This was my first time getting my oil changed at Little Wolf (bonus: they rotate tires too). The service was fast and delivered by friendly staff. The price was reasonable as well. They will be working on my Mazda from now on.

Quick service. Quality products. Customer focused. 1 takeaway: the techs need to wipe off the oil from the frame/K-member so it doesn't drip all over the customer's garage floor when they get home. UPDATE: The manager called and apologized and has addressed it with his team. That's a sign of a good business!

As is usual, my experience this morning at Little Wolf was exceptional. An oil change and tire rotation were handled efficiently and quickly by one of their friendly personnel. I would definitely recommend their services.

Had a coupon for 59.97$ for full sythentic!They told me it was a misprint because there prices went up! They charged me 89.97$ for the sythentic. The usual is 109.00$!I will not bring doing business there no more neither will my family!They could of least honored the coupon since it was validPlus they spilled oil all over the engine when they filled it

OUTSTANDING service!!Adrin helped with a complication, he really knew what he was doing!! He was SO positive, respectful and really kind!! All while the phone was ringing, a rush of people were coming and going along with helping other workers!Great experience!!

Well organized quick service. In and out for oil change and wiper blades. Cory is very efficient and explained needing additional filter change and why I could wait for tire rotation. I came in today for my first oil change since getting my new car. I expressed that i 100% had no clue what i was doing & they guys were GREAT! They showed me some basics under the hood & changed my oil, they were funny, cracking jokes & making me laugh. It was a really good experience since i was nervous coming in. They loved my blinged out interior & even drove my car in & out of the shop for me. Who knew getting my oil changed could totally turn my entire day around for the better! Thanks again

They make it fast and easy to get your oil change done and their hours are very convenient. The staff is also very friendly and talkative and you can tell they get along well.

Excellent customer service, 2 separate locations caused confusion on my part but it worked out thanks to Adrian.A little intimidating being surrounded by men, a woman on staff would lighten the atmosphere.Overall clean, huge service center, and willing to work with you and what you have for a vehicle.Will go there againServices: Exhaust, Oil change

The quick lube location is fast, the guys are friendly and they do a great job. They found something a prior shop had done incorrectly, and showed it to me before they corrected it.Always great service.One time I had an issue with my vehicle shaking badly on a drive home, dropped it off at night and left a voicemail of my concerns, the next morning they discovered several of my lug nuts were loosened, they didn t charge me a dime to tighten them and sent me on my way on time for work.Really great customer service.Services: Tires, Oil change
