Went to Jiffy Lube on my lunch today for an oil change. Billy was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. Recommended a few things but did not put pressure on you like most mechanics. My only recommendation is that if you need to remove items from glove box to check cabin filter... put the items back. I personally didn't care, it took me 2 seconds but the next person may not be as laid back. Thanks for great service!

The crew here worked very fast and did a great job with attention to detail. Billy was awesome explaining all the services offered to help my car run its best! Will definitely come back.

Went here for my oil change and brakes. Billy and Aaron were really amazing to me and my 5 year old and helped us work out financing so I could afford what I needed to stay safe on the road. They treated us like family and not just another number in line. Would highly recommend.Waiting room was nice and the coffee machine was a bonus.

The guys here are always so detailed and helpful! They make it so convenient and fast when I don't have time to actually go in. I needed to get some extra services done today especially and Billy made it work! He got me a great deal to fit within my budget. Definitely coming back! Thanks guys!

Had my car serviced at Jiffy Lube in Wausau for the first time today. Have to say I was very impressed!!! They were extremely thorough! Checked over everything and reviewed all the info on a large screen with me. Offered some additional services one I accepted and the others I passed on. Was happy that they were not pushy at all just informative and factual. Gave me a printout of everything that was done and the status of the things that were checked. Very helpful! And extremely polite!!!

The worker was nice, but felt like I got taken advantage of for being a young woman. Went home and had my family look at the receipt and was told half the things that were done to my car was not needed. He also told me that all my breaks needed to be replaced and gave me an estimate. Went to my normal car guy and he told me that only my back breaks needed to be done and that my front breaks were actaully still at 80%. Thank goodness I went there so I wasn t out the $1,000 that I was quoted.

The workers at jiffy lube are always very nice and get everything done as quickly as possible. They are very attentive to details if anything else may be wrong with your vehicle, allowing you to fix the problem if you choose to do so. I have had a great experience every time I go there and I recommend this place to everyone.

Billy is amazing! Stopped by for the first time for an oil change and Billy was very helpful and informative! He communicated with me and gave me recommendations when it came to fixing my last botched oil change without being pushy. Definitely recommend!

I tried this Jiffy Lube location due to my normal oil change place being booked up. I was very pleased with the entire process from checking the car in, the complete inspection and the overall professionalism of Dee and the other staff at this location. I found my new go to oil change place. One other thing I thought was cool is Dee the advisor gave a price on for my oil change and then directed me to the jiffy lube website where there were many coupons to choose from depending on the work being done. I found a $20 off coupon which they accepted. Thanks again to the At Rib Mountain Jiffy Lube. I would highly recommend them.D Bayne

Great service and overall experience. Weren t pushy, but were very thorough and efficient. Billy was courteous and could not have made my experience any better. I live in Eau Claire and this is my go to oil change place.

Came at 5pm on a weeknight and got right in. Didn t feel like I was being upsold anything, honest sales pitch given. Synthetic oil change & engine flush for $140. The manager Billy gave good customer service.

This location is in my neighborhood, and I have been consistently impressed with their service for the four cars in our family. I recommend this location without hesitation! Was just in this morning, and Billy was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and provided great customer service.

Guys did a great job. Spoke with Chris mostly, polite and professional. I will return. Today is 2-2-24, I have been back twice since the first post, I put on a lot of miles. Good experience both times.

Usually the customer service here is ok. But not today 04/01/24 morning crew slamming my doors/hood leave my mirrors folded, they even ask me to pull my truck out of the oil change pit which is their job to do, I refuse not because im not capable but in case of collateral damage.for 100$ dollars oil change I expect better not just your average Walmart service.

Me and my fiancee stopped there today the 29th of February and the gentlemen working their where very nice and informative on what they were doing and going to do. We did not know of the $29 dollar off promotion either until they mentioned it to us. Will definately go back when in Wausau for a oil change if we need one. Good job guys!!!

This morning, I woke up to find my car wouldn't start. Jeff was an absolute lifesaver! He went above and beyond to come and give my car a jumpstart. And, before I knew it, I was able to get a new battery at the shop in minutes. I cannot thank Jiffy Lube and Jeff enough for coming through when I was in a time of need! Your swift actions and top-notch service undeniably saved the day, turning what could have been a stressful morning into a positive experience. Kudos for your exceptional service and genuine care!

Jj was absolutely awesome! Answered all my questions about my brakes and ever showed me the pads to explain my caliper might be sticking! 10/10 will come back because of him and the rest of the crew thst worked today! Great energy

Took my Captiva in for an oil change and tire rotation, balance, and alignment. The crew was fabulous getting to work on my vehicle. Naomi, Riley, Jamie, and Chris were all thoroughly friendly and professional dealing with my car and me. Everything that was worked on and inspected was explained as they talked with me, never down to me. I was given options about items that need to be addressed down the road. I will DEFINITELY be taking my vehicle back to Jiffy Lube when it needs service.My dad was in the business of cars for most of his life and I think he would have enjoyed chatting with everyone there.Thanks again Jiffy Lube!Cindy G

Jeff did a really great job. He walks through your vehicle and explains the things it needs done and isn t pushy if you decide not to.He was respectful , courteous , and knowledgeable. Great service.
