The service manager was a very helpful and pleasant person to deal with. He volunteered to make calls to outside contractors to expedite my vehicle's servicing. He also kept me in the loop and checked my vehicle over with me after it was returned. I feel I was treated as a valued customer.

Ken from Kocourek Nissan-Kia was amazing. He took the time to answer all my questions and was very honest. The person I would usually ask questions to is no longer with us and to have someone like Ken helping me find the right vehicle was amazing. Over all was a great experience and would go back in the future.

Everyone made the experience super easy. They were professional and informative. I bought this car as my birthday present for turning 50 and they made the experience extra special to celebrate with me as well. I am beyond pleased.

My wife and I went used car shopping here on 12.28.2023. They had a car that my wife really liked. I traded a car in also. They were busy: they had enough help. It didn t take long to get the help we needed. They treated my toddler well. It was a positive experience.

Bought a car there over the last summer & it s been nothing but issues. Bought it off the lot & the AC was broken. They wouldn t work with me, wouldn t help with a loaner, nothing. It took getting upset and letting them know I was going to trade in the car for them to do anything about it. Now the cars alternator blew up, and they still wouldn t help out with a car. It s a 2018 My car has to be serviced there to receive a loaner, & I tried to explain to them getting it there is a 2 hour tow. Companies where I live won t go that far, and I was told in the beginning I could service at any Ford Dealership. After spending 40 grand with them you d like they would work with you a little bit more. They just take your money & have you fend for yourself. I wouldn t buy from this location again.

I don't have a single bad thing to say. Ken was amazing. He listened, was honest and was very patient. Todd was very helpful as well. I will be back and have been recommending people too go to Kocourek.

The sales man had a aditud right from the start then gave my a terrible offer on my trade which I bought from that same store less than 2 years prior you would think they would want repeat customers I guess not I buy different cars every 2 years not from kocourek Subaru wasaw vary bad experience so sad this place went down hill

Gavin, Todd and George are fantastic and easy to work with. They made sure we were satisfied and went above and beyond to make things work for us.I highly recommend them and will buy another vehicle from them.The Armada is an awesome vehicle.

This may not be a typical review because I didn't purchase the car! However, I had a WONDERFUL purchasing experience. Ken is an amazing salesman! I did the "pre-shopping" online for my Mom and Ken helped us with the rest. What a great guy. Treated us like family... Honest salesman? That's what you get with Ken, MY next car will for SURE be from this dealership. Thank you Ken!

When I went in I had heat; but when I left the dealership I didn t have heat; had to turn around and head back to Wausau; because I live in Merrill and was told that the heat had to be unplugged and plugged back in; which they found on a flyer. It was asked if there was a recall on this and was told No but if it happens again I would have to pay over $700.00 to have the heating panel replaced. I and family members think this is very fishy that I go in for one thing and all the sudden I don t have heat. But remember I had heat going into the shop. Please explain to me how; I go in for break light being on and chassis control system error. And I leave the dealership without on heat.

I didn't expect it to cost so much. Also, I was told there was a nail found in one of my summer tires, they didn't mark which tire it was so I don't know which one. I asked the lady at the desk which one it was, she didn't know. Now it will have to be replaced next spring.

Recently bought a 2017.5 Nissan Murano Platinum and I really couldn't be happier! The did an excellent job finding what I wanted at a price that was a heck of a deal.I met with DJ Satterfield and he is a very personable, reasonable and genuine person. I was a little taken aback by this initially because it seems that this is one of only a couple dealerships in which they are not just after the sale and genuinely want to help you with your decision. I really appreciated that.When it came time to financing, I met with Lance and it was also a very pleasant experience. He gave me time to think when it came to levels of their extended warranty and that allowed me to justify the added expense. He went as far as helping me to figure out some quick arithmetic on some of the items.I would like to personally thank DJ Satterfield, Lance J., Jon and Chris Hopper for making the experience as smooth as possible for me.Thank you Guys! You are awesome!

Service was excellent, but the checkin girl told me my car would be done at 2:15 and it wasn t done until 4:25 and no update on why taking so long. I had to go ask what the hold up was.

Kristina helped us very quick. She knows what we need. My brother who is a new immigrant and we were desperately looking for a car. Kristina helped us out right away. Huge relief!!! She is super sweet and kind. Also Ken is very nice gentle man. I am so happy that I choose the right place. I saved my time.

From the online portal to the finance department, it was an amazing experience. I worked with Ken R and he was very helpful, personable and made my car buying experience the best I have ever had. I asked Ken to get me some basic information on the mechanical changes which were made from the second to the third generation of the vehicle that I was interested in, and he blew me off. What a joke. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

Our leases were up, and we had decided to purchase both vehicles. This was our second set of vehicles we had leased. All four vehicles were through Kocourek Nissan. All of our services work for the past 6 years was done at Kocourek as well.Now that it was time to do the paperwork to purchase, I thought it was only right to go to Kocourek.When I called and talked to Todd in finance, he asked if I really wanted to go through them or if I would rather go somewhere closer because he was really busy. I told him we wanted to have him take care of it since this was where we leased from. He said he would call back the next day. That was the beginning of July. As of today, July 26th, he hasn't bothered to call back. Oh, a sales guy called a few days after my first call, and my husband explained we were waiting to hear back. He said he would talk to management and get this process started. Still no call back. So we took our busy to Van Horn Nissan in Steven's Point. Kocourek has lost all our business!!

I had service to my Rogue Sport last Wed. Jan 25, multiple dealership issues, by far the most unprofessional customer service EVER! 1st upon arrival I was told my appointment was not noted even though they called to confirm and someone even returned my call the day prior about local shuttle service while I waited. My service details: oil change, tire rotation, usual fluid check, computer issues. I was told approx 1 1/2 hrs., my appt time 10:30. Left the dealership 10:45 with shuttle to Best Buy returned at 11:45, passed on getting lunch thinking car was close to being done. At 12:15 they told me I had a rear brake pad issue that needed to be replaced. That would add an extra half an hour to 45 minutes to my wait time. 1:30 I asked how much longer as the service wait time now reaching 3 hours. I was told it would be at least another half an hour as the repair person needed to break for lunch. Of course, I didn t have an opportunity to get lunch because they told me it was going to be a much shorter wait for the work so I didn t opt to leave the dealership. At 1:50 when I inquired about how much longer again, the man who checks people in said smugly, we can have the shuttle take you back out for lunch. I declined at THAT TIME and then told him to pass on the so-called free car wash, joke at that point. If all of this wasn t bad enough, I left the dealership to find that while the work order did state they rotated the tires they weren t aired as I asked to have done in the initial work order. Now questioning if the rotation was even happened. I also asked them to add windshield wash, that didn t get done either. Computer issues, some issues were addressed but after leaving the dealership the seat belt warning bell stopped signaling.The whole experience RIDICULOUS!Nancy Reid

I went here for getting service on a recall with my vehicle. We got the car through another division of Kocourek but I was pleasantly surprised that I received the same level of service I was used to. The professionalism and pleasantness of the staff was great from beginning to end and no issues after the visit. Only thing holding back a 5 star rating would be the experience I had on their website to schedule the service. Their schedule a service form appears to be missing a submit button, which I reported. That is the only thing that kept my experience from being a 5 star experience since I like to self serve as much as I can.

We drove 2hrs round trip to Kocourek Nissan because they said they would buy our car for a offered price and thene they tryed to low ball use $3000 less then there oregenal offered price! Nice people but I wasn't happy wasted time and gas for nothing.

I've had a poor experience with one the service desk associate. Few weeks ago, I went in to asked for a quote and scheduled to have my 2016 Nissan Rogue maintenance done on the CVT Transmission, fuel induction and the all wheel drive fluid service for the cost of $540. Today, I went to the dealership to drop off my vehicle and they slap me with a higher price then that of what's originally stated on quoted paper. Why is that?.. and what kind of business establisment would pulled something like this? And their justification is that it's due to inflation. I don't care about inflation. What the customer care is what's originally priced on quoted paper. To me, this is just bad business practices and it's wrong. Whoever read this review, I hope you'll think twice before you take your vehicle there for any maintenance on your vehicle by this car dealership. They have a tendency to quote you at a certain price and when you get there, you get slap with a higher price. Who's to say that if you were to buy a car online from this dealership for 40k and few weeks later when the car arrived they'll turn around and say you'll now have to pay 50k for that car you've ordered because of "inflation"? This is my first and last time that I'll take my vehicle to this dealership for any maintenances purposes.

I found a car on a website and immediately inquired about the car reached out and told them I wanted to buy it. I got a text back from Ken very quickly asking to talk about the situation with the car somebody else was looking to buy it etc. I appreciate it that they held the car as I put a deposit down on my credit card. I set up an appointment that worked best for them and me noon 2 Days later. I was very impressed on the phone and everything felt really good about the deal. When I got there after driving for 2 hours in the pouring rain everything was kind of chaotic. Apparently staff didn't show up etc and people were irritated all around me waiting.... From what they said a very long time. Ken (the salesman) told me there wasn't much gas for the test drive that he would fill it up after all was said and done. No problem I drove the car liked it still wanted to buy it all good. Came back in after the test drive waited in the waiting room for an hour to have Ken come in and say it was going to be a couple more hours before they could get to me? Told him that was unacceptable I had to get back home to prior engagements. He pushed me ahead which I was thankful for. After all was said and done I got in the car to leave after he told me he filled it up and it was still close to empty... I went back in and told him he didn't fill it up? This is after they already got my money of course he told me they only fill it up a new vehicles not used?? I just gave them $38,000 in cash?? Are you kidding me? I left disappointed.... I didn't even have enough gas to make it home?? To top it off there was no owner manual in the vehicle? I have no clue how to use anything in this car without it and learn all the bells and whistles? Just seriously not a good experience at the dealership.
