Crystal did an amazing job when my car arrived. Kept me informed throughout the service. Sean met with me when I picked my car up. Went through all that was done step by step. Very professional. Fantastic Service Staff! Why would anyone go anywhere else? Awesome experience.

Have called on numerous occasions to get my Jetta in for a recall. Now have left a detailed message four times in the last few months with no call back. Pretty disappointing considering I purchased this vehicle from Kocourek.

I highly recommend Kocourek for your next car hunting experience. The staff is very and acknowledged. I had a little issue with my car recently purchased but they are taking care of it. Collin is a great sales person, Joe is the service advisor, very patient and cooperative. Greg, the manager is easy to treat guy. Great team overall.

I was in for diagnostics on my classic VW wagon. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the process. They even gave me a complimentary wash while the technician came out to explain his diagnosis. This dealer has a top notch, professional and up to date service team.

Colin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable from initial introduction until the final drive off in my new vehicle. He kept me informed on delivery and checked in regularly during the process. Greg in Finance was wonderful to work with and so knowledgeable-made the entire process seamless!

It appears the work was completed satisfactorily but was disappointed that I received a call that the car would be ready in 45 minutes and it was closer to 2 hours and they wanted to give it back without a wash.Also find a 3% surcharge for credit card to be excessive. This alone will make me look to take elsewhere in future

We needed a last minute maintenance before we took a 8 hour drive with a newborn. They were able to squeeze us in despite the schedule being packed full. Great customer service.

Worst used car buying experience of my life. It was priced above Kelly Blue book value with body damage that wasn't disclosed and almost dismissed when I pointed it out. The vehicle was clearly not well inspected as evidence by the brake rubbing and scraping, wheel shaking, no coolant in reservoir and headlight out. Those things that were done were done poorly like overfilling the oil and brake fluid. I do appreciate them addressing the brakes and wheel shaking, but I had to wait 6 hours for that. While the salesperson did reach out after the fact, he subsequently did not respond to my request. I left there feeling very taken advantage of.

At first I used to enjoy going there to get my vehicle serviced but this last couple of times it has not been a good experience. I got there to get warranty work done with my car done, waited for 45 mins for them to tell me they couldn't do it that day. Then came to tell me for my inconvenience they would fill my tank the next time I came back. Went back 3 weeks later to finally get my car worked on and they didn't fill my tank and they also proceeded to make comments about how we wouldn't want to know the price of certain cars because they are so expensive.

Complimentary wash was very poor. I understand it's complimentary but it wasn't close to being clean. Missed spots, etc. Otherwise I guess it was ok, no surprised yet.

Just purchased my second vehicle from Kocourek, Casey made buying a vehicle very easy and worked with me to get me what I wanted with my trade in..She was also very knowledgeable with what I was buying, I would highly recommend to anyone that Kocourek is a great place to purchase a vehicle and will continue to do business with them!

Everything worked great when they were complete with the replacement of the radio. Doesn't sound like much but it controls the Bluetooth, navigation, backup camera, and of course the radio!

Tells you one price on a warranty oil change and to rotate tires go to check out and miraculously 130 dollars more then what they said very dishonest and when asked about it was told if you didn t do this work they would have to charge you for the oil change do not recommend

I ll drive two hours to Kocourek because I won t have my car serviced anywhere else. When you find the best, forget the rest. Kocourek is five stars for sure!

I waited patiently in the lobby for 4 1/2 hours. Everything should have been covered under warranty but we were charged for part of it because they couldn t get it to do it for them. After all that, no car wash. I felt like I was forgotten. We only bring the car there for warranty work because the prices are too high, no loaner vehicle and better service in Medford. We love the car and plan to purchase another VW someday but will probably find a different dealer.

My service experience was good except for the longer wait time. My oil change was 2 hours. After 1 hour I was told not much longer. After 30 minutes I was told just a few minutes. I then noticed my car at the front of the building. 30 minutes later I was told it's done. I asked why the long wait. I was told it was a delay in getting the paperwork from the garage. Got a car wash ticket to use though. Mainly didn't like wrapping things up being an hour and a few minutes being 30. I would have preferred not being given those inaccurate updates. It got me in leave mode, only to be disappointed.

I came in looking for a bigger vehicle than I already had to accommodate my family. Brian was very helpful when it came to narrowing down what I might like. I had a few must have needs when it came to a vehicle and Brian nailed it!My experience with Kocourek VW was pleasant; from working with Brian and his manager who helped me find the right vehicle to figuring out buying or leasing, to the VW specialist who set up my app and showed me the features, and last but not least the finance guy who did all the numbers.A great experience.Thanks guys.

Called 3 times for an appointment and left messages with no call back. Was able to get an appointment, was told an hour for services, was there for 3.5 hours. Service guys seemed very discombobulated, overworked.

I say 0 stars but it won t let me! Not happy with my service at all! I went in with a check engine light on and I sat there for 4 hours for them to come back and say there s nothing wrong and they cleared the code. I had cleared that code twice already and it kept coming back. Also I was in a year ago with the same code so it s an ongoing issue. After that long wait for nothing they made me pay $342 for a diagnosis fee and they didn t diagnose anything! A check engine light is not on for no reason on a new vehicle! Then when I asked to talk to a Manager he said he was leaving and I couldn t! Not satisfied at all!

Overall the car buying experience 6 months ago was great. However this is my first service experience and I have to say that I am not impressed at all, more so concerned about the lack of professionalism (I cannot speak for the technical staff). It took me over two weeks to even get an appointment to start. I called and would wait on hold for long periods then told to leave a voicemail message. I went through this process numerous times. And this was all just to schedule an oil change. Finally on my last call I explained my experience to the person on the phone and was then able to talk to a service advisor to make an appointment. Most appointments where weeks (3+weeks) out however I was able to get in because of a cancellation the very next day, that was nice. So I was out of town and had my wife take the afternoon off to bring the car in for this service. Upon arrival there was confusion about our appointment even existing and my wife felt like a number and didn t matter. Lack of professionalism and almost rude. Service was completed and I looked over the receipt when I returned that evening. I guess it is what it is from cost however the work order receipt stated car wash performed and sticker placed in vehicle. Neither was done, no car wash (don t really care but says it was done) and no sticker. My biggest concern is I have no sticker to know when to track my mileage and call to schedule an oil change (mind you a month in advance). Just concerning overall, our experience was not great.
