Levi and Anthony were the best we had been to several other dealers and they said after getting our hopes up was sorry we couldn t do anything for you now. We decided to try one more time and these guys at Petersen s listened to our wants and needs and found us the best Truck 2020 Ram Big Horn and got the financing for us all in one day. They were very helpful and cared about us thanks Levi and Anthony you guys are the best

Purchasing a truck from Petersen was a great experience - being able to coordinate everything from 2 hours away via phone and email, to just arrive and sign was a great experience. We spent more time moving car seats from truck to truck than what we spent inside the dealership on paperwork.Anthony took great care of us, and I am thankful for his flexibility between our multiple calls and emails leading up to the sale. I wouldn t hesitate to purchase another vehicle here based on our first experience with Petersen CDJR!

Outstanding service! I am from out of town and traveled to see a vehicle they had that was exactly what I wanted. I worked with Levi and recommend him if you are searching for a vehicle. DO NOT COME HERE!!! WARNING!!!These scam artists charge you 5x the price for PARTS & LABOR & THEY LIE ABOUT WHAT THEY "FIXED" on YOUR VEHICLE! DO NOT COME HERE FOR EVEN AN OIL CHANGE! They also are VERY RUDE & are under-trained in mechanics. They broke parts on my TRUCK & lied about it. I had to take them to court & SUE THEM to get my money back! DO NOT COME HERE EVER!!!

Very nice people to work with, not just Levi. It was very nice to call ahead and have the vehicle waiting for me. It was a way to go so knowing it would be saved for me to see was great. They will most likely get our business again in the future.

Levi Ketchum was my awesome agent. He listened to my needs and got me in the right vehicle. The test drive confirmed my selection and I love my Jeep. I needed lots of help with the computer stuff and Levi s encouragement and support made it comfortable to dive into new things. My experience with the service dept has been great too. Recommend highly!!!

Levi is an exceptional sales rep. Very thorough, very knowledge, a pleasure to work with. I recommend Levi. The service reps are also polite and attentive. Petersen's tried and true, traditional customer service values make their dealership the best in the Central Wisconsin area. I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

I don't recommend going here because they will try to rip you off. My wife brought her jeep there for an oil change and was sent away being told they couldn't do it because it would just leak out of the oil cooler right away, 7000 miles after another oil change from them and they said it only had 2 quarts left in the system, no drips on my garage floor where she idles it every morning for 15-20 minutes. Oil cooler replacement would have profited them more money than the $90 oil change and tire rotation I guess. Know multiple people with false diagnosis, them trying to sell people with 2wd vehicles a 4wd service etc absolutely terrible, got swore at by the service manager as well. Also after making the review on Facebook the owner private messaged me and implied something would happen to me if I didn't remove my review. Not sure why my past employment has a single thing to do with them trying to rip off my wife by telling her she was completely out of oil and they needed to fix the oil coolet before it could have the oil changed. They've done almost every oil change(6-7) since we got the jeep almost 4 years ago, but now all of a sudden it's pouring oil out of it. Do not go here

Needed a quick fix as we were traveling from out of town. They were extremely accommodating to our last minute request. Was very up front with service needed and tried to get us on our way the best they could. Our service technician was a pleasure to work with over the phone and at the dealership.Extremely satisfied with our experience at this location. Would bring our vehicle here if we lived more local.

It would be nice to be able to drive thru the lot and find prices right on the vehicle. I don't wanna call you or scan codes or go to your website. I just want to see the info in the window. And from there I can make my own decision from there.

Had a great experience going through the process of buying my vehicle at petersens. They were super helpful and went the extra mile to help me and to make sure everything went as smooth as possible! From start to finish they were all great people, especially Levi Ketchum who I got to give a big thank you to for helping me through this experience and being super helpful with it all! Even when the vehicle was sold he makes sure my experience with it is just as good as when I got it. He's a stand up guy and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle. So I took my 05 dodge that I had just bought 2 weeks prior in for a routine safety inspection. Wanted them to test drive it and and go over everything. They didn t test drive it I sat in the lobby for maybe 20-25 min and they tried telling me I had an oil leak that pooled under my truck and wanted 2400$ to replace a head gasket.wanted me to replace my cabin air filter that was replaced when I bought the truck and I had just replaced the exhaust manifolds wheel bearings and put a new rim on the truck 4 days before taking it in. They didn t do anything I asked for and then I was charged 45$ And lied too. Stay away from the mechanics here they clearly have an agenda to sell unneeded parts. Took the truck to a mechanic in waupaca today and they told me they couldn t see or smell any oil leak. On top of driving it daily and have never seen any oil leaks. Terrible experience.

Went in to purchase a Pacifica. Sales guy was horrible. Did not contact me even after I stated I wanted the one coming in. Was a cash buyer. He said he lost my number. Went back after calling another salesmen there. He stated he would be happy to help me. When I arrived, they sent me right back to the first guy. He didn't even bother to put his phone down and he was obviously not going to help me.Went to Brickner Motors and they bent over backwards to sell me my beautiful new Pacifica. They were also VERY excited to take in my 2018 Acura in trade.Guessing Waupaca has a boys club working the sales floor. Was it because I was a female with many tattoos? Never judge a book by its cover boys....Here is my beauty from Brickner Motors!

I've worked with Petersen Jeep for years and I have to say that from sales to service they've got you covered. I worked with Levi to buy my latest Wrangler and he had all the details I needed and was super friendly. The service department is great too, doing quality, honest work at a fair price. It's nice to have a family owned business to deal with that you know you can trust to treat you right.

They went out of their way to find me the car I wanted, even after a couple cars didn't work out (other dealer issues or they were sold) they kept looking and found one on a Saturday. Monday morning they were up bright and early to go get it, 11 hours later I drove it off the lot.

Many issues with this business. Took my truck in about 4 months ago to have a wheel bearing replaced. When I got it back I could hear a sound coming from that wheel. A friend of mine, an ASE certified mechanic working for another company in town, check the wheel. They had installed the wheel bearing without properly tightening it. When I took it back to have it fixed, upon getting it back, again, they said there was nothing loose and sent me on my way. Again, he inspected the wheel and found that they had tightened it and then proceeded to lie about it.Recently I took the truck in to find out why the $2,000, 75,000 mile tires I had put on just over a year ago were wearing unevenly. I ve had the truck in 3 times for an oil change since then and I was told each time it was too early and unnecessary to rotate the tires. The two rear tires are basically bald and the front are very close to it. I was told that I needed a ball joint replaced, which they did at the same time as the tires, but that the tires weren t covered under the warranty. Keep in mind, this was my father s truck that I inherited when he passed in January of 2022, and I baby it as it s one of the few things I have left of him, so it s not like I m doing doughnuts in the parking lot with it.I will not be returning, I will instead be going to Neville s. Most of the people I know go through them and they have proven themselves to be trustworthy, unlike Peterson.

After a minor accident my car was towed to Petersen's for the mechanical repairs. Kayleigh was fantastic at getting my information and getting me home for Christmas!The entire process was painless and fast!My Technician Troy was friendly and understood that when you are without a car your life can change for the worse. He was lightning fast and the work was done to perfection!!!Bring your vehicles here for repairs and while you're at it, buy one or two. Levi refuses to answer any questions about a vehicle on the lot and tells you to look it up online. When you leave because of his horrible approach to customer service he follows you into the parking lot and blocks you from backing up

Purchased a Jeep last year and was disappointed with the salesman. Tried slipping in things I did not need. He was not very good at explaining what I was paying for. I had to call back several times to cancel a service. Seems like old shady car salesman tricks. Will avoid when looking for a new car.

I have issues with my new vehicle. I was.yold by the tech that the manufacturer didn't put enough oil in my vehicle, and I have to drive it for 500 more miles and bring it back to see if that will fix the issue. If not, tech will check it out. The service department was very helpful and gave me a loner vehicle to drive.
