I bought my Buick Encore it was fine till heat went and I was looked at when guarantee mentioned wasn't good and it wasn't a month since I bought I brought it back with Bob Auto now Service unit for heat and radio doesn't work .I don't want to get scammed as I am an Educated woman but felt I was Scammed and Josh won't look at you while scamming

We stopped looking for replacement bulbs for a side marker light and some help with how to take the headlight out to get to the bulb. I was surprised and so thankful for Terry coming out to not only take a look and give us some direction on the repair but he went way above my expectations and changed it for us. I understand this isn't always the case, but we came at a time they were not that busy and so thankful for that!

Had the part I needed in stock, pleasantly took care of getting it and processing my transaction. As good as needing to do repair work on a car could possibly be.

Very good treatment from everyone... but if you only speak Spanish, a guy named Steven is the best. My family and I are very fond of Steven and we highly recommend him because since we arrived at this store for the first time he has helped us with great patience and respect, also the manager and all the employees who have served us have been very kind and efficient and even with our problem to communicate in English they have always done their best to help us.

I m giving this a 3 start because I did get help and I m satisfied with the help. But the reason I am making this a 3 star is because the manager that was helping Zack did not have a great personality tonight. I don t know if he had a bad day or what. He was rude and very bossy. The best way to explain it is he looked like and acted like he did not want to be there. That looks terrible for the business and makes me think twice of coming back. Yeah I do love this shop but Zack hope your day/ week gets better.

The staff are incredibly friendly and they worked really fast it only took them like 30 minutes outside in the cold to get old battery out which was difficult for them and the new one in.

I would like to compliment Ashton from the West Bend store for solving my engine light problem. He traced it to the battery and very carefully installed a new battery. He took very special. care. He is a good worker..

I was a woman walking into what the clerk OBVIOUSLY thought was a man's domain. I had already researched what I wanted but he tried to sell me the most expensive parts there were for the job.

AutoZone is a great place to go for all of your automotive needs. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, and they're always willing to help you find what you need. The store is always clean and well-organized, so it's easy to find what you're looking for. They have a wide selection of parts and accessories, so you're sure to find what you need no matter what kind of vehicle you have. The people at Autozone are so helpful. The manager came out to my car and checked out the windshield wiper that I had replaced. It was missing spots on my windshield. Turns out a more expensive wiper was better for my car so he gave it to me at no extra cost. Autozone is my number 1 go to store for auto parts!

Top notch customer service from Manager to all workers. They replaced a recently purchased wiper that had broken. I unfortunately did not have the receipt, but they still took care of everything at no charge. One of the workers even went outside and replaced the wiper on my vehicle. I highly recommend this store and will definitely be back for future purchases.

Molly is a freaking rockstar! I'd had a stressful week which was topped off by not taking my keys out of the ignition overnight when I turned off my engine. Dead battery. After a jump, i was able to head over to the store. Tried my best to be outwardly calm as I entered and waited for an employee. Molly greeted me with a smile and had such confidence that I knew I was in good hands. She knew the battery types and was really willing and ready to help. She quickly changed my battery with such grace, even when some rust gave her a little trouble. I could not thank her enough. A stellar employee and the reason I would choose this AutoZone over any other location or parts store in general in the future.

I'm grateful to the staff here, especially a young woman whose name, I think, is Molly. My battery died while I was visiting family in West Bend. I went to purchase a new one, and was SO pleased that Molly not only helped me choose one, but went out to my car and installed it. 5 Star service, for sure!

Excellent customer service! Luke was couteous, polite and helpful. Purchased windshield wiper and without asking he said he would go out and put it on for me. I told him Auto Zone was a widow's dream. I don't know much about cars besides putting in gas. Luke said " no worries". What a terrific store.

I went to a other local parts store and they didn t have the brake bleeder valve that I needed and neither did their provider. I went to Autozone and Mark was super helpful. He looked through everything he had at the store and couldn t find the right valve. He even got a new caliper to compare the bleeder valves. After doing some searching online he finally found the part online but it wouldn t get to the store for a few days. He ended up giving me the bleeder valve off of the caliper that we used for free. It was exactly what I needed when I needed it! Everyone was super helpful and kind.

Allways friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you have the right item for your car or truck. I went in once and didn't have my old lady glasses on to get a number for my truck outside and the guy is like that's ok I'll get it for you. Their great like that. I take my business there because they are very helpful and not there just to make a buck off of you. I usually know how much something is going to cost me and so far I've been within $5.00 to $7.00 difference. I forget about tax lol Not bad. I've check with others in town and the difference can be as high as $10 to $15 higher. So yeah I'll stick with these guys.

My SUV died today when I dropped something off for my daughter at school. Thank goodness the autos teacher was available to give me a jump and a brief look over. He recommended a new batter ASAP. I drove immediately to AutoZone and Ken sold me a new battery and installed it for me in the misting rain while I waited inside the store. Thank goodness they were open early this am and Ken was willing to go the extra mile. This mama has LOTS to do today! Thank you!

Molly, gave me great customer service she went extra to for the right part for my car not like another employee sold me a part I ask him is this the right part he said yes but when I took it to my mechanic it was the wrong part and went back the next day to return it , Molly went extra for the right part. Molly comes threw for me again and came back to thank her for the extra effort and listening about the part I needed she is young but have old school mechanic trying to figure out the right part and she comes threw for me again that's a team player not a member.

Good prices but with low cost comes low quality. On the other hand they always have the parts you need in stock as long as you don t get the cheaper brand part they offer you won t have any issues. I would give them four stars if there house brand parts were more reliable. Also things tend to move slow at the register and it feels like forever to get checked out when only a few people are in the store.

It's an auto parts store and I being a older woman had no clue as what I exactly needed. The wonderful gentleman took very care good care of me. I bought a windshield wiper but I had trouble installing it. When I went back in the store, a nice young gentleman came out and instantly installed it. I tank him so much.
