Google maps led me here. I needed a specialty battery, an 18650 lithium. My search was quick and easy. I found what I was after and better yet, they were rechargeable and I got the charger too! The staff was friendly and provided me with useful information. Amazing store

I had a broken key fob. (Ford wanted an arm, leg and additional body parts for a replacement and programming, depending on which dealer you talked with.) I found this store via an online search for local replacement. The fob was in stock and the price was much more competitive. I took my fob in. Upon looking at it they thought they might be able to just repair it, and if I was willing to have them try, they were willing to do so. Wow. They could have just as easily sold me a new fob and programming, but instead provided me a solution that saved me money. Now, I realize at some point this repair may fail, but so what? The OEM part failed to begin with, so if I get a week or a month or five years out of this repair I'm still ahead. And when it finally comes time for that new fob, I know exactly who I'm going to.The moral of my lengthy story here is that this specific store just earned a customer for life. They provided a masters level course in how a customer should be treated.

I've been here three times now to get replacement batteries for three different car fobs. Once you're in the system, you have lifetime battery replacements for each fob. The service is good; the replacements are quick and reasonably priced. I paid around $25 for the battery replacement on our Nissan Murano fob.

I recently lost my backup car key/fob for my older model car, calling around for price options I tried batteries plus bulbs. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone told me that the replacement fob would be $75 plus $75 more to program it and 20 for the key. I told them I could order the key myself ($5 online) to see if I would save any money, to which I was told that there was a $15 key cutting fee, so whether I let them order it or not it would be $20 regardless.A day or so later I found my lost key and fob, but decided I had better get one more backup because of the experience. Thankfully I looked online at fobs because as it turns out for my year of vehicle you can program them yourself; I ordered a new fob online for $20 before shipping and programmed it myself,it works great and I saved $130 from what batteries plus bulbs was asking.I still needed the key, so I stopped there in person yesterday so that for the $20 I was quoted I could have them order my key but would have to come back once it arrived to have it cut. I paid 22 something with tax on the spot. I get a call an hour later saying that the cashier made a mistake and didn't tell me about the $10 key cutting fee, a fee that in my first phone call I was assured was only if I brought in my own blank. I never told them that I had talked to them a week earlier and gotten a quote, so apparently they misquoted me TWICE and then tried to act like I needed to pay more? It's only $10 but that this place can't get their fee schedule down is at best bad training and at worst legitimately predatory in nature.I found a locksmith who cut my key on the spot for $25, which is what he quoted me. No run around, no games. Shop around folks.

I came in for a broken phone screen and had it done in 30 minutes and the price was amazing, I went to another shop and cost double the amount so come to this shop if needed for a screen replacement

I made an appointment online to have a battery replaced in my Pixel 5 phone. I live in Laona which is about 90 miles from the store. (180 miles round trip).. When I got there..I was told the tech is not in today! I would have to come back tomorrow. I wasted $40 in gas, 4 hours driving, and half of my day off for nothing. I received a text reminder of my appointment.. but no text, email, or call telling me my appointment was cancelled. Wasn't happy at all.

I had purchased a two pack of bulbs last fall. I used one, and kept the other for future use. When I recently went to use the other replacement bulb, it didn't work.I went into the store to get additional bulbs. I asked if they could do anything about the bulb that didn't work. They said, how do we know you haven't been using it and are now bring it in for a replacement? They also said I was past their return policy. I didn't think I needed to check each bulb in the package to make sure they worked before the return policy was over.The price of the bulbs also didn't match the price in the register. They said they couldn't do anything about the non-working bulb, but would honor the price listed on the shelf. I would hope so.Given their unwillingness to stand behind their products, I didn't purchase additional bulbs there. I won't buy from them again, but if you do, I would suggest you test the bulbs before the return policy is over and check the pricing that rings up vs. the shelf. I ended up getting a superior product from Home Depot for less money, and they didn't treat me like I was trying to pull one over on them.

I thought the charger port in my phone was broken. I called Batteries plus Bulbs and they ordered me one. When I took it in to get it fixed the man tested to see if it was in the phone. He found out it wasn't in the phone. He suggested I try my charger that I have at home. He was right and because he did such a good job of testing it first he saved me some money. Thank you Batteries plus Bulbs.

Ensure you have the price worked out before taking any time out of your day. I was told a price on the phone and upon arriving the price went way up. I told the guy I was told a different price by another gentlemen, and he was very rude. The guy on the phone was nice, he told me it was $70 for a new battery and if the back glass was broken beyond use they would replace the glass for the cost of the glass. When I got to the store I than talk to a different guy who I'm guessing runs the store, he tries telling me a replacement back glass for a s7 was $80, waited to see if I would take the bait, and than said but we'll do it for $40. I checked their website when I got home and it's $50 for a back glass replacement. When I told him that the other guy said it would be replaced at cost, he smirked and said that he was the one I talked to on the phone, in which I replied, not you but the guy I talked to on the phone yesterday. He could care less, so I walked away and told him they should get their act together. He snapped at me that they cant work for free. I said well of course not, but you need to have the prices right and tell the customer accurate info before they make a long drive and take off work to get to you. I also said it makes sense a glass replacement would be at cost seeing as how they are already charging for labor to remove and reinstall the glass, but He didn't care at all, no honoring their word. I'm glad he showed their companies colors, I'm sure they won't honor their warranties either. I even asked who the guy I talked to on the phone was and he gave no reply. They clearly have too much business and don't worry about losing customers.

Refused to honor a car battery warranty despite saying it was still valid and that the battery was reading low on their tests. Refused to accept the battery wasn't working at all and said it wasn't their problem since I had to buy another battery from Walmart to drive to the store.

It is is next to an H&R Block office. I had a hard time finding it because it's in a sprawling Mall. Having said that, the associate was friendly and professional. Be fixed my phone while I waited and charged a fair price

I recently went into Batteries Plus in Rib mountain not really knowing what I needed. The sales rep Ryan was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed. He was very polite and took his time with helping me. I wont go anywhere else. Very pleased with his customer service. 5 star rating for me!

Purchased online and picked up the following day at the store. Was in the store for less than 3 minutes. I wish they could have put the core refund back on the credit card I used for the purchase, but they couldn't.Update 1/23/2019:Purchased a new battery for our Buick Enclave. Purchased online. They called when the battery was ready. Arrived at the store and they had it installed in about 20 minutes; just enough time for me to find some other items to purchase. This time, they were able to refund the core charge right back to my credit card. Very happy. Updating my rating to 5-stars.

I was very pleased with the ease and quick follow through of the online ordering process and your local staff. Within an hour of placing my order I received a call from your local staff to set up an installation time. Your guys did a great job installing my new car battery very quickly. Terrible service on replacing a phone screen. What should have been warranty work cost us $250! They blamed us but it was their neglect that was the problem.

I called last weekend to get price quotes for golf cart batteries. The CSR's were Dakota and Branson, two young men who did a great job helping me find, compare, and purchase new batteries. They helped unloaded the old, and load the new batteries in the truck. Six very heavy batteries. Thank you boys, Very pleased with your service that day.

I had to have my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge's screen fixed, and am extremely satisfied with the service I received at Batteries + Bulbs. JJ took care of us and did a fantastic job not only fixing the phone screen quickly, but with great customer service! He was very friendly, gave us useful information about the phone after repair care, and took the time to chat with me about phones to look into as I have an upgrade coming up in the near future. I will definitely be recommending this store to others - 10/10 great job!

I was able to get in last minute. The staff is friendly and semi knowledgeable. If you are in a pickle and need your screen fixed on your phone if they have the part they will do it. A little pricey for the knowledge they have but still a good place.

Ordered 6 Duracell golf cart batteries on Sunday. Received email they were ready for pickup . Picked them up on Monday. Employee unloaded old batteries and loaded new batteries in my vehicle. I was very impressed with the service. Very courteous and helpful.

I was actually helped by a guy named Ryan at the Rib Mountain, Wausau store. So I thought that was funny. He was average build, brown hair, a orange beard/goatee. He greeted me as I walked in the door, very friendly, helped me find multiple items I needed and even checked the current battery in my car. Awesome service, friendly staff, will definitely stop back there again if I have a problem!

I was in there for under half an hour and got everything I needed solved! JJ was able to find the battery I needed for my phone, even going out of the way to try batteries to make sure they fit and looking up my phone type when I got the name wrong. I had a new battery popped in and working right away! He recycled my old one as well. Great service and well stocked and prepared!

So .... I had a problem a few weeks ago at this store re a warranty issue with a battery that I purchased outta state .... I wasn't happy with the outcome so I posted a bad review without giving them a chance to rectify it ... For that, I apologize ....After a few phone calls between the store where I originally bought it and the RIB MOUNTAIN store, STEVE WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING ...I am now completely satisfied with the end result and have been won over by STEVE'S customer service. I have several bikes and trucks that I'm sure will be needing replacement batteries in the near future. I will gladly support this location for all of my battery needs ...THANKS STEVE ... !!!!

This is a great place to go for batteries for your car anything found out the battery I bought last year had not the cranking power but it said it did and the battery but he showed me on the meter they're correct amperage and everything that's why the car wasn't starting what is a good man I really appreciate the people behind the counter

Do not go to them for anything! They lie about pricing on their website Buy online get curbside pickup check receipt when you get home price changed on receipt. Shady business practice. DO NOT GO TO BATTERIES PLUS!!!!!!

I am a regular customer of this store. I recently bought some button cell batteries and thought I had received the wrong batteries. When I went back to return the batteries the attendent was very rude. I told him that I did not want the batteries anymore and he told me that the store manager would not have honored their 14 day return policy, even though I had not opened the batteries packages up. He called me sketchy and had so much energy he talked over me and would not listen to what I had to say or answer my questions. I was very disappointed with the level of customer service I received.Edit: Owner contacted me and resolved the issue.

The two young men who helped me get my battery out went above and beyond. The screw on the bottom of the battery room release what is stripped. We tried cutting around it with an exacto knife, a chisel, a wide screwdriver and then broke out the cordless drill. I was finally able to Chisel away enough of the bottom piece for them to get it out. It wasn't their fault it just happened good job guys!

Kris was very helpful in getting me a replacement battery for my lawn tractor. He informed me of a rebate on a better battery which actually made my cost less than the battery I thought I needed. Very helpful!
