So far they have been the quickest and most affordable place Ive been to. And they're so willing to work with you on everything. They don't push for unnecessary additional things. They literally SHOW you any issue with your vehicle! I recommend 10/10.

I m very broke and he helped me out by giving me money off my ball joint repair and doing an alignment if needed for free. Really helpful and nice especially in this economy lol. Will continue to come here thank you

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! charged $1335 for rear bake service, massively overcharged. Checked with other service centers to do comparison, came back with $880 for the exact same work completed. Complete ripoff . I will never take car here for service EVER again. CAN NOT BE TRUSTED.

Brought my car in to get snow tires mounted, and an oil change. I had two kids and a dog with me, and they got us in and out right away! These guys sit up and talk about cars all day and I return to them for a oil change before the date that's on my sticker and my car was leaking oil they refused to touch it but allowed me to drive off without even inspecting it i asked several times and to several employees can you at least tell me where the leak is coming from they refused to help me i gave them one star just because im going to do them one better

3 times I have visited in as many weeks. I trust Ken and his employees. 1st visit was for a rattle under the car. I had brought my car to the dealer previously and they told me i needed a $1400 exhaust pipe. Ken showed me what it was and fixed the issue in under a minute. No new exhaust needed, yet. "No charge!" Huh????So no charge ok fine but my vehicle was on the lift already so I asked for my rear brakes to be replaced. The dealer told me I needed new calipers. Not true. Just new pads and a little grease.So, 2 lies from the dealer. Next visit will be an oil change and fluid check because, we'll. I can't trust the dealer anymore.Nice job Ken. This is how auto repair businesses should be run.

Worst place to take your car to.The guy at the front desk is a joke he treats you like you were an animal, lies to you about when the car will be ready and also hung up on you if you don t agree.Spent $1200 for a brake job that only one week after the job done I had to return because their mechanics messed up the brakes. Also never got the rebates I should have gotten for my brake job.Long story short, never go to this place.

Midas replaced a muffler for me last year and I went in due to an occasional rattle. They addressed the problem and stated there wouldnt be a charge...I then asked if I could get an oil change then if they had time and they managed to fit me in. At checkout I tried using a coupon for a $19.99 oil change and rotation and it WASNT accepted. Was told not sure where the coupon was for but not there. The coupon is frequently sent to my email and was directly for this garage and says so right on the coupon. Upon making payment, I was charged for the exhaust rattle and also paid full price for the oil change...Glad they fit me in and fixed my issues but disappointed that the coupon for that specific garage was not honored!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I visited this Midas location on 3/2/2023 to have a light bulb replaced in my Traverse. After asking if they had any openings in the schedule that day, the service person at the front desk said they didn t have any open appointment for that Thursday which was fine, he then went on to say the estimated cost is between $80 to $200. I clarified I just wanted the light bulb in the headlamp replaced not the headlamp. He mentioned that the housing had to be removed and it would be about 1-2 hours of work. I went to a different repair shop and they replaced the bulb for $20.I was surprised Midas tried to do a quick scam, wow.

This shop will lie and steal your money. Took my car here a couple years ago to get my brake pads and rotors replaced. Then I had an argument with Ken the manager and decided to never come here again. Then several months ago my car started vibrating very badly every time I braked. I took my car to Firestone, turns out Midas NEVER REPLACED MY BRAKE PADS OR ROTORS but charged me for them, they were completely worn out and the rotors warped. I drove less than 5,000 miles in the past two years because of COVID so there's no way a new set would need replacing so soon. No surprise considering Ken is a conman, I wish I had kept the receipt so I could report them to the BBB.

Owner was great. Very honest, able to repair both mine and my husband's vehicle before closing for Christmas. Place is a total scam. Guy is a conman. Charged me $154 to take out 8 bolts for the driveshaft and said I needed a $480 part to complete the job. He ordered 1 from St. Point and told me he was on the clock until it got there. He told me if I didn't want it done he was not putting it back together and was pushing it out side and I could call a wrecker to get it home. Needless to say I got it home and put it back together myself with the part he said was defective and foresee no future problems.

Went to go get an oil change done here seeing as though I was in wausau already and nothing else was open. I told him I wanted a full synthetic oil change and he said that ll be $55 . An hour and a half later, he gave me the bill and it showed $78. I was like okay whatever I got the oil change done I just want to leave. They pull my vehicle out, and it s ready to go. Some shop guy was reaching in my drivers seat by the pedals, and both sides of my floor vents were ripped off and later FELL off on my pedals as I was driving on the highway. They told me my car is in great shape, but the also said just get educated on vehicle work and fix the rust that s an eyesore . Not only did they rip apart my interior, they took my battery out and stripped the terminals as they were tightening them. Guess who s car didn t start the next morning? Mine. Had to mess around for a good hour to get the battery terminals to work. I will never come back to this place.Service: Oil change

Best customer service I've ever had at a service station! Ken was kind, friendly, and helpful. He was very honest and upfront about what may or may not need to be done to my vehicle. To myself, as well as other customers I watched him interact with, he was willing to go the extra mile. I am pleasantly surprised despite the bad reviews. Having worked in CS myself, I can't help but wonder if the bad reviewers were not the problem... because the attitude and service we received was AWESOME!

Ken and his team were awesome! Needed a new exhaust system, stopped over in the morning, they drove me back home, they ordered up the materials and I was back on the road later the same day.

Absolutely the worst!!!**PRICE***PARTS* *LABOR**CUSTOMER SERVICE*/PROFESSIONALISMwhat a scam/con this guy KenFront & rear rotor/breaks replacedGet vehicle home & my driver's side window that was in proper working order previous to visit was now unable to raise itself I could hear & see the motor & mechanism moving up & down just without window attached. When called for an explanation Ken was unable to offer any assistance with the issue other than they roll the window down in case keys are left in vehicle. So my vehicle window was down the whole week it was stored outside because I could only afford to pay half of the fees due to the unexpected rise in original estimate of $1200 to $1800. Ok then when I received vehicle why was I not informed of this issue? That to me would be a no brain decision not even in the summary of repairs/issues of vehicle.On to the next problem I back out of my driveway & driver's side front tire is making a very concerning grinding/ clunking every push of break pedal. I needed to jack it up & take tire off myself to figure out an important bolt meant to fasten to the caliper or hub/ rotor? Is MISSING!! Worst customer service. I had a muffler replaced 3 years ago. They charged me over $700. Now 3 years later it is failing and they want to charge m $560. They weren't even apologetic . They were just out for there money. They want me to have extra stuff replaced in order to get the muffler. I had others look at my car and they said no. you only need the muffler. Which for my car is only about $90. They say it is over $300. Be sure you know your stuff and have others look at the car first. You will be thank full you did.

Awful costumer service. Scam.I went in for a simple oil change and Ken, the owner told me I needed two new belts asap. I had my mechanic take a look and he said that what Ken had told me was completely untrue. My belts were in great shape.It is very disappointing to see a local business attempt to rip off costumers. Do not go to this Midas for your car repair needs.
