Super sweet manager. Car was bad enough they ran it a second time to get it clean. Manager gave some great suggestions to help maintain shine.I will continue recommending and returning on a regular bases.Thank you Brian, for all you did for me.

We get our vehicles detailed here once a year. The customer service is fantastic and they can always get you in fairly quickly. The only reason for 4 stars is the rising costs over the last 5 years.

Not only does CarBuff s do an amazing job cleaning vehicles and keeping them looking new. They also provide great service helping maintain your vehicle. I was out of town for work and my wife woke up to a dead truck. I made a call and they were able to squeeze her in as soon as she arrived. They tested her vehicle, and install new batteries in no time. The price was very reasonable and the service was excellent!

Exterior car wash has gone from $6 to $12. Tire shine is now one swipe and shows nothing on your wheels. Sams Club exterior car wash for $7 does a better job for the price. Don t waste your time unless you want the interior vac.

I would say its price is about the same as the highest level of automatic car washes, so it s a good deal. However, the additional service and guarantee provided is that after washing the car in winter, someone will help you wipe it clean to prevent it from freezing. I can't guarantee that every single spot of the car can be taken care of, but at least they have this important step, which is worth recommending.

Updating my review - I used to love CarBuffs, they were a one stop shop. Oil change, tire rotation, car wash...all the basic maintenance of your car needed - they don't do tire rotations anymore.The rest of their service is good, but nothing to write about, which is why I decreased my rating on them.

Pretty impressed with new ownership here at car buffs.I had asked about interior detail - since my dog threw up on my car seat! He said, he would take care of it!Impressed with overall service, friendliness and always clean inside the facility!Will continue to bring my service back here.Thanks for your kindness Brian and staff my car looks fantastic!

I was in Wausau for the week (when I got here it was snowing; today, when I'm leaving, it's 80�! haha) and I needed a car wash.I know it's an irrational fear, but being in car washes freak me out, so if possible I try to look for car washes that I can watch from afar. Where I live, I can't find one to save my life, so I was happy when someone recommended me this place.Not only do they do the exterior, but the interior as well! A great price too, for all the work they do (and for me, peace of mind not being in the car while going through it). When I come back to the Wausau area, I'm def coming back here

I had to downgrade my review. After coming here for years, I decided to try the interior detail. What a disappointment, I called to let them know I wasn t happy. They asked me to come back to try and fix it. There is still dog hair in my cargo area, sand and debris in cracks and crevices. And the backseat arm rest was not touched, both times. I took picture's from the first time and the second time. I tried to call the GM as they gave me his card, he s not in today. They are not for detailing, they are great at oil changes and car washes. I do like the other services, I just would not recommend them for detailing.I have been come here for several years for oil changes and washes. Yesterday something was wrong and they corrected it. I am so appreciative, they have a very clean and comfortable waiting area. The staff are superb absolutely wonderful service. Thank you so very much for your customer care. Thank you, Thank you.

I have a camper van and brought it here for my service at 10k miles. Service went great, clean facilities, overall good experience. They didn t have the oil filter I wanted, but it was OK. After this service I made some changes to my van and now have jack stands that can support it. Figured I would change oil myself at 15k so I could use the oil filter I wanted. For the life of me I could not remove the oil filter. The angle is nearly impossible to achieve any leverage and I didn t have a tool that fit. Took it to them for help and had my filter with me and explained I just can t get filter off but I already refilled the oil so I could drive it over to them. They helped with no hesitation, checked for leaks, and topped off oil for what was lost in filter with same oil I used at home. They even showed me the proper tool to get filter off. Above and beyond what was required. 5 stars.

The outside wash & inside wipe down was very good, but I left & then checked the backseat later they did not even vaccum the backseat!! I had to drive back there again to have them re vacuum.I paid $30.00 for that. I will not go back.

They do a great job but I got the interior detailing an for the price I could have done it as good. The test was the arm rest, it was just as dirty as it was when I took it in to be cleaned just looked wet. The windshield was all smudge, I had to reclean it with plain ol windex. Idk maybe I'm expecting to much for $300 to $400 cost??Only my 2nd time there, I'd take another gift card to there.

I spilled squash soup a few weeks ago, and the manager took the time to steam it out and didn't charge me extra. Great customer service. I will be back!

Carbuffs is my favorite place to get an oil change and a wash.The staff is always friendly, the prices are great, the service is very fast, and it's clean.They have an array of items for your vehicle, and even have cards for different occasions.Complimentary coffee and comfortable seating makes the short wait fly by.If you haven't tried them yet, do yourself a favor, and stop down for your next oil change and free wash.

Very disappointed. $35 into getting my car cleaned and it was like an 8yr old did it. Still dirt on floor, under mats, along seat edge under seats etc also, for the money the "dusting" job inside could have been way better. I realize not getting a detail but please... Got an interior detail asking to focus on the pet hair, paid 157$ went to look to look at our vehicle and there were untouched spots (i didnt take pictures of those) they pulled it back in spent another 15 min and still noticed some areas after being frustrated of pointing out areas that should have been seen from the "managers" at carbuffs, i left. They didnt really care all they cared about was our 1 star review.... If anyone reads this go check out yelp before going to carbuffs more like carbluffs

I have been there twice. The first time was not a great experience but I am always willing to give someone a second chance as everyone has a bad day. I will never go back. What a waste of money. I should've just done it myself. The rear view mirror was still dirty. The dashboard was still dirty. They did not vacuum between the seats and the console area. The outside was not clean. The woman who was ready to leave before me actually started to pull away, stopped and asked them to come back to finish the inside of her windshield. I went home and handwashed it myself and then took it back through the car wash.

Went there today and they told me they don't carry my type of oil needed for my jeep. What oil change place doesn't carry all types of oil ( 0 -40). So then I went to get there "best car wash". The job they did was cleaned half @@s especially for the price. I wouldn't recommend them.Service: Auto interior vacuumingService: Auto interior vacuuming

Got my 16 sierra exterior/interior detailed they did a great job making it look like the day i picked it up. Had a few spots that needs to be touched up but they were very nice about it and got it taken care of. I have been a customer for many years. Recently I was turned away FOUR times because they didn't have (and wouldn't try to get) the right oil filter for my car. I tried to talk with Carson, the manager. But, was given someone elseI'm not sure what has happened to this place. But, if this is not changed soon, it will be a tragedy. Terrible service and worse complaint resolution.It happened again today. No oil filter! Very disappointing!

In Response to the owners reply....no I had gotten the package that said inside and outside would be washed. The entire dash had barely been touched and it was very obvious due to the high level of yellow pollen that's been in the air , so you could very well see the one towel strip where they did wipe. I had to stop what looked like a supervisor and ask him for his towel because the door pockets hadn't been touched either. HE smiled and half wiped it and walked away.They did a terrible job. Never in my life have I ever had to go back a rewipe my entire dash and door pockets.

Not impressed. Years ago I brought my hummer through and they left a window open and it had to be towed due to water on the BCM unit. Years later I brought it back through . There is a few cool staff but the others seemed to slack off. It was not vacuumed well still had bugs all over it. It was just not great for the 40 I paid. I would suggest TOMMY EXPRESS TO BE 100 . SORRY CAR BUFFS. ITS NOT PERSONAL.

Be aware. If they damage your car. There are no cameras , no proof that when you drove it in without said damage and they will not make it right.Had an oil change on my Chevy truck. Didn t ask for a car wash. They busted my bug guard off brackets and sharp pieces hanging out from under the hood. Said I drove it in there like that. I m betting during the oil change they grabbed on to it and it busted. Ran it thru the carwash to cover it up. I just had my truck washed and I had told them so.I spent $125 on a gift card for my daughter . And $80 on an oil change.But I drove it in here like that.Services: Auto detailing, Oil change

The staff did an amazing job. The only reason why I m giving four stars is because I don t agree with the fact that I wasn t allowed to tip their staff. They are providing me with the service and I really do believe that they deserve to be tipped. I am writing this in hopes that this may influence or change your mind. I think there is nothing wrong with rewarding and letting your staff know they are appreciated.

Best car wash in town. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else. I also purchased one of their floor squeegees, which I was a little hesitant about with the price tag on it, but it works like a dream. Super happy with my purchase.
