Homan Chrysler in Waupun is a great dealership filled with friendly staff that goes above and beyond for you! I worked with Andrew on some things and he was fantastic! He gave me his opinion on my situation and I couldn't respect that more. He never once made me feel pressured and he gave me multiple options, all while respecting what I had wanted. Can't always find someone that's giving you straight up honesty in the dealership world. But, at Homan, you can.Props to the Service Department also. They always go above and beyond for their customers!! I had my rims and new tires put on there and they took excellent care of my brand new rims!!! Tim and Katie made sure that everything turned out the way I wanted it to look. Tim is great, but I am pretty partial to Katie myself. ;) You won't be disappointed when you work with Homan!

Great place I take my 2004 jeep and my 2017 ram for all the oil changes service very good and when I make appointment within a week I get in nice job .

Waupun, are you ready for a jailbreak? It is here at Homan's. They had 3 Hellcats to choose from. Get it fast, They will go quick.I had a great experience here. Very friendly customer service. They give off that small-town honest feeling. You can close a deal with a hand shake. Drove here from Milwaukee to buy a car. I am glad I did. Stop in, ask for Tom, and go for a ride.

Just purchased a Ram limited truck from them. They were very helpful in helping me order the truck. Once the truck was delivered they worked with me in getting it delivered.Friendly and helpful are words that would describe the dealership I would buy from them again.

I spent a week calling and going to dealers that had vehicles I was interested in. I contacted Homan via email. They had a fair market price advertised on the Dodge Challenger I liked and offered me fair market value on my trade in. Considering I lived 3 1/2 hours away I still tried finding a vehicle at a dealer closer to me. Although prices were similar, the trade in value offered at other dealers was well below market value of my vehicle. Plus other dealers in Illinois were adding a dealer fee of almost 3k that they claim is a market adjustment when in fact they are stealing 3k from you. I contacted Homan again and Ryan their salesman confirmed there is no secret fee added to their online prices. With that being said I made the trip to Wisconsin from Indiana and I must say I couldn't be happier with that decision. It was a great buying experience especially in a crazy car market right now. Fair value offered for trade and no secret 3k fees (market adjustments) added to their online prices. Going through financing there was no pressure to buy unnecessary packages for the car. I was looking for an extended warranty and got one for a fair price I strongly suggest anyone looking to buy gives homan they're business.

Had a great experience at Homan! We're from out of state, but happened to find a great car online at their lot in Waupun. The dealer is near family - so we took a chance at trying to close a deal during the holidays and were so impressed with the friendly and fast service at Homan. We were offered fair value for our trade-in and the new car is running great! I'm not a huge fan of car shopping, but they made it easy and I would definitely look there again!

We just purchased our second vehicle in 6 months and the people at Homan are the best!!! They were great when my wife needed a new truck and we were so pleased that i decided to get one too. Very down to earth and honest. Our salesman Ryan has done right by us. Thanks again and i am sure my sone will be visiting for an upgrade in the near future.

We had an issue with my wife's jeep, we had it towed to Homan thinking it would take a few days. They called us next day and had it fixed, mouse chewed wires. Big thank you to Homan service for getting her back on the road . Great staff, fair prices, and very knowledgeable.

Tried to work with Ryan on purchasing a new Dodge�Durango. The specific one I was looking for was hard to find. I happen to find two of them one day both exactly the same except for one had a striping package on it and the price was cheaper. The dealer with the cheaper price was also an hour further away than this dealer. Ryan actually quit responding to me after I pointed out that the one further away was cheaper. He was actually not friendly and said well were getting MSRP for ours. He absolutely did not want to work with me or gain my business.� Bought my Durango from a very nice dealer in Portage WI and they were cheaper and friendly.

I bought a 2018 ram truck from Homan Auto, I had a problem with the def pump on it. Vehicles are bought as is, so I called them to see if they would help me with the repair. It was about a week after I bought the truck from them when it went bad. They didn't have to stand behind it at all. But they said they would cover the whole bill for me. It's great that there are dealerships that still stand behind what they sell! I will definitely look then up next time I'm looking for a new truck!

Had a great experience at Homan today. Found a beautiful used Jeep Wrangler and Dan Holz helped my husband and I out. Dan was very pleasant to deal with. We didn't buy the Wrangler today because it was missing some features I wanted. I would definitely work with Dan in the future! Highly recommend!!

Just stopped in to ask a few questions for if I move here and what otions I had for my baby, my Jeep Wrangler. I was met at the door and told where service was. This was not high pressure meeting me at the door. You could tell he genuinely wanted to be helpful.The service manager was professional and very knowledgeable. I did call back since I forget to ask something and another gentleman in service was professional, knowledgeable. He helped me set up a plan to do a few things while I am here.I cannot attest to work done yet, but I feel good about trusting them with my baby.

I had such a great experience finding and purchasing my vehicle from Homan! Joe V. made it easy and fun. He got me in the car I wanted right away and took the time to help me figure out some of it's features! I've never experienced such great customer service! Definitely the place to go!

I have been a customer of Homan Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram for 30 years and I can tell you that this dealership from the owners, to the finance manager, to the salespeople, to the service department, are truly the epitomy of customer service, integrity, and honesty.Although my wife and I have moved out of state we will be returning to Homan's to buy our next vehicle.

Turns out they put aftermarket wagner brakes and rotars in my car yet I had the receipts with the part numbers that claimed they used OEM brakes that would have carried a one year warranty at any Chrysler dealership free of charge. The brakes failed 8 months later after I moved away from waupun and they said I'd have to drive to them for them to "make it right" which would cost me more than the $500 front brake job. That's not making it right.

Homan Auto recently put 4 new tires on my later model car. I've not done business with them in the past, why? I always figured being a dealership, they were expensive..But after calling around, they quoted me the best price in town & were able to do the work that same week!! The work was well done and the price was right.The messed up thing is, I blew the motor two weeks later. So the junk yard got those tires.

Homan has adapted well to folks used to buying products online. I found one of the last remaining Dart models in the area, they work with me over the phone, and gave me the best price that I could find. The atmosphere at the dealership was incredibly relaxed. Couldn't recommend the entire team highly enough.

Just had to comment on my recent purchase of a used 2012 Dodge Journey from Homan Dodge. What a refreshing difference from dealing with the mega dealers who I always feel like they have their hands in my pocket trying to grab my wallet. My salesguy Brant was a pleasure to work with. He was more focused on trying to find the right car for my needs than what was the best deal for him. He even answered his cell after hours while he was grilling dinner for his family to answer my questions. After we agreed on the sale, I expected to do battle with the dreaded Finance Mgr who, in my experience, tries to talk you into their high margin add-ons like extended warranties, paint sealants, etc., but not at Homan. We signed the necessary papers, traded him a check for the keys and went back to Brant who showed us how to use the features on our "new" car. All in all, it was a pleasurable experience that will put them first on my list when it comes to buying another car.Well done Homan and thanks!

My experience with Homan was great, they didn't treat me the way their competition did. I was treated with respect and very professional, they worked with me to get the best deal possible, my sales man was Joe Venhuizen, in fact everyone there was friendly, after purchase Joe spent some time with me to go over all the features of the Jeep! Thank you Homan for an excellent experience!

The salespeople we worked with were great. They gave me information on the phone so that we knew that it was worthwhile to drive there - a bit of a distance for us. Dan found just the car that we wanted and treated us very fairly. We recommend this dealership for great treatment.

Worst experience ever at a dealer in my car shopping experience. I really like the car I test drove and was really motivated on buying however the way I was treated by the sales consultant ( Wayde Beck) from the start was horrible. He is so unprofessional and rude. I m not sure if he was having a bad day or if that is how he normally is. Not even the most basic customer service skills like greeting someone with a handshake and intro was given as he first approached my friend and I. It just makes a customer feel the whole company is like that. Anyway if you decide to go there and purchase a vehicle go with another sales consultant that is not Wayde.

Joe did a great job for us! Wonderful, down to earth and fast customer experience! Wtih 3 kids the spacious inside of a Dodge Grand Caravan is a must. We got the van we wanted at a very reasonable price. We will be back for service and to buy our next vehicle!

Busy workdays prevented me from scheduling the first service appointment for our new Honda with our regular service shop in Madison. Suddenly the oil change was way overdue - the car had 10,000 miles on it and I should have taken it in at 8,000 miles.I happened to work in Waupun and stopped by Homan Chevy to check if they could do a quick oil change - unfortunately they were very busy at that location, but the service adviser called the Homan Chrysler shop in town to check for availability there.The Chrysler Shop had indeed an opening, so I drove over there. I waited around a little, but the car went on the lift before the scheduled time and the service was done before the expected time. During my short wait, the service adviser informed me the that the Honda uses a different kind of oil than this shop usually uses. They were still able to service the vehicle, it would just be a little more expensive.I was glad Homan was able to help me out and squeeze me in, considered I am not a regular customer.

My wife and I have purchased 16 ( I'm sureI might have forgotten a couple)vehicles from Homan since 1990, 31 years. Never been disappointed. Can't say enough good things about this place. Then again 31 years says it all.

I test drove two used trucks at their value center. First off I thought the price on the first truck was fair but the air conditioning in the truck didn't work at all. The sales Rep said that it should work and it was checked on sheet that it passed their inspection they it also made a grinding noise like a bearing was bad still the Rep that it shouldn't be making that noise. The second truck I drove was high in price compared to other one and still had its own issues. When driving the front end was off by a lot for a truck that has been inspected by their service department and the truck would sink going into a turn and the tires would rub on the wheel wells. They wouldn't even come down in price on either one of their trucks which both had issues that should have been fixed before being put on lot as this is supposed to be a reputable dealership I am very disappointed in the quality of their service and vehicles. I am almost better off going off of Craigslist for a truck from owner if a dealership is having these issues.

It took a long time for me to decide on the prefect vehicle that met everything I needed and wanted! Joe was great and dealt with all my questions and uncertainties well! I ended up settling on a 2015 Dodge Journey Crossroad. I love it! Thanks to all the people at Homan Auto esp Joe who answered a million questions and helped me explore options so I knew I was sold on the Journey. Couldnt have asked for better saleman!
