From the moment we arrived at the dealership the professionalism & service was over the top. Our salesman Collin S. was great! He went above & beyond what we expected. He even stayed late on a Saturday to walk us through our new vehicle. The other members of the Kocourek team we also pleasant & great to work with! Thank you all!

I had a wonderful experience with the team at Audi Wausau! I have now switched from the BMW club to the Audi club!My sales rep contacted me to let me know a green SQ5 had arrived on the lot that he thought was perfect for my wish list. He let me drive the car on a couple test drive routes to make sure it was exactly what I wanted, and helped me compare my old car to the new one to ensure I d be happy with the performance.I live about an hour and a half north of the dealership, and came down once to see the car, and again to do paperwork and drive it home. Between both visits, I spoke to most of the sales staff, sales manager, parts manager, and finance manger. All of them were incredibly friendly and helpful!Unfortunately, a had a minor run in with a deer a couple weeks after buying my car, and the team was incredibly helpful with connecting me with a body shop to assist with my repairs.I had the paint protection/glasscoat applied when I bought the car, and it seemed to make a big difference in protecting my paint (the body shop also commented that it appeared to help!)I look forward to servicing my car there, and getting some fun upgrades from parts/service in the future!I m truly a car person and have had unpleasant experiences at other luxury dealerships in the past, and I HIGHLY recommend Audi Wausau for a great experience with staff that know their cars and are excited to find you exactly what you re looking for.

Shawn at Audi in the service dept is top notch!!! He s so kind on the phone! I was able to get in quickly too. I like when I wait that there is cold water and comfortable seating. They kept me updated during my appointment. The mechanic, I m so sorry I forgot his name, was very knowledgeable, yet spoke to me in terms that I could understand.

Took my car in for an oil change and Shawn was super helpful and very knowledgeable. He explained everything that was going to be needed done to the vehicle before doing it. I was very satisfied and will be returning.

Replaced blower fan assembly. We were able to get our vehicle in quickly, parts came in overnight, installation was prompt. Service personnel were knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

I had a great experience at Audi Wausau. Nick was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested. Greg was very professional when dealing with the paperwork. Customer service was top notch. I m glad I stopped in for a test drive. Drove away with a new vehicle!

I have missed the fact there no longer cd players and my ipod is older so my car doesn't support it..I've been to 2 other Audi dealerships and none of them told me to put it on a SD card. I did it and am SO thankful to Sean who told me about it! Koucerek is my new dealership of choice..he kept me informed, made an accurate assessment of when it would be done (my car was towed in for service) helped get me a rental for the duration it took to fix mi e car..just fantastic great service! Thank you Sean

We decided to look at a beautiful used vehicle while waiting for oil change. We told the sales person that we wanted to test drive the car and wanted ours evaluated while in service. That never happened and the sales person treated us like we were teenagers. He was extremely unprofessional, ill-prepared, and did not present the vehicle well. We drove away, kind of giggling, thinking darn it, we were pretty excited to drive home in that other car! Never will buy a car there. The sales manager was uninterested in our experience.On the other hand, our service experience was fantastic.

I was extremely satisfied with our car buying experience at Kocourek Imports of Wausau. Everyone was extremely patient with us during the entire process. Nick was extremely knowledgeable about our vehicle. I would recommend buying your next car from here as opposed to a bigger dealership.

Great service! Had scheduled maintenance on q5 with additional work done to headlights. They found a nail in a tire and belts and spark plugs that were in need of replacement.

Bought new Audi, not a great experience, but I love the car. Took it for its first "complementary" oil change (according to the person that called me to schedule the service), but it wasn't complimentary. Low pressure light for tires was still on when I started the car, though they told me they reset it, so I popped the hood & window washer fluid was not topped off & it didn't look like anyone had been in there.

The service was great. The process was fast the people were awesome. I will buy another car from them 100%. They have so much selection that it's easy to have your sales man show you exactly what you are looking for. Nick was our salesmen and he was smooth and went though the process fast and easy.

Terrible purchasing experience from start to finish would give 0 stars if option. It was like pulling teeth to get anyone here to help after the deal was closed (when deposit was given and vehicle placed on order). There is a reason this dealerships lead time for ordering vehicle is faster than any dealership in the neighboring 4 states. Over priced, had to explain the sales process to salesman, 0 communication while vehicle came in, and deposit was forgotten when vehicle came in and we went to pay. I reached out to ensure delivery would go smooth prior to picking up vehicle as we drove 5 hours to pick up a 6 figure vehicle. Was told vehicle would be done Saturday, apparently salesman/manager forgot to submit paperwork to their shop so the day before picking up I called them and was told vehicle wouldn t be ready until following Thursday! Got there already upset and had to redo all paperwork, name on deal, financing, etc. All because of an issue we had supposedly resolved prior to arriving and was told would be all good from business manager John. Sat in dealership for hours waiting on this process. We gave all info to dealer before to this so we were supposed to show up sign and leave. Finally got back and 6 weeks later our dealer plate is expired no title or copy was given for us to get plates ourselves. They won t send new dealer plate, won t call anyone or even give me number to call and get plates. Apparently we should leave a new 6 figure vehicle parked in the garage??? Terrible experience from start to finish will never be back or recommend to anyone.

I was able to schedule my oil change via text which was really convenient. Despite requesting just an oil change, they had me set up for additional services (brake flush, tire rotation) that I hadn t asked for. If I hadn t caught that before signing the paper giving them the ok to do the service, it would have been an additional $100.

I worked with Nick Wokatsch. He was a smart, kind young man who was very knowledgeable. Nick was willing to go above and beyond to help me find the car that is right for me. He also did a wonderful job of explaining all the features on my car. He was patient and allowed time for me to ask questions. I highly recommend Nick when buying a car!

These guys are worth the trip, I live 2 + hours away and have purchased 3 cars from here because of the personable service and even better deals. The service dept also shines.
