Courtney and Steve are very friendly and courteous towards their customers. I've had no complaints with my service. My only complaint and its really not their fault, is I had to have something replaced that they didn't have the equipment for so we were all at the mercy of another business to wait for the equipment to be returned so 3 days turned into a week cuz they had to wait to rent the right equipment to fix it. So I don't blame them. Steve does exceptional work and always came out right on or below the quote given to me. I highly recommend them for all auto needs.

I actually bought my farm van from a former customer. The vehicle will eventually need repairs. The amount of driving I actually do they perform a yearly maintenance from bumper to bumper. Took about 2 weeks but I value the work and the price. Not once have the upsold me on anything. The labor was a fair price as well as the charge for materials. Always have my vehicles worked on here. I am also an hour away. keep up the good work. Last I went there I see the remodel is In effect. Glad to see the customer waiting area will be top notch when complete.

They were able to fix my brake line over the holiday weekend for Thanksgiving even though they were not technically open. Very reasonable for the work done and was able to safely drive back home. Very family owned business owner, Thank you for the peace of mind.

Absolute ripoff. We took our SUV to have the head gasket replaced, that was replaced and they were paid. However, was and then as the owner was driving it home to us he hits a deer and causes even more damage. Tells us that he will repair the vehicle for free, but he doesn t. Tells us that it ll be ready in a week or two and it takes months. We finally get the suv back and it broke down within a few days, we took it to a different mechanic and was told that it was a faulty head gasket which was just replaced. We were out 3,000.00 and we had to sell the vehicle for 500.00 because of the extensive damages and repairs that were supposed to be replaced. I d upload a copy of the invoice but I never got one from the owner and everything was cover dated through his wife over Facebook messaging.

I left my vehicle at precision auto for three weeks and reached out several times to get a diagnosis and quote for repairs. During that time I was upsold on services I didn't want and never actually got a diagnosis or quote for the work I did want done.Furthermore, I had an entire front end suspension installed by precision auto earlier in the year, and discovered several loose bolts on vital suspension components causing the vehicle to be out of alignment. How an auto repair shop missed a fairly obvious safety concern is beyond me.If I could park my vehicle at a shop for months at a time and didn't care about my personal safety, then I'd have more work done here. If you value your vehicle and safety, go somewhere else.

I m all for supporting a local business. But I do believe auto mechanic shops, diagnose the vehicle, tell you what s wrong with it you agree for them to fix it and THEN you pay for the work. This place has had my fathers vehicle there for 4 months or more and continues to say there is this and that wrong with it. My father put a little money down they BOTH agreed to start the labor. Then all a sudden They expect my father to pay for the stuff that s wrong BEFORE they fix it and then want to threaten to not fix the stuff and charge him for it to sit there. Sounds like fraud to me. I have seen and read the messages from this Mechanic to my father, not happy about it and would not recommend.

they are wonderful people.they have very wonderful prices.they do really good work.excellent customer service.very good place to get your car worked on.Steve is a very respectful person and a great friend they both are Steve and Courtney are wonderful business owners.definitely would recomend them.
