Dan is the absolute best! I woke up this morning (a Sunday) to find that me car wouldn t start. I called and Dan said if I could get the car to him, he could look at it today. Well he made good on that promise and even picked me up from my office so I didn t need to call a ride. Best customer service I have ever had for car repair and the price for service (battery and labor) was extremely fair. Will definitely be back. And thanks again, Dan!

I took jeep in with code saying I needed oil pump, but Daniel seemed very knowledgeable and said he would look at it and see what he thinks. Was a Saturday afternoon and they were even open on Sunday to figure it out. He had us come in to show us what was wrong and explained everything through the whole process. It turned out to not be the pump at all. He was super nice, fast , financial conscious and fixed our jeep where it sounds better than it ever has. We are so grateful we have found this shop and will not go anywhere else. Thank you for everything

We were in the area, a couple of hours from home. A nail got into our tire and wasn't patchable. We called around everywhere. No one could get us in today for replacing the tire. We were desperate!! I called D&M, who said if we brought him a tire he'd install it for us. He came to our rescue. Would definitely recommend!!

I was heading up to the U.P. to move my boy from college. The night before I had a flat tire on my F-150. I removed tire and brought the rim/tire in to DM. I came in just before closing. The owner(I think) was working on a vehicle. He said he would stay late and patch tire. He patched it the correct way and at a good price. Nice shop! I will be back.

D & M is an amazing place with outstanding customer service. I stopped in on a whim this past Saturday, and the owner Dan was so kind. He asked me to return in a half hour, which I did. He promptly diagnosed my problem. When I shared my time constraints, he agreed to get the work done by Sunday before noon. He made a courtesy call to me late on Saturday, confirming the issue, the work to be done, and reiterating the price quote. He called Sunday when it was ready ahead of schedule. Dan's prices are extremely competitive, and he provides such top notch service. I felt 100% confident in his knowledge and work. He is a true professional, with old-fashioned courtesy and manners. i was down visiting my son and daughter-in -law and my jeep Cherokee seatbelt quit working. I went to the local jeep dealer that Saturday morning and ask if they could help me as i had a 3 hour trip back home. They said they couldn't help me. I stopped at D&M to see if he could help and he was able to get enough slack in the belt that i was able to at least put it around my waist so i could get home safe, and repaired locally, Thanks D&M

My window suddenly wouldn t stay closed on a cold December Saturday afternoon. Only two shops were open in town. The first actually referred me to D&M. They got my car in right away, had it fixed within 3 hours and did a fantastic job! Thank you for getting this done so quickly so my kids didn t freeze as we drove the hour on the highway back home.

Got a quote from a repair shop on Hwy. 33. Thought it was high for the work being done so I went to D&M Automotive on Main St. Got a quote saving me over $100.00 for better work, cleaner environment and courteous service. D&M does all services on cars and trucks. From now on they have me as a lifetime customer.

I was looking for a place to help me out with an exhaust project that I decided was a bit more than what i could do in the garage. So to start, even finding a place that will install parts you already bought is hard. Dan took care of the install. Did a great job. I have seen cat-back exhausts installed that are crooked. Dan fit mine perfect to the outlines in my dodge s bumper. If your looking for an honest local mechanic, give him a call.

Top of the line mechanic! You will get nothing but the truth and a professional, honest assessment of the work your car needs. This is the ONLY mechanic you should take your car to in West Bend. If you need something done and this guy doesn't do it, then go outside of West Bend. I have lost thousands of dollars learning this information and you just got it for free.

I took my car to D&M Auto to repair a tire and fortunately Dan noticed my brakes were in really bad shape. Crazy as it sounds the brakes went out on my sons car and my daughter in laws car the same day. I didn t ask him to but Dan stayed late and worked on one car after the other to get us back on the road. There are not enough words in the English language to say how much I appreciate the work he did. I would never go anywhere else to have my vehicle repaired. Honest prices from an excellent repair facility. I can t recommend this place enough.Services: Tires, Brake service & repair

After reading other reviews, I brought my Mountaineer in for an estimate. Met Dan. Took the time to show me on his lift what was needed for exhaust repair. Also needed tires and brake work done. Very reasonable prices for all the repair work I needed done. I was very happy with the repairs and would recommend D&M Automotive for your repair work. I found myself a mechanic I can trust. Thanks again Dan for the work you did on my Mountaineer.

Thank you so much D&M Automotive Services!!! I found out two of my brake lights were out and was in a real bind because I needed to drive back to Madison soon. I had lightbulbs but couldn t figure out how to access my lights, but D&M was able to take me as a walk-in and help me out. They were very kind and extremely helpful. Dan was super busy but when he found out that the brakes went out on both of the family cars, he squeezed us in to get us back on the road. I cannot thank him enough. I needed my winter snow tires/rims swapped onto my commuter car. I called several places and was told several weeks before I could get in, or that since they were not new from them, they would not help me. I then saw this little gem of a place on a Google search. The owner was extremely helpful and got me in there the same day, within an hour of calling. I did not have a ride back home to get my truck with the other set of tires/rims so his daughter drove me home to get them. VERY impressed with the helpfulness. I was told they will be coming back to get me as well to not burden anyone else to take me back there after its done!! I would give more stars if possible! Very nice man. He brought me home to wait for him to fix my truck, and when he was done his daughter, who is a sweetheart, so nice came and picked me up. Price was great. I can't wait to continue to use his services. I would highly recommend his business. I had a flashing engine light come on while driving on the interstate and had to make a pit stop in West Bend. Luckily, D&M Automotive Services was open on a Saturday afternoon and their mechanic was even willing to stay late to help get my car back on the road. I was impressed by their friendly and quick service, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area needing auto repairs. Took my 2017 Yukon Denali to Dan for tires and brakes. He gave me a very fair price did an amazing job. I like how straight forward and honest he is with you about how he does things and why he does them. Not only did Dan resolve my wheel bearing issue within the day, but he also let me know my brakes had more life yet rather then changing them early which was my initial intent when I brought it in. Feels great to have a local mechanic you can trust.

Took my car in to get my check engine light fixed. ending up having a lot of different issues, which he told me about all of them once he found one and then explained how he could fix it and what was needed. They were able to fix it all within a few days and always updated me on how it was going and what they have done. D&M is a really great and friendly business. If you re all reading the reviews going down the line please believe it. All I have to say is I came in on Sunday no business responded or was open. I came in with a dummy tire and Dan ordered me tires right away for an amazing price and got everything done within the hour the next morning. I go to school at UWM and I noticed my tire was extremely flat. I don t really feel comfortable going anywhere in Milwaukee to have it repaired. So I drove back to my hometown. I went to D&M at 7 pm, while no one else is open in town. He quickly repaired a hole in my tire due to a nail. Great service and trustworthy work!!! Thank you D&M!Service: Tires
