Needed a boost to the sound system in my brand new vehicle. Took it to Bruce, told him what I was looking for, and he advised what would work best. He was up front about cost, time, warranties, and what to expect. His prices were the best around. Work was professional and he was conscientious of not drilling or screwing anything into my new vehicle. Best of all, he was 100% correct about what the system needed. It sounds fantastic and instead of trying to sell me a much more expensive and involved upgrade, which he easily could have done as I expressed my ignorance, he was honest and fair. Hard to find these days. Fantastic experience.

Bruce installed remote starts on both of our vehicles in 2022. We are super happy with his work. He most recently installed a new stereo in my car and did a great job. Good customer service and quick, quality work.

I had audio systems installed in both of my vehicles plus rock lights on my truck. Service was great. Super knowledgeable. Very friendly and very fair prices and communicative. I would most definitely recommend

Bruce has done much work for me. I had my starter installed 4 years ago and still works great. He is articulate in his work and has great products that meet his standards. He has done this work for 35 years and is very knowledgeable! Working with consumers is not always easy as he knows only too well. He is upright and honest!

The customer service here is absolutely horrible. The owner is arrogant and condescending, telling you he doesn't need your business and because he can pick and choose who he deals with. Brought him a vehicle to do a complete install, wanted a new head unit, subs, amp and additional speakers from a vehicle that was missing the factory unit. The interior was gutted exposing all existing wires and wiring harness for a simple and quick install. I do NOT know how this man is still in business. Do yourself a favor and relieve a headache before it begins... GO ELSEWHERE !!!!!!!!But beware.... He doesn't like negative reviews, he will call the police and say he has never done business with you and he doesn't want you on his property... NO KIDDING, That's why the review, I'll never go back.... & feel the need to warn others of his horrible customer interaction.When actually he has, stepson and wife have had work done there, I gave him the benefit of the doubt that he was having a bad day when they both told me not to go there.

I got my stereo replaced and a subwoofer installed, and the system has never sounded better. Great sound, efficient process, good quality workmanship at a fair price.

Bruce installed a used OEM radio for our 2019 Sienna minivan. Called Thursday and got installed Friday. Price was reasonable and everything works great! This is our second install with him. Very happy with job!

Rude and disrespectful, tried to book a service with him and give him half down today, he began arguing with me and questioning whether I was sure if wanted it? Seems irrational and just odd? Very confusing exchange with a business , with calendar in hand and offering half down? So weird! If you have be ripped off before maybe don t project on your future customers? Just some advice from a customer with money in hand?!?!?

Local Car stereo sales and installer has earned my business for the past 18+ years. Bruce is always very friendly. He listens to the needs that I have desired from Kenwood Decks to amps and under car lights to remote starters. When it has come to his opinion on certain electronics and installations. I've always left as a satisfied customer.

I went to Bruce with my 2011 Ford Mustang convertible and told him I wanted a new stereo and speakers. Now I was going in blind so I trust Bruce I've known him for sometime. So when he asked me about a sub woofer and amp I said just make it sound great I put all my faith in you to do just that. Bruce has done different work on my vehicles over the years. He has installed remote starters in 3 of my vehicles and 1 of my Dad's. He takes pride in his work. He is on time, he answers questions you have and I had alot of them after my 1st remote starter. This JVC stereo he installed is great. He did a awesome job. He gets a 5 star rating.Service: Electrical

Great job this place is awesome and reasonable prices. Needed a remote starter, Bluetooth stereo, and subwoofer. Stopped by and talked with Bruce about the options he had available. He showed me all the products that would work and took the time to explain each item. Set up an install appointment that day. When I picked it up Bruce demonstrate everything. Thanks again. Bruce is extremely good at what he does. I ended up having all of my speakers replaced and then I added a subwoofer in the trunk. Not only does it sound phenomenal, it looks phenomenal too. Very clean and professional install. I would recommend this place for any of your audio needs.

Bruce handled two rather difficult jobs for me. The first was an install for an audio control module in Ford Taurus. He was very reasonable in price and performed the work without complaint given the task at hand. Secondly, he also installed a remote starter for my Ford F150. It works like a charm. Bought a subwoofer from this place and unfortunately it was a lemon. Absolutely does not work, called to inform and question the owner/person I had bought it from and was met with an unprofessional attitude. I asked if I could exchange and he very rudely stated I could not but could ship it to the manufacturer- I asked if they/ or the manufacturer would reimburse for the shipping and was told that that is not a service they provide. The whole phone call was very unprofessional in my opinion and in all a waste of money.

Called to see if they carry any reverse backup cameras. "YEP" Had asked if they sell just the camera alone by it's self? "YEP" Do you carry more then one brand name cameras. "NOPE" After all that I quickly hung up. Felt like I was talking to a robot instead of a professional business employee/owner. Wouldn't like someone like that working on my vehicles or buying stuff from

Customer service is very poor, they were rude and unhelpful when answering questions I had about my subwoofer and treated me like I was an idiot and a waste of time. Much better off teaching yourself and installing on your own. Would give 0 stars if possible
