We just purchased a 2023 Traverse. From the sales man, to manager to adding a trailer hitch thru the service department was an absolute breeze. Andy was great with us and gave us a good trade in value on our vehicle. Taylor was also great to work with along with Jeff (manager, I believe).We have purchased several new vehicles in the past and this by far was the best experience ever. We would highly recommend them!!

Best buying experience I have had with a dealership thus far. Not only was the sales professional Dan extremely thorough and extremely nice, the marketing/finance guy, Taylor who we worked with were phenomenal. Will definitely be back to work with these guys in the future. Very happy with the seamless purchase.

Recently had tires put on my vehicle, they promptly ordered the tires I needed, while price matching from another store!The Service department worked with me to find a time in my schedule to have the work done as soon as possible. The technician Chris got the install work done in a very timely fashion.Overall, Neuville Motors came through on yet another efficient install and repair, they got me back on the road on time for the winter months!

Curteous; helpful in filling out rebate form; on time with what they said how long it would take. Resourceful when I needed to use GM rewards but couldn't remember my ID number for lube/oil/filter.

I had taken my truck in 3 times to Plach auto was charged over 3k in parts/labor and none of that fixed the check engine and reduced power warning, after another $330 charge from them this past week i didnt even get off their lot and the check engine light was on, they obvoiusly didnt drive it after they updated ecm. I came to Neuville aand the mechanic called and explained the issue and actually made sure it was totally fixed took it on a 20 min drive before releasing it back to me, 100% satisfied, great customer service and you have won my business. I'll be in to buy a new Duramax for you all in 2024. Please thank the mechanic for job well done.

I thought I had a bad heater/blower motor. After being checked the tech found nuts had entered the system. I was planning on a $400.00 bill, but it only ended up being $62.00. Great surprise!!

I bought a vehicle for the first time from Neuville motors. I couldn t have been happier with the entire experience! Every person I interacted with made me feel at ease. I have never had such a thorough delivery process. They spent time showing me features of the vehicle that I may have otherwise not known. I had a minor issue with the vehicle a couple weeks after o brought it home and Jeff Neuville didn t hesitate to take care of it for me! I will be back for all my vehicle needs. Excellent service. Neuville Motors squeezed us in for an appt. to check our brakes, and we were so lucky they did as our rear brakes needed replacing ASAP. They gave us a loaner vehicle to use while the brakes were worked on, and that was so great as we really needed it. Friendly, accommodating, and great service!

These guys have no qualms ripping you off. I drove from MN 5.5 hours through the storm to buy a 2020 GMC Sierra Denali which cost close to 60K. Although I arrived in the dark, I noticed a scratch on the drivers door and the salesmen immediately offered me a check for $500. When I got home I naively wrote a 5 star review, however once I washed the car at the end of the winter I saw scratches, dents, and extensive touchup pain on all sides of the vehicle. When I brought it into the body shop, they also told me that the front bumper has been damaged before and there is bondo filling the dent, which also has to be repaired. This is costing me close to 5K to repair and judging by the amount of touch-up pain the dealership was actively trying to cover this up and charge a top dollar. When I called the general manager to voice my dissatisfaction, in the middle of leaving a voicemail, I was hung up on by Jeff Neuville. The guy that sold me the car is Andy William. I guess the joke is on me because I have to eat the cost, but I just wanted other prospective customers to know that this dealership has at least a couple of good old boys, including the owner, who rip people off for a living and do quite well and probably sleep well also.

The best used vehicle buying experience Iv ever had.Worked with both Taylor and Adam. Both were very knowledgeable and patient with all of the questions I had as this is my second time buying a used vehicle. Taylor went above and beyond finding the right financing for me. I would rather take the 4.5 hour ride up there to work with them again then deal with my local dealerships.

We weren't planning on buying a new car. However, after we met with the dealership at Neuville Motors we were sold. Very friendly, honest, tried to get us every penny off the vehicle and didn't use pressure tactics. I've been a Tesla only customer for the past 8 years, but I will now be a Neuville Motors Customer. My experience was so good I just ordered a Chevy Silverado EV.
