Olson's Auto Body and Paint did an amazing job on my Mazda CX5. I hit a deer and smashed the front end. Traci was able to get me in a week after the accident, more than a month ahead of all the other body shops in a 50 mile area. Traci stayed in touch with me and my insurance company, eliminating me as the middle man. After I got my CX5 back it looks better than brand new. Amazing paintwork. Highly recommended! I couldn t be more thrilled with the extensive repair work Olsen did on my vehicle. I had to have driver door and mirror replacement, you would never know. Tracy was super thorough and transparent with all the repairs that needed to be done, not to mention SO lovely to deal with. I have taken 2 aluminum super duty trucks to Olson for body repair. They do great quality work and are always professional and much faster than other shops in the area. Tracy is great to work with and makes the whole process super simple and smooth when working through an insurance company. Would definitely reccomend Olson Autobody to anyone needing this kind of service.

I have a 1996 Chevy Silverado extended cab Z71 Truck. Which I m the original owner. My Truck was in pretty good shape. But was in need of some restoration. So I have taken my vehicles there before and they always were great to Me. So I talked to Traci, and said it s Time to bring my truck back to the way it was when I first bought it. Tracy, Arron and their whole staff. We re very responsive and excited to work w me! During the whole process they kept me updated and made suggestions and let me know that a issue might be best to take care of. While saying it s ok. Discussing whether it s best to take care of now but not necessary. But I decided it was. To Me meant no high pressure pushing something not needed. But common sense!! It was such a very relaxed environment with them. They took care of everything!!! I normally I m such a perfectionist and have anxiety over everything. For some reason I didn t have any of that with Tracy,Arron and Their team!! Ok enough. When I came in today to pick it up. The workmanship was so exceptional that words can not explain!! I m ecstatic!!! And get this. Tracy said hey if anything isn t right please come back and we ll take care of you. People say that all the time. But at Olson s they mean that. I can read people and believe them!!! Remember they said take care of you!!! As a customer!! Thank You!! Awesome work done on my car! I accidentally backed into a short pole during a snow storm, damaging the back bumper, tail light and back side quarter panel. Took it in and got it back like new one week later (less time than originally estimated!). Also got a small door ding fixed while it was there. AND they cleaned the entire inside of my car too!!! Tracy is super sweet and great to deal with. I was already using Olson Tire and Auto for my regular auto repairs and have always been happy with them as well. Great place, great service. I brought my brand new vehicle (700 miles) in to have some trim body color painted. The color looks perfect and job was completed ahead of schedule. I wasn t expecting a loaner vehicle but one was offered and I used it. The job price was less than quoted elsewhere locally and appears to be quality work. Able to get vehicle in quickly, and the body work and paint was well done. Just wish someone would have mentioned that during disassembly there was some damage in the form of paint chipping off near the lower wheel wells. We discovered it after taking the vehicle home. Would have been nice to have had the chance to pay a little extra and have it done right away since the vehicle was already in for paint. Also not sure why the bed of the pickup doesn't quite meet the body lines of the cab. It was pushed in on the driver's side (where it was hit). We mentioned it when it was finished and they kept it longer to fix it. They adjusted it so now it's a little off on both sides. Close enough, I guess.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Our PT Cruiser needed a lot of body work. Traci did a thorough estimate of what was needed. With the car being 18 years old, it needed new parts and rust repaired. Traci gave us a time of completion estimate but we found the work needed to make the car look just right was a bit more extensive. Traci kept us informed along the way. Aaron and Travis and the Olson team did a beautiful job. It was definitely worth a little extra time to get it right. We bought the car through my dad who has passed away. We want to keep the car in good condition as a memory to my dad. Olson s did not disappoint. Would definitely recommend Olson s to family and friends. We already have!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I Have been doing business for years with these fine folks. Amazing work from dings and dents to a whole restore on an older vehicle, looks like brand new. I cant say enough good about the follow through and friendly staff. I would highly recommend them for minor or major repairs. Service was good, price was good. The reason i gave 2 stars is because and maybe it's just me, but my expectation is when you are getting body work done on your truck, they paint the new panels, bumper etc. The same color as the vehicle. Took my vehicle in for body damage caused by a deer. They reached out and communicated with the insurance company so I didn t have to. The vehicle looked brand new both inside and out when I picked up.
