I m just letting people know if want a reliable place for your vehicle that Thunder Lube is the best place to go. I have been a customer for over 30 years and I never had any problems with oil change or repairs of any kind. They are always very helpful and answering my questions and explaining what needs to be done and will give you the best quote for what is needed. Thank You Brandon and Thunder Lube staff for your honesty and service.

These guys are great! Previous place that did my oil change didn t put enough oil in and my cars low oil light went on and it wasn t even close to the oil change milage. Took it to Thunder Lube and they got it in, made some recommendations and did a fantastic job fixing my issue!

The peace of mind knowing my Toyota Tacoma is being serviced here and I've no worries whether a short or long trip...is priceless. Thunder Lube makes it affordably so! Everybody was super friendly and they have walk-in services for oil changes. The prices I believe are pretty average but they also give recommendations and decent advice on current or future issues that may occur with a vehicle without really pushing for the sale like other places seem to do. Will definitely be going again in the near future

The staff is very friendly. I like that you don't need an appointment. My car tires needed air and Luke jumped into action and filled them with air, no questions asked.

I was in town visiting family while on a business trip. I needed an oil change in the worst way. They were able to get me in without an oil change and it took no time at all. The staff and all of my experiences at thunderlube have been great. I own a plumbing and heating business. They service about 6 vehicles for me. Nice building and great knowledgeable staff.

Today hubby went in for oil change and redeemed his fully punched card for a free oil change. Well counter guy told him it was only a $40 discount not free oil change. Hubby didn't question it but then came home to say "I think I got ripped off. I didn't get a free oil change like the card said. The guy only gave me $40 discount." Asked him why he didn't question it. He said he didn't know. I knew it wasn't right. Made hubby go back and ask why he didn't get free oil change when clearly the card said free after 10 punches. The counter guy tried to argue it but he had no case because we have had free oil changes in the past with those cards. Told him to look it up in the system. Finally he said he would give us a refund but didn't apologize. How inconvenient and unprofessional! This is what happens when you have a clueless employee and a husband who won't stand up for himself!

I had an oil leak from when I messed up changing my own oil and they helped me fix the problem I caused very quickly. I was in and out. Great service.

Booking an appointment was quick and easy. Zach was great to work with. He was professional, friendly, and informative. He had my vehicle ready to go in less time then he estimated, which is always great. This was my first time using Thunder Lube, but it will not be my last. Very disappointed in their work. Brought my car in to address a check engine light. They "fixed" the issue. When I went to leave my car barely could hold an idle. They did not bother retracing their steps to figure out the issue, instead they sent me on my way and told me the fuel system just needed to cycle through. After multiple revisits, no progress has been made to fix my vehicle. Now I'm left with a car with 63k miles that won't hold an idle.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I just got a new work truck and for some reason the alignment was way off and there was a bad creaking sound. Brought it in the first time and got the alignment a little better but couldn't figure out the creaking but they said if I had any problems to bring it in within 30 days. So I brought it in yesterday and they checked it all over, they did an alignment and found that the ball joints were dry and they lubed them up now the truck drives great down the road and there's no squeaking thank you so much thunder lube I really appreciate it!

Had extensive brake work, oil change done, and new tires on my 2007 Mazda. They were thorough, communicated well, didn't talk down to me as an older female. (Yes, that still happens.) Price was fair- especially on an older vehicle. Would have rated 5 stars but they over-filled the oil which may have caused damage had I not pointed it out. We will be back.

These guys are always so friendly and kind every time I come in. I asked if they could take a look at my cars undercarriage (no appointment) and they got me in very quickly. He was so kind that he even fixed the problem right then and there!! Outstanding service all the way around!!
