I ran something over coming into town and was near here. The man at the counter was so nice and polite and was able to fit me in right away! I couldn't have felt more at ease and please with the efficiency they were able to get me in and out in.

Went here yesterday after a co-workers mechanic couldn't help me. Said mechanic recommend Wausau Spring for my repair. He looked under my truck and saw exactly what I needed called me this morning and said I can bring it in. Less than 3 hours later I had my truck back. Drives like a charm. It's scary for travel nurses out here to find good, fair, trustworthy service. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.

Will never go back to this dump. Took a vehicle there to have it aligned twice, the first time it didn t feel like anything changed, the second time was the same story, charged me full price each time even though it was 3 days in between the two appointments. Took the vehicle elsewhere and was told that it had never been aligned, two bolts snapped off while they (a reputable shop) were aligning it even though a week ago it had supposedly been adjusted and aligned at Wausau Spring. Needless to say I will never return.

Brought my car in years ago. Worst experience ever! Will never go back!!! My car was worst after, it was undrivable after after 2 days and the smell of gasoline, a line a gasoline drips underneath my car where ever I go, if I was parked, a pile of gasoline underneath. My car was wreaked!!! From engine damage to tires to gasoline. Worst experience ever! I feel sorry for whoever that goes there. Good Luck finding a trusting mechanic technician.

They have a centrally-located shop. They know what they're doing with automobiles and vehicles. They do a great job and they are reasonable.

I verbally told the mechanic what was wrong with my car and when i brought it down he took it for a short test drive to diagnose it for himself. He then wrote up a cheaper than expected estimate. I made an appt, the work was done, and i couldnt be happier.

I asked them to redo my rear leaf springs but they decided they knew better and tightened up my u bolts now my rear end is shifted.. and not to mention took my jeep there and go to take the family on a camping trip and I almost lost both my front tires because of them leaving the lug nuts loose.. I do not recommend taking anything there services used to be good sadly they have gone way down hill.

Wausau Spring & Alignment is the only place I trust bringing my BMW for alignment and suspension issues. The small technician team are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. Highly recommend.
