I had an appointment to have a chip filled in my windshield and the tech showed up and said he would have to replace the whole windshield because it would Crack if he tried filling it. I told him no I didn't think that should happen as it was just a chip. He got visibly upset and said well that isn't going to happen it will need to be replaced. I asked him to leave and said I will call Safelite. I just had my appointment with Safelite yesterday and they filled the chip with absolutely no issues.

The receptionist is extremely nice and understanding, got my appointment in 3 days from when I called! Received excellent service from the crew that replaced my windshield aswell. Absolutely love that they came to me for the repair so I didn't have to take time off work. I will be recommending Glass On Wheels to anyone I know for any car window repairs.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I ve been able to call AND receive services on the same day. Weather permitting.The phone conversations to set up appointments are easy to navigate, everyone I have dealt with has been extremely friendly and professional. I have been fortunate enough to have them come to me, instead of having to bring my vehicle to them. Which is a small miracle in and of itself. We have used Glass on Wheels for several years. Having a family of 6 drivers~ we have had 4 windshields completely replaced, and multiple chips repaired.We have never had an issue with professionalism or workmanship. Prices beat all competitors.And actually, I m ordering another chip repair today, which is what brought me to post this review.

They did 3 windshields and 2 repairs for us all in about 4 hours, maybe a little less. Very fast, right on time. There was an issue with one car and they took care of it within the week, very much appreciated that. Set an appointment and told them i needed the car done at a specific time and they got it done! Larry came got the car and drop the car... Good Customer Service!!! Nice and friendly.
