Willow and the team did a really great job and the vehicle that I was interested in but my boyfriend and I weren't 100% sure on, she let us drive it a second time for a test drive. 10/10 for sure!

It was a 5 star but after having the car for 1 1/2 year the car has had numerous issues with it and every time I bring it in the issues are not fixed and they tell me that there isn't any issues with the rpms surging or the shuttering issues I have and the check engine light keeps coming on and they tell me I have to pay out of pocket cause it's not in their ridiculous warranty. It's been a nightmare and I can't wait to get out of this stupid contract. If not I guess I'll be taking them to court for selling lemon vehicles. Mind you they also get their vehicles from the weston car auction ... never doing this again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone in the wausau area

The first time I went and seen Jill there where road blocks but with the caring personality that Jill has she called me at least once a week to see how things where going, and with all her hard work I was able to leave today with amazing car that my family loves, I will be recommending to friend to come see Jill and the rest of the amazing ladies that help! I really appreciated Jill and Jen through this process. They were informative and made sure I understood what part of the process we were in. They would go back over information if I had a question about it at any point. They were honest with Mr and straight forward there was no beating around the bush with anything. My experience was very plain and simple I was treated with respect as potential customer the entire process. They were able to help me with the opportunity to keep growing in my life and maintaining my livelihood. Thank you both I appreciate you more than this comment could ever show.

I enjoy getting challenged with my resting angry face and my short temper. it was a nice experience.Update.Well, my friend bought a car and later that day it developed a clunking noise, the reverse camera only works when it wants to and sometimes it is upside down. The next day the check engine light came on for oil pressure or wrong oil. Called and made an appointment for a week later. Took car in. To fix clunking they said it needed a new strut. Since it was withing the 7 days if buying it there would be no charge. However, normally you don't replace one strut, you do it in pairs. Also, you normally do an alignment after doing any parts removal of steering or suspension components. The told my friend that car is one that didn't need a alignment. They attempted to tell me the same thing. I explained I've been rebuilding vehicles for over 14 years. Asked them to write up an agreement that if the tire wears abnormally where they did the strut that they would then buy a 2 new tires for the front, have them mounted and balanced, installed on the car as well as do the alignment that should have been done from the start. After that conversation they scheduled an alignment free if charge. This took place Friday when the repairs were done and the check engine light they claim was a missed recall update. It's 2 days later and the check engine light is back on. I look forward to having a longer discussion with them very soon. Can't wait to see how they try to explain it away this time around.
