This is the first time coming here. It was a great blessing, I was out on the road in less than 30 minutes, and this has never happened to me before, where I used to go was 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

The service center was very knowledgeable and fixed my car once the part came in in about 45 minutes and that's what they charged me for! Excellent job! Highly recommend!

While on vacation in Wild Rose, my Chevy Traverse picked up a nail and got a flat tire. I walked into the dealer ship and 3 people helped me within 5 minutes. They took some information, took the car back and within 20 minutes patched the flat and charged me $20.00. I was impressed that I could have a GM vehicle, walk into the service dept and they took care of our vehicle like family, like we bought it from them.Service was great, people were nice and fair priced.We were very thankful for their service. Would highly recommend them.Thanks- Greg

We were traveling through the Wautoma area and experienced electronics issues with our vehicle. The service department was quite busy at the time but Rodney pulled a mechanic and he helped us get back on the road. The price for the service we were given was very fair and reasonable. Many thanks to Rodney and his staff!

Got a new van for our expanding family and we couldn t be happier with how it went! Brian, Shane, and Ann were amazing to work with! All were helpful and willing to answer and questions we had. Very friendly and quick to respond to phones calls. The owner Steve was also very friendly and welcoming. We will be recommending Sondalles to all our friends and family!

Went for Oil Change on truck and the next day truck had 3 leaks underneath it. Called, returned to have it fixed. Was told that inspection sheet showed my truck had a oil leak. Not sure who s inspection sheet that was because it wasn t mine. I said that my truck never had a leak and it has 3 now. I was then told the Oil Filter was in a crappy spot and mechanic couldn t get at it properly to tighten the filter up. Not only is this Shoddy work but to lie and fabricate an issue is just plain Dirty Business!! DON T Recommend or Trust Them!

Steve, Brian, Ann, everyone was super helpful. Needed a bigger truck for towing and Steve gave me a great deal on my trade in granted it was a 2020 truck going to a 2018 but flawless transfer. Brian was great taking the other truck out for a spin and Ann did a phenomenal job in the financing finding the best rates she could. And that's not even mentioning Don in service overall sondalle does a great job

HORRIBLE SERVICE DEPT! THEY RUINED MY BUICK ENCLAVE WHEN THEY CLAIMED TO HAVE FIXED THE TIMING CHAIN. THEY ALSO TRIED TO TELL ME THAT METAL SHAVINGS IN THE OIL WAS NORMAL. AFTER MY ENGINE BLEW FROM THE BAD TIMING CHAIN, THEY REFUSED TO HONOR THE WARRANTY ON THE WORK AND FIX IT. SAVE YOUR MONEY, TIME, AND ENERGY. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Rob the service manager is great, all the work was done great. It is a little pricey though

Talked to service guy rude as heck my vehicle is on recall and he said he only has one person working on vehicles he said it would be a month before he could get my car in I said I ll call around he just hung up on me
