Friendly staff, great service. 2nd time going to Auto Safety West Bend to get my oil changed. They send coupons in the mail that helps with taking a few off of the bill which is amazing! They also have a punch card, after taking your vehicle in 4 times you get a few oil change, that's a great offer and service they provide.

These guys were so thorough showing me everything that needed urgent repair. Kevin was very thoughtful and the young auto tech was extremely thorough, confident and skilled. I appreciate the loaner they gave as well. Work was complete with no issues.

Amazing experience! First time there and felt so welcomed the minute I walked into the doors. I loved how they brought me back into the shop while my car was still on the lift and specifically pointed out to me a couple things that were wrong with my car, and that I need to get fixed someday down the road. Very nice people there and highly recommend! Will be going back for future appointments!

My visit to Auto Safety Center West Bend was for a second opinion from another local repair garage. I made an appointment and had options to get in the next day. Making the appointment was very easy. I had called and then received a text message confirming my appointment. Nice touch! I was greeted right away when I entered the facility. The treatment made you feel good about choosing this location. I was shown physically on what needed and what did not need repair. The repair cost was stated up front and no deviation or up-sell. My repair was able to be made the same day. I imagine sum cases might not be the case. With lots of auto repair shops in town. Keep Auto Safety Center West Bend as a top tier repair shop.

Very good service. My brakes went out pretty fast and they were able to get me in the next day. They were very nice and got them fixed pretty fast. I also had a coupon that took some money off my total and I m glad that they offered coupons. This is my second time coming here and each time the service has been awesome, the prices are reasonable, and everyone has been very nice. Would recommend everyone get there car fixed here.

Staff is always friendly, kind, and helpful at Auto Safety Center. They're straightforward and answer all my questions. Always great timely service for an affordable price. Plus the free loaner car is nice!! Thank you thank you!

Reception was fine, being taken into the shop to see the issues, as well as what was fixed was all fine. However, I ended up paying full price for a service they could not deliver on, despite telling me they couldn t, they sure charged me as if they delivered. I felt slighted by the inability to work on it and being charged for that fact .

I was in need of a shop that would be honest with me and make me feel like I could trust what they were saying. I found it here. I am thankful that I have somewhere to go that explains things to me in a way that I can understand. Everyone there is friendly and polite, the waiting area is comfortable and the bathrooms are clean! I highly recommend!!

Great service that I haven t found anywhere else. They came and picked up my car while I was working from home, serviced it, and offered to give me a ride there! Miranda was amazing at recommending services and diagnostics that fit my vehicle needs and was very transparent about costs and best practice. Will be trusting them with future business absolutely!

Very friendly staff, excellent communication and good service. I appreciated the extra things that I feel set Auto Safety Center apart, like photos detailing the repairs needed, the shuttle service, the option for a loaner vehicle and even scraping my windows off before I took my vehicle home. They also offer future road side assistance towing for free just for choosing them. Thanks for all your help! I will definitely be back.

I have gone in a couple of times with tire pressure issues which they checked and filled at no charge and did advise me to return if that tire pressure light kept coming on, which it did. They were able to fit me in early today before the holiday weekend to install new tire valves on my snow tires. Miranda is always so sweet and my mechanic Dean was great! I appreciate and trust Auto Safety, will be back!

Friendly receptionist when I called with an urgent situation. She managed to fit me in that day. Kevin Martiny provided exceptional customer service! My appointment was quick and more importantly, affordable. Highly recommend!

Top notch!! First time trying Auto Safety Center a few months back and I will only return to them now. I was having major issues with my vehicle and everywhere else continued to tell me nothing is wrong . Tried Auto Safety Center and although my car gave them a run for their money finding the issue too, they wouldn t give up until it was solved. My car is perfect now and running like a champ!!!! Thank you so much!!

The employees at ASC are by far the best. I really appreciated being able to have a conversation with Miranda and Dean as we were all looking over the vehicle to then develop a good plan to fix the issues. That is a benefit that most places do not offer. In fact, that was the first time I have ever been offered a chance to be that involved. What a great experience where a family owned company truly goes above and beyond to help folks. Thank you.

Fast appointment, with great diagnostic work. They repaired my spongy brakes when 3 other service centers couldn't. They keep my vehicle running quiet and smooth. Great service center with fast quality work and friendly atmosphere. I've been a customer for 5+ years. They have a crew of very knowledgeable Mechanics. This is a great car repair company!!! My car died and had to be towed in on Thursday morning. We were planning to leave for Kansas to visit our grandson early Friday and figured we d have to cancel. Kevin and Sabatian were amazing. They put in extra time and effort to have a new alternator and battery installed by Thursday evening, even though they were already very busy. No one is ever rude...Always Pleasant. I bring all 4 of my vehicles here and 2 of my daughters have come, as well. But this time, I just wanted to get to the bottom of a leak in 1 tire,and an oil change. I was being told I needed all new tires before they found out that it was leaking. Then, they found out that it was a dented rim, and said they would call around to find a rim....but now, it's been almost 5 full business days and No Communication, AT ALL. I'm not pleased and really considering going somewhere else. The quickness to upsell was done to my daughter as well. It is really unsettling.

Brought our car in for a new set of tires and an oil change to get ready for winter. Adam did a great job, installing the new tires, checking the alignment and performing the oil change. He did a courtesy inspection of the vehicle, and explained to me what he found. It was good to know what s in good shape along with what work the car will need and when. You could tell Adam really knows his stuff, he was professional, and easy to work with. The overall experience was great.

Auto Safety was great. I had a rattle by my exhaust system and on the same day they told me to bring my vehicle in. Turned out it was the heat shield above my muffler that was loose. Dean the mechanic bolted it up . I needed an oil change,so I got that taken care of. Dean also brought to my attention that my rear brakes were just about gone. I new that the pads were getting thin. They were able to replace them also! All on the same day! All the personal were very nice and accommodating! This is now my go to shop for the maintenance of my vehicle! I recommend highly!

After calling around to a number of different mechanics, I came to auto safety for the first time because of the wonderful woman I talk to over the phone. She was so helpful, understanding and informative. Once I brought my truck in, they gave me a loaner for free. I can t stress enough on how truly nice and understanding everybody was to my unique situation. Not only will I recommend this company to friends and family, I myself will be back again.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

The so called expert, told me that my battery was shot. He also told me my tires were shot. Neither of which was true. My battery showed fine on a different tester, and my tires are worn, but have a lot of life left in them. Not cool...After this review, I received a call from them regarding my concerns. I met with the regional manager and we talked about my visit. HE then, gave my the tire repair that I had originally wanted, for free. We talked everything out to my satisfaction.The fact that they took my review very seriously, and took care of my concerns so quickly, gives me a new found respect for what they do. Two thumbs up!

I wasn't waiting very long and they had my car done. I had an oil change. They couldn't do the tire rotation because I needed a special tool for the lug nuts. There wasn't one in my car. The dealership that I bought the car from this spring failed to notice, even though my car was there for complimentary service. Thanks to the mechanic at Auto Safety Center, they informed me and I took it from there. They are truly an "Auto Safety Center"Thanks again guysDiann

I dropped my vehicle off and got a ride home. The young lady who drove was very sweet and polite. When she dropped me off I had issues with the key pad to open garage. Instead of just.driving away she turned around and came back to see if I needed help. That tells you all you need to know about the staff at Auto Safety Center. Everyone is customer focused and does what it takes to make the customer happy.

Will use them again for my next auto maintenance.Update 12-26-2023: Had to take an unexpected trip. I needed tires. Called at 7:45. They got the tires on my car that afternoon! One of my favorites so far. Went for an oil change. And afterwards instead of giving me a list with a million issues I have to fix, they just showed me the real issues. Important things. They gained my trust and I ll be be going back.
