I am impressed! I stopped in because my tire was almost flat due to a nail and they immediately took care of it. I was out in less than a half hour. Not only that they didn t charge me. They also didn t move my seat so I didn t have to adjust it again before I left. I highly recommend!

I picked up a long screw at 5:30pm on a Tuesday 2 blocks from the shop. Drove in and the service techs were efficient, helpful, and explained everything they did. They stayed a bit late so I wouldn't be stranded, you can't beat the price of a patch (free) and their continued service promise. Next time I have a tire need (hopefully not an emergency), they'll be my first call.

They were very helpful finding the right tires for me for my budget. They were fast, efficient and friendly and I was out in 45 minutes or less. They explained everything they were doing.

While the place is always packed, staff are extremely courteous and don t rush people in and out. They don t talk down to people and always answer any/ all questions you may have. Pricing is competitive and additional services that get included in tire purchases are nice as well. Definitely recommend this location - though you might want to book appointments online, in advance, to make sure you can get your needed work done on the day you re hoping for.

Came in today to get tires for both of my trucks. Branden was understanding and patient with my lack of knowledge but also efficent, as were the guys putting tires on. Will most definitely coming back here!

Amazing customer service! I believe Tyler was the one who helped me. I liked that he pulled up comparisons of the tires I was considering and the ones that he recommended and took the time to go through that with me. I also like that they had seating with windows that I could watch as they worked on my car. It took less than an hour so I highly recommend coming here if you don t have a lot of time.

Love discount tire. I twice managed to get a screw in one of my tires. First time they plugged it for free. Second time there was some damage so they needed to replace. Great prices.

I had an excellent experience today at this store. I was in need of tires because the snow is coming soon. They were so busy and I thought I d be waiting a long time. They had me in and out within an hour with 4 brand new tires on a 2500 truck. I was really impressed.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff helped me with a valve stem that was seized on. FYI...don't use aftermarket metal valve stem caps!The crew had me in and out in no time. I will be returning here for any future tire / wheel needs.Thank you!

We drove to Wausau last week in an absolute downpour, so grateful that we had purchased 4 brand new tires the week before from the Rhinelander area. We arrived at our destination to find that one of those brand new tires was as flat as a pancake.Thankfully we were within walking distance of Discount Tire. We were greeted by Aric who was reassuring, kind and considerate. He said if they were able to repair the tire they would and get us safely back on the road. And indeed they did! Casey repaired the tire in no time.While in the waiting area I noticed each of their customers being treated with the very same kindness and consideration. Their communication skills and workmanship are impeccable.Thank you Wausau Discount Tire! We appreciate you!

Out of any place to go in wausau, discount tire had the most amount of tires in stock and the shortest lead time. I have gotten tires put on a ton of vehicles and trailers and none of those experiences came close to how amazing this one was. Tyler talked through all of the options and gave me an expert opinion for what to get. He was extremely informative and helpful. The service side was a little less than an hour and I had no appointment so that alone was impressive. I would recommend discount tire in wausau and tyler to anyone!

I had a GREAT experience with Discount Tire tonight. Was on my way to Wausau and ended up getting a flat tire on the way. I put in my roadside assistance request through my insurance providers app and they promptly called me. At first I was going to have it taken somewhere else, but thought about the fact that I needed new tires before this winter anyway. I remembered that a friend of mine had a good experience with Discount Tire, so I decided to give them a call while waiting for the tow truck, and they told me I could bring my vehicle there and leave it overnight until I could talk to them more tomorrow. The tow truck arrived (side note that the tow truck company/worker was also super awesome, showed up way quicker than expected, very friendly) and got me and my car to Discount Tire. When I arrived there, Branden who I had spoke with on the phone at Discount Tire came over and talked to me, and ended up offering for them to change the tires right then and there, mind you this was towards the end of the day already. So, I ended up with my new tires within hours after getting the flat, and still made it the movie I was on my way to Wausau for. Didn't have to worry about how I was getting home that night or to work the next day, etc. I was very impressed by the whole thing and couldn't be more thankful for them being so great about it all and getting it done so quickly. Highly recommend!

Top notch service!! Tyler and his asst. Manager have been great guys to work with. I have bought tires for 3 different vehicles and will be doing 2 more soon. Just had my daughter get a blow out 300 miles away, Tyler called up the store up where she's at and the customer service between locations and us was phenomenal and no shenanigans. I feel confident going forward that they have my families best interest in mind when we walk through the door.

I can't say enough good things about these guys!!I pulled out of my driveway and noticed my tire was low so stopped to get air. Saw that I had screw in my tire (car only has 3,300 miles on it) so drive to Discount Tire. It was going on 7pm and they were closed but a few guys were still there. They asked what I needed and I explained my situation.They didn't even hesitate... They told me to pull up to the building and they'd take care of me!!They repaired my tire at NO CHARGE and did it AFTER HOURS!! Talk about excellent customer service!!I will recommend them to everyone and never go anywhere else!!

Excellent service and customer service. Discount Tire was able to perform the installation a day earlier than scheduled. Upon arrival I was greeted at the door and they drove my car right in and started working on it immediately. Four new tires were installed in less than 20-minutes, I was briefed on the post sales services and on my merry way. Thanks Tyler and crew for a great experience, I'll definitely return with all my tire needs!

I used to really enjoy this place when the old manager Zach was running the show. Discount tires always advertise the "free tire rotation" if purchased through them. It was super convenient when Zach was running the show. In and out within 15 min. Now, simple remove and bolt on will take over an hour. Super disappointed with how the store is ran now. No sense of urgency.

Awesome experience. I did a Google search and consulted tire reviews when choosing both the set of tires I wanted and where to buy it. (I was seeking a good all-season tire for my 2006 Lexus RX 400h SUV.) Using the Discount Tire website, I was able to choose the tire (Goodyear Assurance), order it, & immediately schedule the appointment for several days later. Before paying online, I was able to certify my military discount (thank you). The price was very competitive ($850 including installation & sales tax). Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted & my driven into an open bay. The waiting room was spacious, clean, & comfortable. Since I had already paid online, checkout in the store was quick & easy. From start to finish, it only took about 30 minutes. I received no sales pressure for add-ons and was treated with great courtesy throughout.

Definitely my #1 go to place for tires. Excellent customer service. Price matching. Welcoming environment and plenty of restaurants nearby to eat at while waiting for your tires.

From the phone call to the store my experience was amazing! I called to ask about getting my tire pressure checked. The gentleman on the phone was so helpful and told me I could come right in! Justin was the one who checked all for my tires and did a great job! I would recommend this place to anyone.
