This is the second bike I got from them. I appreciate that they are quick with the approval and purchasing process, great at communicating, and give detailed explanations and walkthroughs regardless of rider experience, whether that's with purchasing gear, learning how to maintain the bike, etc. I'll definitely be back (when I inevitably buy more motorcycles than I need)!The outdoor pictures are of the first bike I got from them, and the others are the second bike (:

I bought my first motorcycle here and everyone was very kind, patient, and helpful. They have a great variety of options of bikes as well as riding apparel. Very reasonably priced and made me feel very special with my first bike purchase. Highly recommend!!

Very good experience. I purchased my Suzuki DR-Z400 there and had a positive experience. Devin & his manager worked out a fair deal with me. I would consider buying from these guys again.

Had a great experience working with Garrett on the purchase of my new motorcycle. He was responsive and helpful. The finance team was great and got the deal done quickly. This was my 3rd purchase from Fuel and I will continue to work with them in the future.

I am a returning customer! I had a great experience coming up to fuel power sports. I drove from central Illinois to purchase my new 850 sportsman. The staff and process of buying the bike went smoothly. Highly recommended seeing Brandon Mertee great salesman and helped me along the way of purchasing the unit.

Walked in to pick up parts, Walked out with a brand new 2023 Scrambler 850 & more parts lol. Was straight to the point, no hassle & did not push for me to purchase. Laid out all options for me on the table. The salesman, parts clerk & maintenance tech were very knowledgeable of the machine giving me all the ups & downs of the machine. Will definitely be doing business here again.

Dominick is the best and so is the whole establishment! I have to say everything was was awesome. I felt like I got great deal, the communication was excellent and the follow up after the sale was above and beyond! They actually sent cookies lol. I drove almost 2 hours to buy my bike from Dominick and I would not hesitate to do it again.Thanks for everything guys!!

I've bought a number of toys from different dealers and the service at Fuel Powersports was definitely top notch! They had a used Harley in the exact custom color I wanted so the family and I made the hour trip up to trade in my my old bike and bring home a new one! Ian was fantastic to work with and the rest of the team was super friendly as well. They gave me a fair trade in value and even let me swap out the seat I liked on my old bike. We also picked up a couple pit bikes for the kids at a discounted price. They could not be happier with their unexpected new toys! I will certainly be back in the future. Overall great experience! Thanks again to Ian and the rest of the team.

10 years ago I bought my first motorcycle. A Kawasaki Ninja 300 from this place. That bike treated me very well. Recently my wife and I came in looking at an Indian FTR 1200. We were met by Brandon who showed us around and showed us other bikes. Then we came in a few weeks later and were bouncing around the idea of a 50cc ATV for our children. Brandon went above and beyond to get a Kawasaki 50cc ATV brought to the West Bend store from the Jackson store so that my boys could sit on it and try it.We ended up purchasing a different brand of motorcycle that Fuel does not sell and we ended up purchasing a used 50cc ATV but I wanted to take the time to express my appreciation for Brandon's customer service. I am sure the other sales reps are great too but I am glad we had Brandon. I appreciated his approach and demeanour and overall had a very pleasant experience. Fuel Powersports is a good dealership and I appreciate their time and help.

Stopped by Fuel Powersports on the 1st of June, after discovering they had a brand new 2023 Yamaha MT-10 SP for sale. It was a long 5 hour drive for a friend and I, but every second was worth it to get seated on my dream bike! Garrett and the others were incredibly friendly, very helpful and efficient with the purchasing process, and I really appreciated the tutorials on the MT10's features! The dealership, itself, was clean and impressive, with an incredible range of beautiful bikes, gear, and other powersports to admire while I waited for paperwork to get sorted out. If I didn't live on the other side of Wisconsin, Fuel Powersports would've easily become my one-stop-shop for bikes, gear, and parts, without a doubt! I highly recommend you give them a visit!

Beware! Went in had bike appraised and working on deal. Numbers were too far apart, didn't want to waste time so I sked for my keys back, manager came over, talked down to me, tried to belittle me for being difficult. I calmly asked for my keys back. He UPSETTINGLY stated that it's on a lift and they wouldn't get it down for 15-20 minutes. He tried to hold my bike hostage because I didn't agree with numbers. I went directly to the service area and my bike wasn't even on a lift. Gm did that out of Spite. I'll pass on that dealership.Dont believe the nice reply below either.... the GM lied, customer caught him in it, but good Public relations response though. Everyone I've talked to afterwards knew of this place....not great.

My experience at Fuel Powersports was top-notch. Having bought a motorcycle earlier this year at another dealership, I can say that this has been the best experience I ve had. Brandon was friendly and made me and my family feel welcome at the dealership. When I arrived, my motorcycle was clean and waiting for me in the display area. He presented us with an experienced technician with knowledge of all the electronic features and maintenance to give us a rundown of the specs. I started the process around noon, and by 5 pm, I was already riding home with a full tank on the house. In just a couple of hours, they took care of me professionally, vs. my previous experience where I got approved, and after a three days wait to pick it up, the motorcycle was not ready for me when I arrived.I'm looking forward to doing business here in the future; thanks again!

Came in on Thursday evening not knowing that it was a special event in which they call "FUEL AFTER 6"! Great experience purchasing my second bike from Fuel. Extremely quick in & out. Great and knowledgeable sales & parts employees. Adam & Mike were quick, and efficient. Also very reasonable warranty options! Will be back for another & another!

I purchased 2 bikes from this dealer now and with the newest Indian a service member at fuel had sorta fought with me on the phone claiming an oil change was not included with the maintenance plan on the scheduled 2500 mile break in service. I have powertourqe package with this bike which includes the 2500 mile service. He had tried too tell me it doesn t matter how many miles I go over that they go by the time since last change and do one a year. He said he d get back to me on if Indian covers it, expecting them too not, but he never called back and it was covered. I picked up the bike and they said someone would bring it outside and a younger guy got off it and left it running and proceeded too walk back inside totally ignoring me never checked who I even was. Very rude interactions and terrible service I ll be finding a different dealer and I recommend all the same. Also break resivor was leaking when I got home and sprayed all over gas tank. Failed too tight up the screws holding on the cap very nice. I work hard for my money and it will go too people with respect here on.

I was looking for year end specials on PWC. I spoke with Wyatt over the phone and agreed upon a price. We picked up the Jet Skis a few days later. We experienced some if the best service in all areas of their dealership. I will go out of my way for sales and service in the future. This was one of my best experiences.

Working with CJ was probably the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle. I came in with a specific motorcycle in mind and he was able to help me get everything I wanted and more. He was extremely patient and answered all of my questions, and at the end of the day was extremely honest with me. I would recommend CJ to anyone looking for a motorcycle.

CJ was extremely helpful from the initial phone call to helping me load the bike into my truck ( after he made room for my truck inside to load it because it was storming). Finance made the transaction incredibly smooth. Excellent experience!

I decided to snowcheck a new snowmobile this year and replace the one I bought new in 2017. Put the $500 deposit down and my order came through Fuel Powersports, as it's the closest dealer to me by a lot. Then Polaris came out with more recalls, stop rides and stop sales over the summer, for safety reasons. I waited to see how Polaris was going to handle these issues but finally decided to back out of the purchase, for safety reasons. I explained this to the sales rep Brandon, one of the things for my particular recalls was the clutches were coming apart(which could be deadly) and I am not comfortable that they have the issue figured out, and I was no longer interested in buying an almost $23K snowmobile that is a safety hazard. I asked about getting my $500 deposit returned as other dealers in Wisconsin were returning the deposits and have been understanding about the recall/stop ride issues. Brandon told me it was non-refundable but would talk to the sales manager and get back to me. He never got back to me so I called back, he basically repeated himself, said he would let me know. Still have yet to hear back and have given up. This isn't the first time I've had an issue with Fuel or the only department, which is unfortunate since it is so close to be that I drive right past it to go to other dealers. I have purchased two snowmobiles in the last two weeks, one brand new and one used, as well as spent over $6K on accessories for them already, being greedy and keeping my $500 deposit cost them much more than $500 at the end of the day. AMAZING PLACE. As someone from Illinois it did take a while to get there but the process was very simple. Our salesperson was Mike and he got the job done quickly. it took about an hour and we had met a woman who helped us choose out gear who was very helpful and honest, we had also met with another man who went over all the parts of the bike and what they are and how to maintain them. I do recommend coming here it truly deserves 5 stars.
