My visit went terrible. When I left the property, I heard a clunk in the front end. I drove it to my house, which is 1 mile away, only to hear other noises which weren't there before. When I got out of my car, a neighbor pointed out that the taillight was pulled out 3 inches from the body. That wasn't a part they were working on. What pulled the light out of its socket? Unfortunately for me, the shop was closed so I had to wait for Monday. I explained everything to the service man and he tried to push the blame on me!!! He told me to bring the car back to see what they could do. The way it was handled, was wrong in every way.

Nothing to say but FANTASTIC!!Dustin was amazing!!My car had to be towed to Bobs after sliding into ditch on slippery road and broke the tire rods and other stuff had to be done and Dustin was amazing walking me through the whole process of fixing my car rather than going through insurance co. who wanted to total my car and Dustin agreed with me that my car could be repaired and still could get many more miles out of it!! And not to mention, my car was fixed in two days!! Amazing!He always contacted me and updated me and was always in an upbeat positive mood and courteous and professional!Way to go Dustin and Bobs Main Street for your outstanding service!I will definitely be back for future automotive needs!Keep up the outstanding work !

FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! Needed a tow for my large, BRAND NEW pickup back to Colby WI from near Lomira. Dave took great care to load and secure my truck and was professional and pleasant for the entire ordeal. Every question I had was addressed in a knowledgeable and professional manner. My truck was delivered safely to the dealer and I'm home all thanks to Dave!

This place is Fantastic. In many levels, they are professional, courteous, that guy Ryan is phenomenal. They know their stuff and they deliver on their promises. They are respectful and thoughtful of your time. Speak straight forward toward the issue and their recommendations. I had to take my car back and they fixed at no charges since it was still under the warranty of their workmanship.

I'm a SWF and nothing puts my mind more at ease than having found a mechanic I can truly trust!I deal with Ryan and not only is he funny, he's very kind and explains things to me as tho I have no clue on what he's talking about, which I don't! However, once he's finished explaining things to me, I always learn something new without feeling stupid.I usually wait to have my jobs finished and the camaraderie in that office is so positive. They all really do care.The 1 time I couldn't wait it out, I had myself a rental within minutes.I would refer Bob's Auto to anyone and everyone who wants to be able to TRUST their mechanic and who doesn't want that?

I have AAA. I was driving my old school to another location when it broke down. I called AAA and they sent me a tow truck and driver from Bob's Main Street Towing. I was so pleased with Sharon. She was well aware of how to hook up to my classic car. I was very impressed. She was fast, friendly and very competent at her job. This happened on 12/10/23 3pm truck 46I hope when and if I need more help I get her again. That would be great. She has an amazing personality and chooses to do the proper job.

Marc was excellent. Instead of just towing the vehicle wherever, he wanted to make sure it needed to be towed. He spent some time troubleshooting and within 5-10 minutes, the car was running and no longer needed to be towed. That kind of service and attention should be rewarded, thus my review. Please consider using their services. I'm very relieved and Marc probably saved me some money on services I may or may not have needed.

I have used Bob s Main Street Auto & Towing for multiple different services. They have towed my car. They have done diagnostics on my car in a very timely manner. Most recently they were able to get some ice out from my tires. I have had very positive interactions with Bob s Main Street Auto & Towing. They are very reliable!!

JP was dispatched today to help me put with my vehicle. I can only say good things about this guy! He was all smiles, VERY knowledgeable and quick with the job, and just all around a nice guy! He was in and out for the tow, which only means he knows his job good. Quickest tow I've ever had to deal with. If JP is dispatched to help you out, you know dang well, he is going to take care of you! Can't say anything bad about the guy...great service from a superb company! Thanks again JP!

I just left a comment on Bob's website about my wonderful experience at Bob's. I recently needed a tow, a rental vehicle and my truck fixed. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs service on their vehicle. Five Star treatment for sure. It is nice to write about a positive experience for a change. Went in for an oil change, and possible tire rotation as well as a fluids top up. Also asked them to check my front end suspension components. Even though it was the middle of a snowstorm, they were able to check everything off my list, get my car done within an hour, and I had a $20 off coupon! Will definitely be back when I need another service done.

Before I start with the review, this family owned business seems to be doing a great job of helping the community with their good cause initiatives like School Supplies Donations, Toy Drives!My Oil Change was performed in 1 hour at Decorah Location & they replaced my Wiper blades as part of the Toy Drive offer as I happened to have 4-5 brand new toys in my car that I was planning to donate this season.Always support such good businesses!!!

They hosed off the truck. Did wash it. Put outside in the sun. Truck all water spots! Steering wheel a drives door panel full of dirt and grease. Drives side front fender also had grease on it. 4�4 system still made noise after the repair. 2 days later it didn't work again. Took Auto Safety Center. Got done right!! Should charge them 500 dollars for a detail job on my truck!

My experience at Bob's Auto & Towing on Main Street was absolutely amazing. They are very friendly, caring and a great pleasure to work with. Very good experience with this tow service. Once Bob s picked up the dispatch through my roadside assistance , Evan the driver was there very promptly and was super nice and helpful! He was very thorough, he even took special care to make sure my car did not get scratched by a low hanging branch of a tree when raising the car up. Yet he was very efficient and speedy, which got me to the dealership just in time for me to get a loaner vehicle, which I was so grateful for! Evan was very personable during the ride and brightened my day a little, despite having a broken down car. Thanks so much Evan and Bob s Towing.

Bob's picked up/towed my vehicle in the early a.m.Diagnosed the issue and had the work done before the end of the day.Definitely not expected, much appreciated as we where from out of town.The cost was reasonable for the work performed.Well done!Service: Electrical repair

I've had Bob's towing out twice to help me out of a jam. Both times they did excellent work. This particular time my vehicle couldn't be driven on its own & they came within 35 min of my calling. Driver (Jared) was professional & courteous. He explained everything and went above & beyond. I highly recommend their towing service. You won't be left stranded.

I only take my car here. They do great car repair and brakes. Their oil change prices are the best I ve seen locally and they are way better than the other places. Oil changers, Valvoline are close to 100 for synthetic oil change. Bob s was 55. We be back for sure.

They were called from our safety insurance company for roadside assistance. Quoted 60 min and they showed up in 40 min. Had a flat bed, and all the correct tools needed for some off brand stubborn lug nuts. Put air in the spare and I was on my way. I brought my car in for service. After it was done it wasn't feeling right and sounded funny. They found the problem and said it was their fault. They bent over backwards to fix it . It now runs great. The true test of a reputable place is how to they fix and omit their mistakes. I'll be using them for everything in the future

My vehicle started running terribly mid week last week. I came to Bob s to see how busy they were. The were quite booked, but somehow they found a way to sneak my vehicle in and get it done within a four day time span. I know doing it myself would have taken forever. The guys kept me posted on what was happening with my vehicle all through the process. I m grateful that they found the time to sneak my truck in to complete the repairs in a timely matter.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I had battery issues and Bob s Auto took my car for several days on two different occasions. They were unable to find the issue, yet when I came in to pick up car, they had to jump start it for me, claiming it did not act up for them while they had car. I took it to my dealership and they were able to find and fix problem within an hour, without even charging me for diagnostics. Bob s Auto charged me for diagnostic and werent able to find or fix issue even while having my car in their shop for days. They lost my business. They charge for top notch diagnostic, but fall way short in fixing simple issues.Service: Battery

Wanted to give a review for this business. My vehicle did not start, my insurance roadside assistance dispatched them, were at my residence in a timely manner, was contacted by Gabe the tow truck driver, very professional, I had to leave my residence before he arrived. I left garage door open to get the vehicle, he kept in the loop on his status, once my vehicle was on the rig, he made sure he closed my garage door, and let me know when it arrived at the dealership. Highly recommend Bob's.

I went in with a tire leak and they immediately repaired it. I also had a broken door handle and they are looking into a possible used replacement. Very satisfied.

Their ok, my truck wheel fell off so it got towed to bobs, and they told me what was wrong, so I said go ahead and do it, when I got the truck I got charged for 4 wheel seals when I only needed two, my key got bent, and the inner door handle doesn t work, when it did Prier to the truck being towed to their shop
