Dan did a fantastic job communicating status updates with me , explaining the process, answering my questions fully, and making sure my vehicle was fixed to exactly to meet my needs. I'm very satisfied. If I need vehicle crash repair again I would be back, but hopefully I wont be in need :- )

I m a VERY picky individual when it come to my assets. Dan and his staff at Crash Champion of West Bend handled absolute business with my truck! The service was like no others 10/10. Craftsmanship from the body shop to the Detailer 10/10They even cleaned the vehicle from top to bottom Definitely unexpected and greatly appreciated. And not to mention, they put another bag of those tasty a** chocolate chip cookies on the dash.This was not my first rodeo with these guys and I hope it s my last considering this isn t the place you really want to be hence the word CRASH lol.Highly impressed will recommend and come back any day. The folks at Crash Champions were incredibly professional and communicated well. I never had to wonder what was happening with my vehicle because I received frequent text updates. The office staff was friendly and explained the process thoroughly. The work was completed earlier than expected, and the car looked almost brand new. The inside was cleaner than when I dropped it off and I was impressed with the level of detail. Would recommended this shop for any vehicle work!

Unfortunately this was the 3rd time I've had to take my truck to them for hitting a deer & each time I've got it back looking as good as new. Got our vehicle in promptly and it was fixed quickly. They went over and beyond and even did an unexpected, professional car detailing free (which usually costs $250 at most places). Car looked all shiny and clean like it just came off the dealership lot! Would 100% recommend!

Crash Champions in West Bend is amazing! They got me in the next day for an estimate, scheduled the repairs for the next week and were finished earlier than expected. My vehicle looks amazing and they even went above and beyond by detailing the entire interior. They all are super friendly and very accommodating. Would definitely go back if I need my vehicle repaired again! They even set up my rental and worked with my insurance so I didn't have to deal with the headaches. Thank you again!!

Crash Champions did an outstanding job of taking care of my car! To my surprise, the car was completely detailed upon the completion of the repairs and looks brand new! In addition, they offered to return my rental car. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I, of course was stressed over an unfortunate accident withmy car. I chose to go to Crash Champions for an estimateand repair and became stress free right from the start.I was immediately greeted by a friendly lady at the front deskand she set me up with Rick to handle my claim.He examined my car and did up an estimate.We both wentoutside so he could show me what he found and let me knowhow they would proceed.He took care of everything from getting approval from myInsurance Co and setting up a rental which wasbrought there for me. He kept me up on the progress ofmy repair. The job was completed promptly and looked great.I was very happy at pickup when I found my vehicle tohave been portered as well!Everyone that I spoke to there was friendly , promptand professional. It was a great experience. I highly recommendthis business.

West Bend team did a great job with explaining the process, and fixing my car. I hit a deer, they fixed it in a timely manner. My car is beautiful. Then less than a week later, my battery died. This team helped me out and sent someone to jump my car. My car wouldn't drop, they helped getting it towed and they had my car to look into the battery and alternator. They helped get a new battery. Definitely worth taking your car here here. I highly recommend.

Crash champions is by far the only place I will ever take a vehicle. They are so professional, kind organized and always keep you up-to-date. Krystal over there is amazing in West Bend.

Recently took my vehicle in for bodywork. I had to get a new hood, have my front fenders repaired and a new headlight housing. They did a phenomenal job and finished ahead of time. The paint job is flawless. They told me they would clean inside my car. I assumed a quick wipe down of my steering and dadhm. My car looks like it was detailed. I haven't seen it that clean in years. The staff was all professional and friendly. Can't say enough good abiut my experience.

Repair work looks great.Thought of only giving 4 star because I had to go back to have my passenger door locked fixed. Assembled incorrectly.Inside windows really dirty. Detailer made attempt to clean driver side windshield and left a visible line. Passenger side looks like it wasn t cleaned at all.

Recommended by other drivers insurance. I just picked up my 2021 corvette and driver had backed into it. Crash Champions repaired it in less then a week. Can't even tell although it wasn't terrible to begin with just ugly. They repaired my car after I hit a deer! When I picked it up, it looked brand new. Cleaned inside and outside and even had cookies in the cup holder! The girls in customer service were the best! Answered all my questions and went above and beyond to keep me informed. Their work on my car was excellent. I would totally recommend this company!

Dan and team in West Bend were really great to work with. We brought our vehicle in fresh from hitting a deer, with some concern about schedule. Crash Champions worked quickly to get our vehicle fixed and back to us in record time, almost a week ahead of the estimate. They posted regular updates via text so that we were informed the whole time. The car looks great, and the complimentary interior cleaning was definitely appreciated. Wow What a great experience! From start to finish, very professional, timely & caring. I was updated through- out the 1 wk. of scheduled repair work due to hitting a deer. Our vehicle was completed before the scheduled date & it as spotless, I mean spotless! Even the rental company they work w/was a seamless & very quick transaction. This was absolutely the best Body work I have had done!They did a couple of extra things for me that they did not charge me for. The paint match was absolutely right on. There was no increase in the cost from the original Proposal. My wife and 2 friends said that the vehicle looked like it should be on the Showroom floor of a car dealer.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
