Typically I m not the type to write a bad review. After using good year tire a couple of times for miscellaneous work. Today was the last time I will use them. I decided I would have them do my oil change on my 2020 gmc Sierra. Originally it was supposed to be around 80 dollars for synthetic oil and a tire rotation. It ended up being around $105. Decided to have them do it anyways. They come back 45 minutes later telling me my lug nuts are broken and warped. Told them I would like them to reinstall them and I would fix them myself as they were not as bad as they made it sound. They would not reinstall them and so I agreed to the $80 price. Again I get things happen so whatever. My problem is after the oil change I noticed oil in my driveway. I figured it was just a little left that spilled from the orignal oil change. I left it until it seemed very odd that oil was still showing up a month later. I finally went underneath the truck and found the oil filter was very loose. It was pouring oil and had a drip. After 1000 miles the dip stick showed left than half full. I m glad I caught it in time before major problems occurred. When I went to change the filter it was extremely loose. I will no longer bring my business there

Unwilling to take jobs under 2000, will find things to justify charging that much if you have a minor problem. Named after Goodyear tire, but did not properly repair my tire. It was flat the next day. A real mechanic pointed out the damage they caused just from diagnosing the problem. Tell your friends.

Very prompt customer service and got me in the same day for a flat with a tire size that wasn't available everywhere needing to be replaced. Decent pricing with coupons and promotions on their website to be used towards services. Will definitely be back in the future for work!

0% interest for 6 months on their Goodyear Card. The West Bend location is significantly better service than the other Goodyear locations I've been too. Would recommend

Estimates are accurate and craftsmanship is great. The front counter staff is helpful and is willing to assist with any questions. Pricing is within the normal range and Lauren does a great job with checking for deals. Keep up the great work Lauren, I ll be back.

We have about 15 trucks serviced regularly by another Goodyear in the area which provides decent service. This Goodyear drops the ball all the way around. We have had several visits to West Bend Goodyear for standard fleet service, oil change, tire rotations, and brakes. The first visit was a simple oil change/tire rotation. The service took over 75 minutes. While returning the keys the manager stated "the tire pressures are reading backwards and one is not reading at all but we don't have time to fix it right now." This truck was brought in with working and accurate tire sensors and after they "broke them" they chose not to fix it but rather just say they didn't have time. The second visit, a brake job, went relatively smoothly. The only hitch was that the job cost us 34% more than the same job with the same parts from another local mechanic. This is unfortunate because the overall service and communication at Goodyear needs help.During the third visit the vehicle was taken in 45 minutes after the appointment time. Simple delays like this means rescheduling work and losing money and customers. After the completed oil change, the dipstick read about 2/3 full. It was checked again an hour later by another person and they had the same reading. Goodyear charged us $3 for "disposal fee" (throwing the old filter into the trash) and $5 for "shop supplies" which we were told they charge for "using a rag to wipe up mess CREATED BY THE TECHNICIAN." Lastly, as we receive a discount for fleet service, there was an extra "labor charge" of $15.45 which directly offset the discount. This charge was never applied at other Goodyear locations. As the tires were not rotated and no other work was done this charge was very confusing. In conclusion: One should not have to be concerned about the condition of their vehicle after service. If you need service we suggest a professional local mechanic. If you need tires, and you want don't want to pay a whole lot extra for nothing, we suggest Mavis Tires, Pomps, or Tires plus. All of which have great customer service.

The West Bend Goodyear shop was great. During my recent visit from Virginia my tire began leaking air badly. I arrived at the Goodyear shop at 7:45am with a commitment to be at Erin Hills by 10:15. The shop was very busy but were able to fit me in. I was out of there by 8:15 with a new tire. The Goodyear team was professional, fairly priced and most importantly helpful. I highly recommend the West Bend Goodyear team.

Poor customer service. Don t seem to know what they re doing. Should ve read my inquiry correctly before putting wrong sized tires on my car and wasting over a hour of my time. Instead wanted to blame me for not putting it in the report.Wont be back.

Only place I will buy tires from!! Amazing service and continued service over the years that you have their tires!! Tire rotations are easy to schedule and they are very timely with completing them!! Google hours are close to being right: M-F 7:30 AM to 6 PM, Sat 7:30 AM to 2 PM, and Sunday Closed (the sign on the outside is correct, but Google can't seem to take my suggestions correctly about opening at 7:30 AM).

I stopped in because that irritating little tire pressure light was on. Asked if they could help me out with checking my tire pressure. Not only did they do that, they also taught me how to reset that irritating little warning..... and believe it or not, they even managed to make me laugh a couple times! In this crazy world we are living in, great customer service is hard to come by..... we should all celebrate it when we experience it. Way to go Goodyear- I ll be back!!!~Mary Jo

I originally bought my tires online on Black Friday. The deal was $100. off. I set my appointment and was surprised when the Goodyear shop in West Bend gave me a call explaining that the tires I wanted were no longer available but I could take the better tire for only a couple bucks more. OK - I needed tires and its cold and nasty out so I went with it. The guys in the office were really nice, I left my car for a couple of hours and presto it was done. The deal - wasn't so great but the service was.

Balanced my tires for about $50 and took around 45 mins. In and out no frills.

We have been Goodyear customers for almost two decades! Recently had my oil changed, I was under the impression that an inspection of all fluid levels would be done. Apperently NOT! I spent 3 hours stranded on the side of the interstate late at night when my engine overheated. If they would have checked the fluid level of my radiator they would have seen the fluid was low as the hoses were leaking. They didn't even check it! NO fluid levels for anything were indicated on my receipt. I depended on you to make sure my car was in good condition. You don't care enough about your customers to even do what you advertise. I will not be returning. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

My husband and I have been bringing our vehicles here for many years. As of late we have been in with three different vehicles we own from routine maintenance to several other major issues. The staff has been "Great". Our needs WERE met right away and the staff seen our bad luck with one of the three vehicles and made sure we were happy when we left. This has happened several times in the last three months or more. We will not go anywhere else for our needs. Thank you to "All"of you with an extra special Thank you to "Gary" at West Bend Tire and see you very soon with our family car.

For over 15 years, we have had our vehicles serviced at the West Bend Good Year. They are great at working around our schedules. Professional, upfront, friendly, and the Good Year credit card is so helpful with larger expenses.

I have not had a problem with them yet. So far, my 1997 Mazda 626 has needed new tires, a new front end assembly, a new exhaust, and a new multifunction switch. They are efficient, they are honest, and they don't rip you off. West Bend Tire has always been good to me.

After driving 2000 miles from Arizona, i noticed i had 2 balded tires on the inside aspect of my NSX. I called the Auto Service Center and Garry was very accommodating and friendly. I also was impressed with the care and expertise the mechanic too with mounting the tires and handling my aftermarket wheels. If i lived in West Bend I would only use this shop.

I have received excellent service here for the last year and a half till this last visit. I am hoping they just had a bad day. Took my car in for a oil change and tire rotation. Got my car back damaged and had to take it to another mechanic to fix it. Can't believe they sent my car back this way! They offered to fix it at my expense.

I had an appointment for mounting winter tires; when i gave one staff member my keys, he said it takes about an hour?!I was wondering for a few minutes if i was dreaming, had a cigarette and then asked him after I saw my vehicle is already in the garage, if i can expect to get my car sooner than that.He looked at me immediately with an attitude and kept repeating that it takes about an hour.Since I'm from Germany and got that procedure done twice a year, I actually know that it definitely doesn't take an hour; it can be done in 15 minutes. Especially when people have an appointment!Plus the fact that i bought tires for over 500 dollars, it's even more rude to be treated like that!I already regret buying the tires here and can only recommend to go somewhere else!

The most consistent and value driven shop in town. No nonsense. No misrepresentation. The sales staff have all been in the business for years and actually know what they are doing given any situation that I have ever brought to them. Techs fix it right. I highly recommend this shop if you are looking for integrity and accuracy in your repairs. I have had them install tires on all 3 vehicles and they always got me the best price on a tire that fit my needs. They beat the competitors buy 3 get one free deal with their every day price with no upsell for crazy priced installation packages or any of that.

I made an appointment a week ago for an alignment check and arrived about 10 min early. I was told I would have to wait an hour and a half for the service. I told him to forget it and went home. I took off work and got an early appointment to avoid this waiting. He called after I got home (20 min later) and said we can get you in now. What a joke, why even make an appointment?

Visit these guys if you want honest and dependable repairs. I have been pretty much everywhere in West Bend for service, and the professionalism at West Bend Tire is unmatched. The salepeople are all very knowlegeable and I have never been pressured to repair anything, yet they always let me know of any vehicle issues that are present. They take appointments even for free service. I was also surprised that their pricing was better than the small garage that I was previously using. I first went to them for tires and after shopping found that they had the best price on tires too.

After purchasing a new set of tires for my f150, I began to notice a subtle vibration in the truck at high speeds. The guys at GY continued to work with me to try and diagnose the issue. They balanced the tires again but the problem persisted. We were struggling to determine if the issue was tire related or drive train related. At no charge, one of the guys at GY took the tires and wheels off his personal truck and put them on mine to get to the root of the problem. Turned out the tires were fine. We replaced the drive shaft and the problem was solved. Not happy a failed drive shaft, but the guys at GY were great about getting the situation resolved.

What type of company drills holes in summer tires with 5k miles on them when they're putting snow tires on... this one. Make sure you are very clear and document your interactions.

This place deserves accolades for the service they provided my wife. She had a flat on the freeway and called West Bend Tire after calling 2 other tire shops in town that couldn't help her. West Bend Tire was at the vehicle within 15 minutes and put her spare on and then followed her back to the shop. They didn't have the tires she needed, but got 2 of them delivered within a couple hours. They then loaned her a vehicle for free while the car was tied up rather than her driving on the donut spare tire. The salesman Gary was unbelievably accommodating. Great job guys.

Wonderful! I ask to get my tire pressure checked and the guy did so along with telling me I had the incorrect tire caps on. I bought my 2017 Corolla at a used lot and it did not have the correct caps on the tires. Apparently, They are Special aluminum type caps(I had the rubber type) which cover the stem and had i had an issue with my tires, bit would have cost me over $90 not including labor at Goodyear but from the manufacturer, it would have been 3x's that! Very Grateful he told me and changed them for free...Such an Awesome Guy!

I just moved to the area and needed my tire patched. They were able to do it right before they closed. Best of all I went up to the counter to pay and they told me it was on them. I didn't expect that at all but was extremely greatful! Great place to go and I'll be a returning customer for sure! That's how you start a good relationship from business to a 1st time customer!
