Our SUV slid into a ditch on a snowy Sunday morning. They were there within 15 minutes of us calling and quickly had us out and back on the road again. Great service!

It would be nice if they gave you a approximate time of pick up. Nothing said about a list. The repair shop had me set for a time, but tow truck has never showed up yet. Would of known this, would of found a different tow company.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Broke down on a Sunday PM while camping at Hartman Creek. Jake came and loaded our truck and took us back to the campground. Jake said they would try to get it done on Monday but were very busy. Got a call from Nelson's@ 2:00 PM Monday - truck was done. Our vacation was restored by the friendly and efficient customer oriented people at Nelson's. Best service ever!!! I work in the auto repair industry and I wish I could be as good. Don't go anywhere else!!!

My car broke down while we were on vacation in Waupaca and I cannot thank Nelson's Sales & Service enough! Right away when I called they were friendly and patient with me at all times. Quickly checked my car to see what the problem was and it was ready to pick up by 4 PM that day! Can't recommend this place enough, service and staff were top notch!

Had a flat tire on drivers front of car. Car sat all night on road and had all oil in car when it left front where tire went flat. Next day they towed car to my home and car sat there and within a few hours the oils leaked out of oil pan. Took a week or so to get tire fixed so I can get car up on ramps and see why its leaking. Fresh scrapes and a hole in oil pan that wasn't there prior to towing. Called and explained situation and they would not cover it or help at all. Very disappointed in themService: Car towing

When I was in Waupaca and my car wouldn't start, I called Nelson's for a tow. Kim Nelson came immediately, towed my car to New London, and gave us a ride too. Very nice, efficient, and professional! At a reasonable price

Our axel broke on our boat trailer so we needed a flat bed to trailer the boat and boat trailer to the marina to have it fixed.Kim was so professional and took his time to make sure the boat was cared for like his own.Putting a boat and trailer on a flat bed without being able to have the trailer wheels work was no small task, but obviously this was not Kims first rodeo.Thank you Kim!!

Fantastic. Very personable Owner towed vehicle took us to campground and got fixed quickly. We were on vacation couldn't of asked for more Thumbs up at 150%

I called for a tow that was an 1/8th of a mile from my home to a shop. Refused because it was misting
