Chris is great! He has always treated us with respect, is very knowledgeable, his prices are reasonable, doesn't inflate things just for money, and is honest. I and my wife highly recommend him.

Normally I don't do reviews but I figured this was deserved. Chances are you're not coming here because you want to, but you have to get something fixed for whatever reason. Kinda like school, jury duty, or work. With that being said everyone here does their best to make it as easy and friendly of a time. Personally I stuck my car in a ditch followed by losing my job and some other personal junk. Due to my situation I wasn't able to afford a complete overhaul (not to say the prices weren't fair) but what we did do was perfect. I no longer look at my car and see an all time low but the car that I've enjoyed and wanted to enjoy for many years to come. I'm personally recommending this place to others just off the quality of work and people alone. And that's not including the other reasons like response time, prices, and other benefits. There's a reason they have a perfect rating on Google and Facebook.

Stewart Ave Collision is THE place. Had a bump in a parking lot. They got me in, worked great with my insurance, Chris was fantastic with keeping me informed throughout and just generally being a good guy. Excellent experience, cannot say enough good things.

Kindness!I stopped into their shop last week in need of help without an appt. I had a burst sunroof and could not get it fixed for a week due to parts. I live 350 miles south of Wausau and really wanted to go home. Chris and his crew fixed me up with a very nice "car band aid" that got me home safely. (the broken glass stopped falling on me and I was dry from the rain!) When I went to pay them, they said no charge. I was told to get home safe and pay this kindness forward. OMG! I sure will!THANK YOU!!!!!

I had a great experience with this body shop. They replaced the liftgate on my Equinox. I took it in Monday morning and I was anticipating to get it back at the end of the week, but they had it done by Wednesday. And I figured I would lose the bumper stickers that I had in my back window, but they actually took the glass out of the old liftgate and put it in the new one. I was very pleasantly surprised. Chris was great to work with, and I will gladly send anyone that needs body work done on their vehicle to this shop.

Was towed here after an accident and Chris was nothing short of being compassionate and kind. I've never experienced customer service as great as Chris has provided. Although Chris did not have to work on our vehicle as it was totaled out, I am confident that he is a straight-forward and honest person. Keep up the great work Chris!

I called because I had a dead battery, and although this is an a service that they provide, they sent a gentleman over to start my vehicle for me. Another company told me to call a towing truck. I am so grateful and appreciate this business and will continue to use them if need be. Thank you for your help.

The person that helped us was fantastic. He was energetic and was ready to tell us all of what they had done to fix our van. They came out when we brought it just to see about having them fix our van and fixed it at no charge, before we even made the decision to have them fix it, so our driver side door would open. When we picked our van up they washed it and the inside was so clean it looked brand new. I would definitely recommend Stewart Ave Collision to anybody and everybody!!

I recommend them to everyone. Chris is always completely up front, and explains all work and options to you. Honesty is sometimes hard to find in car repair places, but here I am confident of never being taken advantage of and of always getting great service an professional job done. I NEVER write reviews, but they deserve it.

Went in after someone smacked the door of my new 3/4 ton pickup with theirs leaving a dent and scratching, and another person appeared to ram my tailgate with a cart, still on the same new truck. They made both disappear and look amazing and the cost could NOT be beat! I will be back when the next inconsiderate person decides to damage my vehicle. I had a great experience with Stewart Ave Collision & Repair! Chris was super helpful and thorough. He walked through the issues and repairs needed. The estimate was reflective of the final cost. The repairs were super quick and they provided me with a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was being fixed. They really went above and beyond. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Hands down reccomend this business to anyone. We had a minor fender bender, and Chris took fantastic care of us. He took all the information he needed from me and ran with it, so I didn't have to worry about a thing! He even switched up their normal procedures to make sure our car would be in the shop for a couple hours instead of a couple of days (let us come in a week early so they could order a paint sample, and get going to paint everything before we took our car in) When we went in the first time, even though we had not met face to face yet, he was able to out two and two together right away and we were in and out in 5 minutes. I would give them 6 stars if I could!

Chris and his team are amazing! They have the best customer service and always go the extra mile to get our repairs done around our schedule. I have had my fair share of car problems and due to the Areas I have broken down have had to go to other auto shops, not anymore, I'll happily pay for a tow to get my car to Chris and his team!

Stewart Ave Collision and Repair is a great shop. We had our vehicle towed there after getting into a wreck, and Chris was terrific to deal with. He gave us a free loaner to use while the insurance company figured things out and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I can't recommend this shop highly enough and will absolutely take all of my vehicles there for repair from now on.

"I could not be happier with the quality of work or the quality ofservice."In the unfortunate event that you find yourself looking for a body shop in the Wausau, WI area Stewart Ave Collision & Repair is the place to go. This was my first insurance claim and first body repair I have had done to any vehicle and went in knowing nothing about the process. I based my decision to choose this shop first on outstanding google reviews but even more so after speaking with Chris...the Owner? ... the Manager? The guy that runs the shop and understands outstanding customer service.* Honest: Chris set reasonable expectations for time lines and pricing* Trusting: My claim was originally filed just as COVID-19 was picking upsteam. By the time the insurance was ready to cut the check I had justbeen furloughed by my employer. Although, it is not always theirpolicy, Chris asked me what I could pay and when. He gave me peaceof mind regarding my car repair during the otherwise most uncertaintime in my, and most other peoples', life* Timely: SAC&R came always communicated clearly, promptly, friendlyand came through on all estimated timelines.* Outstanding physical body work: My doors look brand new, workperfectly and the paint on the new doors is 100% indiscernible from thecar's original paint. There are no scratches, dents, marks, "sticky door,locks or windows" or any indications to even the above averageobserver that work was even done.* Made sure I felt 100% satisfied and confident : After picking up my car Inoticed what I thought was a gasoline smell in my car and wasconcerned there was a gas leak. When I came in to pay the remainder ofmy deductible and asked about the smell, Chris immediately offered tocheck it out with me and came out to my car with a bottle of fluid in hishand. He smelled around my car and agreed it was there, then askedme to smell the fluid which was rustproofing. It was in fact the smell Ihad noticed and Chris gave an informative explanation on therustproofing and what to expect. Since then, the smell is all but goneand I could not be happier with the quality of work or the quality ofservice.* Loaner Vehicle: I was provided a quality and comfortable loaner car atno charge while I was in the shop, thank you for saving me on a rental!

Had my bumper fixed here. Great, fast, reasonably priced service! They even cleaned the front of my car! Chris is honest and gives great customer service. Free rental car with any body work.

In January 2016, I had managed to scrape up the passenger side of my Malibu. After shopping around in the area, as I am new to Wausau, I met Chris and his team. Chris walked me through the repair process, what was going to be done, how it was going to be done, and how long it would take. He was the only person I had talked to that walked me through the process and that was just the start of his great customer service. His estimate turned out to be high once his team was finished with the vehicle, so paid less than the original estimate, which was super! The turn around was also spot on, didn't take any more time than anticipated. They also have loaner vehicles to set you up with so you aren't vehicle-less while your car is under the knife, so to speak. My car turned out perfect, couldn't have been happier. Perfect blending, removed any dents with precision, and is holding strong. Once it was all said and done, about a week after, I got a phone call, checking in on my satisfaction with the work. Brilliant! Did not expect that at all and was super pleased to have a follow up conversation. Lastly, about a month after i got my car back, I even got a card from Chris and the team thanking me for my support and again checking on my satisfaction of their work. Not once, but twice did they follow up with a customer. I guess I didn't know what to expect coming into their shop as I had never had to have work done on a vehicle in the past, but the team at Stewart Ave Collision and Repair absolutely blew me out of the water with their great customer support, timely work, and flawless paint blending, which can be hard when you have a vehicle with a black metallic fleck paint to work with.In the future, if I were to be in the need for further cosmetic repair, I'm certain Chris and his team at Stewart Ave Collision & Repair will be the first stop.

We are from the twin cities and my father in law had the misfortune of breaking down on the way to Door County for our wedding. Luckily it was near Wausau and Chris and his team were able to get us back up and running in just a couple of hours. They were a pleasure to work with, so kind, and our experience just couldn't have been any better. We are just so grateful for all their hard work. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone!
