JP was awesome! I had a low profile car that couldn t move and he helped push it out of the driveway and into a good position to get it on the flat bed with no issues. Setup low profile ramps and sent her off.

Bob's Main Street Auto & Towing went above and beyond. From CeCi the tow truck driver, Brittany at the shop, videos for evidence AND a complimentary rental car: I can't say enough. If you are in need in that direction, use them. They were awesome.

Very transparent about the work that they complete and a great staff! Dropped my truck off in the morning for some major work and was able to pick it up later that day!I am a huge fan of the multipoint inspection sheets that are sent to your phone for your approval or denial. Highly recommend both locations!

Thanks a million to Bob s Main Street! My fianc� and her mother and I were in West bend for a funeral when our brakes started grinding and seizing. Bob s staff cleared some time, and repaired the car quickly and professionally! Five stars for their wonderful and friendly staff!

We had a great experience with Bob s Main Street Auto and Towing! Our Kia needed to be towed to a dealership and JP arrived promptly and had the car ready to be transported within 10-15 minutes. JP also stayed in contact with us prior to arrival and let us know when he was on the way and when he was expected to arrive. Overall, we are very satisfied.

Bob's exceeded my expectations when working on my vehicle. They fixed the issue I had, took care of a bunch of other things, and got my vehicle back to me sooner than expected. They communicated with me in a timely fashion and were very nice.

Excellent experience with Bob s!! Max came to help me as my car overheated later at night. Max was so helpful, kind, and efficient!! I was also in a rural area and he got to me quickly with no issues. 10/10 will definitely call Bob s if this ever happens againService: Car towingService: Car towing

Assumed battery was low and needed a jump and Evan took the time to show me that the battery had reached its life (under voltage) and replaced it in a timely manner. Price matched market. Thank you for the time and hard work on a weekend! Keep up the great work guys!

This last visit was for an oil change and tire rotation. As with every visit up to this point, all was flawless. The staff is always courteous and the work is performed in a timely manner. I have recommended Bob's Auto to others and will continue to do so.

Max of Bob s provided great towing service and did a fabulous job communicating and keeping us informed during the towing process. He also helped in talking with the garage and providing them the key after asking us if that was something we wanted. Felt Max went above and beyond to help make a very stressful situation better.

My car overheated on my way to a job interview. I was really nervous with the arrival time being only 10 minutes before my meeting. Soon Marc called and said he'd be there within 10 minutes, which he was there within 7. He was very friendly, quick and efficent, and I was 15 minutes early to my interview and got the job! Thank you Bob"s Towing for being part of AAA. Special thanks to Marc for getting me to my interview early, driving to my mechanic (who is in the middle of nowhere), and helping me not only get a job, but getting my car to be fixed before I start!

As always Bob's Main Street Auto in Hubertus went above and beyond to fix my daughter's vehicle. From taking the vehicle in without an appointment, to ordering parts from multiple suppliers just to make sure they got what they needed in time, the service was top notch. Highly recommended.

Been going here for 3 years for service and they gone above and beyond numerous times to help me solve a issue. Every repair done I have never had any complications or issues with. They hold a high standard of business and I couldn't find a single thing to complain about ever.

I was visiting family from Texas and experienced car problems. Bob s was absolutely amazing from towing my vehicle, to providing a rental car, to repairing my vehicle in a day, to the including a coupon for a car wash. I Dropped my vehicle off on a Tuesday morning And Wednesday evening I picked it up. Luckily, I must have went there on a slow week because they were done amazingly quick. I had all new exhaust installed from the manifold back. I dealt with George, but there was another lovely young lady in there to assist also. Not only does my 1966 mustang sound better, but it runs a whole lot better with the proper exhaust. I can hardly believe that one minor repair would do so much to make my vehicle run so much smoother. If you have a classic vehicle that needs repair, regardless of how big or small you may think it is, this is the place to go. Bob s main street auto and towing on N. Main St., really made me feel like I was special And I m sure it s genuine so they treat everybody like this.Service: Exhaust

i went here thinking the worst! it was like watching dr. pol, these professionals took a the service request like a very well tuned motor , (which by the way my car even runs better now lol) and premoformed all and aspects and driver safty concerns in a beautiful motion . would recommend too all to try once !

Tow truck driver went above and beyond to help me. My car broke down while I was on my way to visit a friend, about 100 miles from home. He helped me get to a shop that would fix up my vehicle and put my mind at ease. Thank you! 10/10

Great service, friendly staff, reasonable prices. Used to go to auto safety center but their service has decreased and their prices have increased since they expanded. Tried Bob's and love the service.

When we needed them the most, they were there. Worked with us on towing and fixing our truck during a week of terrible weather. Very friendly staff; keeping us up to date as things progressed. Would highly recommend them for auto repair and towing.
