I give Homan Auto Sales a 5 star. Salemen Tom was friendly,knowledgeable & knew what he was doing before we left with our truck Tom went through all the options on the truck. Since this was a newer truck we were buying. .all the other associates were friendly, financing went smooth.shop local, check them out.5 stars

Great Vibe , I brought My van in to be serviced, I had the oil change and tire rotation .The people that work here are so friendly personal. They really care about going above and beyond for others. Just a lovely place. Beautiful relaxing place .I would definitely recommend.

Christmas season came with a very unwanted 'run-in' with a deer, and we were unexpectedly in dire need of a vehicle and in a hurry. Mark, Tom, Andrew, Wayde, Scooter, and the whole team at Homan's CDJR in Waupun made it happen - quickly and painlessly. We were so happy they had the vehicle we wanted and with the deal we made. We know and trust them, from sales to service.We are always glad when we can invest locally, and support a business that does so much for our community.

Homan in Waupun and Homan in Ripon treat you with such appreciation it's unbelievable.... especially when you're only purchasing a used vehicle. In this day & age when in most places they just want to ship you in and take your money and forget you exist....that is not Homans way of treating their customers. God bless all of Homan's staff in Waupun and in Ripon and thank you for making us feel special.

Immediately felt welcome. I submitted an online inquiry and within minutes received a call from Ben following up, we spoke and scheduled a time to test drive later the next day. Threw a curve ball as my availability changed ans forgot to tell them i was coming early by almost 5 hours of my appointment... called Ben with a 20 min warning once i remembered and got there truck was out front ready to look at and test drive. Amazing service. Then the bank made it super complicated and threw more curve balls into the deal but it got closed and worked out. Great sales team and management. Part of the reason I whent outside the city was for great service and you have it!

Homan's is a wonderful and amazing dealer! We've had such great experiences with them and they have always come through for us! Highly recommend them. DH has been buying cars from them since 1992 and we'll keep on buying despite moving out of state.

The more service work I get done at either Homan's(Dodge or Chevrolet) the less impressed I get. I was charged for a tow and what was supposed to be warranty work on an 06 Ram I purchased there(extra parts and labor were added without my permission), they tried charging me for parts and labor when the tech at the Chevy location busted my radiator cap on my 12' Silverado bought new. (they tried to make it right after the fact and a 2 week run around). Which after those experiences I took my business elsewhere for my needs.Back in October, my wife mentioned a grinding noise coming from the rear tires of her 2018 Trailhawk we bought through Homan's new. After inspecting them and taking it for a quick drive I determined it was her brakes(metal on metal). Paging through the multi-point inspection the vehicle receives during oil changes and rotates the past 4 services the brakes were checked off as good and with no wear.......Two weeks ago her trailhawk went in for an oil change and tire rotation at the dealership. Again a multi-point inspection was done as part of this service. Afterwards she was complaining to me that her windshield has been very smeary. I checked out her wipers and they're falling apart! I checked out the wiper fluid reservoir also, and bone dry! According to the multi-point inspection, the wipers and tank were good and full........My wife takes her vehicle to the dealership and pays dealership prices to get it properly serviced and we trust that everything is done correctly. Why should we pay dealership prices or trust the dealership when I have to go out and buy and install new wipers on my time when the dealership claims they're good? I'm guessing the tech just checked everything "good " down the line.......this time and before......makes me wonder how good the belts, battery, and tires really are. Driving in winter time and on slushy roads having false intentions on good wipers and full wiper fluid doesn't seem smart and safe to me. It seems like a good way to get into an accident and get hurt or possibly kill someone from a dirty windshield reducing visibility, all because someone didn't do their job.It's my wife's vehicle so she can do what she wants but I hope she makes the same smart choice as me and takes her business elsewhere, especially for her safety.... --- -- ---------------------------------------------------------------Update: Tim the service manager called me very apologetic about the situation. He's going to talk to the techs and trying make everything right. I give him credit for that, we'll see if things get better and can give a better review......

Ryan was very helpful, honest, and fair with my trade in, and they had exactly the Durango I've been looking for and at a great price. Andrew had all the paperwork ready for me when I came back and the Durango was cleaned and parked inside waiting for me. I highly recommend Homan Auto Sales in Waupun, just ask for Ryan!

The service team at Homan are always very professional - taking the time to confirm the services being requested - and then following up afterwards to ensure everything was completed and there are no outstanding questions or concerns. I feel well taken care of!

My extended family and I have been using Homan for our car needs for years! There is good reason for this-- we do not just return to a business again and again blindly, especially since its a small trek for us to get there from our respective homes. The journey is worth it, however. The team is great and Mark Homan is an authentic person who enjoys his job-- and he hires the same types of people to assist customers. I recently had to go through the aftermath of a stolen car (carjacking actually) and Mark and his team were exceedingly helpful and instrumental in the process of evaluating the car once recovered, then getting me into a new lease car after the car was deemed a total loss! And, it worked out well! Even in a pandemic and even with known car supply chain issues! I highly recommend you use the various Homan dealerships for your car needs also.

Dan Holz is a great sales manager. He kept in touch through the order time and the truck came in exactly as ordered. Homan Auto has been a great dealership for over 20 years to me and my Family!

The people that work there are very nice and helpful. They treat you really good and call you if they find a different issues with vehicle before they fix it. I been purchase my vehicle's hurts since my band 16 years old. They treat you like a family member.

Purchased a very nice used truck from Homan Auto. Jeff and Jon in the service dept. worked very hard to get a couple of bugs worked out until we were satisfied - and we are very satisfied! Service with integrity.

Bought a car from them november 2021 online never had any in-person contact with them, despite this from the pictures to the paperwork and the dropping off of the vehicle in my driveway it was as easy as if I was standing infront of them. Highly recommend Brant McDowell and the Homan crew for purchasing your next vehicle.

I flew from Kansas City to Milwaukee to purchase a car site unseen from the Homan Value Center in Waupun. My Homan driver Steve was on time when he picked me up at the airport and was also very friendly. He's one of those guys you feel like you have known all of your life. Craig my salesman was very knowledgeable about the car I was buying. He knew that I was out of my comfort zone buying a car that I had never seen before. He kept it real and the car looked and drove exactly the way he described it. Craig went out of his way to have his mechanic look over the car a second time because I would be driving it 8.5 hours back to Kansas City. Wile I was at the dealership Al the mechanic put the car on the rack to assure me that I was buying a good car. Even the guy who detailed the car ( I wish I could remember his name) introduced himself, shook my hand and wished me well on my drive home. All in all, I had a really great experience with all three of these guys, love the car I bought and would highly recommend Homan Auto Sales.

This is my third vehicle from here and each time I've been helped has been outstanding! Great service great hekp on picking out the right vehicle. The best part is the salesman I've had are super easy to work with and don't try to beat around the bush will be back whenever the next time comes for a new ride!

Had recently noticed a driveline growl when accelerating from a corner. I met with Tim Schraufnagel and was given a timely appointment. The diagnosis took very little time and Homan s tech Kevin Smith was able to reprogram as I waited. A 5 star meetup. Very professional treatment!

Well just told by one owners they have no time for warranty work there 3 to 4 weeks booked take it to another dealer. Above there techs ability & did not want to ask Chrysler engineers for assistance. Bottom dollar not honest!

This was our first time purchasing a vehicle at Homan Auto. In all sincerity, this was the most painless car buying experience we have ever had. We are retired and have purchased vehicles throughout southeastern WI including Milwaukee, Madison, FonduLac, Beaver Dam and Appleton. Dan Holz was absolutely a pleasure to work with and we feel he gave us a very fair deal on our trade in...Wayde and Brian were also extremely welcoming and made this purchase hassle free. Thank you! By the way, absolutely love our Pacifica Touring Plus. So much room and great amenities!

Hello this is brandon and holly. We bought a 2012 malibu this year and let me tell you what my experience was wonderful. The sales team was spectacular.. In ripon where the car was purchased. But needed little work done and it was done here in waupan and theses guys are amazing and a big thanks to jeff homan who really helps and does keep it 100 percent honest truthful and respectable so if you need a car new or a couple years older you can trust these guys
