One of the best car wash experiences I have ever had. I was surprised at the suction power of the free vacuums and the high pressure air which helped blow out all the crumbs from the nooks and crannies in my car. This was my first visit and I was gifted a free wash, dash wipes, and air fresheners. The customer service provided to me was exceptional. You really don t get that very often anymore, especially from the younger generation. The wash itself was great. I was impressed with the large roller at the end which aided in drying my car. I don t think I ve ever been to a wash with one of them. Overall, I wish I lived down here because I would gladly pay for a membership to this establishment!

I was very skeptical to try a car wash. It was the cars first car wash all winter! We drive a Buick Enclave. Most car washes are under a crunch to get cars through timely. She was filthy beyond filthy! They have many options to choose to fit any budget. Well I am lazy and wanted it all short of a full detail. Nick did a most awesome job on the whole vehicle. I am a smoker those windows were the best as well as the vacuum job ( grandkids back seat you get it). Buick never looked so good in and out! Customer service outstanding plus affordable! I will be back again and again. In addition want to vacuum yourself and wash your windows they supply what you need! Love it!!Pattie GRandom Lake

I was excited to use a money saving membership at first, I signed up for the $17 one. They then started charging me $30 per month, when I barely used it because their wash absolutely sucks. We ve had to go to Kwik Trip after just to get our car clean. I tried sending a request to cancel on their website, but nobody reached out. Of course they don t have anyone answering phones so now I have to go to the actual place to cancel and I m sure have to listen to them push me to keep the membership. I only have 1 car and don t have time to stop in soon and I m sure they ll charge me $30 yet again. Would NOT recommend

First time trying out this car wash. I paid $26 that included a 3 step rim wash. I still have bugs on the windshield, back of mirrors, and front grill. Also the rims are still dirty and I can rub the dirt it off my finger. My local $10 gas station wash is way better. Will never go back.

Employees were good. Worked very hard. But this place is extremely overpriced. Forced to use card. Had to vacuum & clean own car even tho paid $35! Was left in a bind d/t selling car. No full service unless you pay $50+.Do yourself a favor & go anywhere else.

Went for a one-time wash which was fine. But for the last four months, I have been charged $42 per month for a subscription I never agreed to. I see other reviewers with a similar problem so I can only assume that their employees are shady and signing people up for monthly subscriptions without their permission. I filed a fraud claim with my credit card company. Go to a different carwash.

The employees sign you up for a monthly subscription without your permission. And then it is almost impossible to get refunds for those charges. BBB gives them a F rating. For good reason. There is no one in charge to talk to resolve any issues. Will never go there again. I think 1 star is too much.

They really do great work! The front of the car was covered in bugs and they took the time to get that clean! They have a checklist to follow and I've never, personally had a problem with their work. FSCW always comes through for me!!

Took my car there to get washed after a 600 mile road trip and it was plastered with bugs. The crew did a fantastic job prepping the car and it came out flawless and Super Shiny!! Best car wash in the area by far!!! Thank you FSCW!!Service: Full body washService: Full body wash

Absolutely terrible and I paid almost $300 today. Said it would take 3 hours and was called back in a little over an hour and was told it was finished . They broke knobs off of my car and put deep scratches in the rubber mat. I am extremely upset and will never be going back

Got the level 2 wash and expected more for $50. It s odd to take out the floor mats to clean and not vacuum underneath or around them. Dash was wiped decent but center console area wasn t touched. I would have expected to pay $30ish for what I got. Next time maybe I ll try level 3

Got an amazing detail from these guys! Wish I would have taken before & after photos. There was tonnnns of dog hair and dust everywhere. First car detail I ve ever done and I definitely plan to have it done again. By the time they were finished it looked like a brand new vehicle inside. Terrible. Car wasn t cleaned at all. They left degreaser in my cup holders then they didn t clean the other ones. There was chips still on my floor underneath the seat. I wasn t expecting perfection but it was no where near $106 value. Even their own customer service said go to a different location and they don t think I got good service and not what I paid for.Service: Auto detailing

Amazing experience! There people really know how to get things done. I arrived at an absolutely crazy busy time for a full car detail. They were running around multitasking so efficiently and kept checking in with us to make sure we were doing okay while waiting. Even made my daughter a fresh batch of popcorn! Went for basic wash yesterday and was met With great service. The guys and one lady working explained the wash program, got me a free wash and even offered free tacos. Once I went though the wash they took their time drying my truck and even cleaned off my rims! I will be back. Most car washes just push you through. I appreciated the time spent and good conversation. You have a great team working there finally.Service: Full body wash

I won't be going back. The vacuum job left little to be desired. They didn't touch my cup holders or my trunk space. Very disappointed. I didn't pay for the fancy shampoo or anything, but did upgrade to wax and undercarriage wash. I should have looked it over and complained there, but I expected them to do their job.

52 buck for fill service , my dash board in the middle never got touched , the porky little girl could reach it. The back of my suv.never got.touched can't recommend.save your money

Needed our car hand washed. We were able to drive in without an appointment. Everyone we had contact with was friendly and helpful. Most importantly, they did an amazing, detailed job! We left with a car that looked 10x better than a touchless car wash. Spotless.

I signed up in Jan/Feb for the monthly membership. It took 2 months for them to charge my CC correctly. Several times have had to wait for someone to come out to scan my tag. The last straw was yesterday when my husband pulled up the the hut and the girl was actually sleeping! He waited a couple of minutes thinking she would wake up but he finally had to shout out to her .then she commented that my husband didn t pull up the hut close enough and was going to have to come out to scan the tag going to try the new option in West Bend Tommy s.Service: Full body wash

I have to give them alot of credit! My car was disgusting with 2 kids under 5. I did the level 3 detailing with the wipe out bomb and my car looks and smells brand new. I'm also a member of their monthly car wash, so my services were 50% off. The guys were very friendly and professional. 100% recommend them!Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

Editing my positive review from earlier after getting out and actually looking at my car. Back has streaks, and after paying the extra to have them vacuum the interior, they completely skipped my 3rd row seat. Horrible.

Friendly attendants!! Ryan was amazing! Totally amazing. I had no money for a tip. He said that was okay. He said just give us a review on google if you like.
