn t even order it. When we came to pick up they said they didn t know it was ours! The finance guy was not good. He only pulled my husband s credit and put same score for both causing us a higher interest rate. Mine was 30 points higher. They don t give you papers , they give you a thumb drive. I kept asking what we were signing, as we couldn t read on iPad screen. I m sure they bank on you not printing. I printed it all and found out they added two items we did not want. General manager was very helpful getting that straightened out. We have already refinanced and our monthly payments dropped 2.25 % because BOTH our scores were pulled. Our payments went down $140 per month for same length of loan.

I loved my service here. Given, I knew exactly what car I wanted before walking onto this lot, but I am so glad that Nick (sales) was the one to pick up the phone.I m love humor and a bit of a goof and his personality fit mine well. He not only made me feel comfortable, but was very professional and informative.Working with Cory (finance) to complete all the paperwork was great. I was confused at a lot of the information he was giving me but tried to explain it in terms I could understand. We talked about all the things we needed to so I could buy the car, but we also got to share things about who we both are, our lives and I can t ever recall a time where I actually enjoyed the PROCESS of buying a car.10/10 recommend!

This has to be the best dealership in the city of West Bend. I truly had the best experience here and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. All my problems were resolved and my sales representatives Nick was Alsome. I highly recommend any Ford vehicle owner to go and do business here. 10-10

Dealing With Eugene Sanchez was awesome. When I am ready to buy another car I will have to check with Eugene. Kept two of his cards so I can give one to the next person I learn is looking for a car. They cleaned up the truck and removed the graphics I didn t want. Perfect experience. Everyone was very friendly. A great atmosphere and never seemed rushed or pushed. I visited the dealership on three different occasions and each time I would be able to write this same review. Eugene was great and was the reason for eventually choosing to buy my Truck there.

Took vehicle in for service due to a burning smell. Was told they found nothing. Smell continued. Returned for an oil change and they asked what the burning smell was. Told them I didn t know as we had brought it in pretend was charged for them to check it out but they found nothing. They recommended to replace the vacuum pump. So we did that. And we continue to have the burning oil smell. Returned to have them look at it and was then told that we needed to replace a valve gasket. So they wanted $1400 to replace everything overall even though they claimed that the vacuum pump was what was causing the smell. Will certainly not be returning! And we have always brought our truck here. Sad that s how this place runs their business.

Took car in for some recalls. Asked for an oil change to be done while there. Notes state and oil change was done at no charge but then it was also listed under quotes with price... picked up car and wasn't charged for anything and oil life indicated was still at 17% (was it change?). Other items that were verbally described as issues were not noted the same on the notes (sway bar link broke [verbal] vs loose [notes]... which is it?).

The service was good the oil change was quick, at a fair price, my issue is whe. They did the complete inspection of my truck, they claimed the rear brakes were bad and gave me a quote to redo the rear brakes. Pads rotors calipers. Well i did not have it done and inspected it myself. What i found is the pads were almost worn down ,however the rotors didn't have a scratch or gouge on them and the calipers work perfectly. So i replaced just the pads. I feel its very dishonest to try and sell me or have me have work done that is not needed.

I bought a new vehicle. With less than 1000 miles on the car, I recently took my vehicle into the service center due to water entering the vehicle though the roof/sun roof. The service department looked it over and called me to pick up the car the next day on Friday. The service person said that they could not see or have any proof that water leaked through the roof. I showed them the pictures that I took and she said to call back on Monday. Here are your keys. Very disappointed with the service.

I had the misfortune of purchasing a car from this dealership, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. The salesman Louie employed every shady trick in the used car dealer playbook, from deceptive amounts of interest in vehicle we were purchasing, to pushing unnecessary add-ons & fees. After finally agreeing on a price and signing the paperwork, they made us wait forever before handing over the keys, showing a complete lack of respect for our time. Avoid this place like the plague if you value honesty and efficiency in your car-buying experience.

Gordie Boucher gave me my last free oil change for purchasing my Ford Edge from them. They checked things out on the car and found my battery was not performing as well as it should. They recommended a new battery, which I had them install. Now I should be good for a while again.

I was blown away by the service at Boucher Ford of West Bend. Moriah in Finance and Richard in Sales are by far the best I ve ever dealt with at any of the many dealers I ve been too. First time that I was offered knowledge and experience at a dealer that I could learn from, and not the same nonsense I hear everywhere else I ve been.

I get SO stressed out car shopping because most dealerships can be so pushy. I have enjoyed my last two experiences with buying from this dealership because Amanda makes the experience so laidback. I also appreciate that they ve never pushed me into additional warranties that I did not need. I would recommend asking for Amanda!

**Update**I called the number that the owner responded with only to find a very confused employee. Said employee transferred me to a voicemail where I left a message. It's been at least two weeks and I have not heard any response.Apparently, even this company's attempts to rectify a problem are not in good faith.I couldn't feel less wanted as a customer.******Absolutely atrocious!From start to hastened finish, this place was beyond disappointing.To begin, we stood at the front counter for several minutes before the receptionist bothered to look up from her personal phone.We then discovered that the rep who had confirmed our appointment that morning was out at a funeral, and no one was excepting us.To her credit, Cindy B. was very helpful as she tried to figure out the problem.However, we then discovered that the vehicle that we were (mind you, confirmed) intending to test drive was not even on the lot.The entire experience was absurdly terrible.

Had some quotes from another company and had them give me few quotes. Pricing was competitive. When they performed work they made me aware that various things did not need to be done and ended up saving me a lot of money. Very honest place to work with.
