Friendly staff and they were knowledgeable. We were able to obtain the parts we were looking for with no hassle. Bonus for me, they had a few toys up front to keep my little one busy. I loved seeing that they will check your check engine light if needed.

Dropped $300 on a higher end OBD reader. Got home and pulled it out of the box. The screen was completely chewed up and the box was held together with duct tape on the inside. I cannot believe they accepted that return. Gave it two stars because the return took two seconds.Went back home and bought one online.

My bmw had a belt slipped off and the only thing that made it s better was Redbeard he s super nice and has a great attitude very helpful and educated about cars. Thanks for the great service!!!

Wonderful service. Above and beyond! Needed windshield wipers and stopped on my way home from work. Not only did the salesman help me find my size, he offered to install them for me! Get that from a big box store!! I will definitely be back! THANK YOU!

I usually come here when I need auto parts. Today I went because my lug bolt key had rounded out and I was desperately needing a new one in the case that I ever needed to take off my wheel. The guy at the counter knew right where one with my spline pattern was, brought it out, and it worked perfectly for my lug bolts. Great service and saved me from a huge headache.

Had a dead battery. Called O'Reilly. They came 2 my home, jumped the car, then installed a new battery for me within 15 mins. Charged no additional service fee. Went above n beyond!

My friend s car was having issues on a Sunday so we drove here and they not only helped us find what we needed, they let us borrow tools to help us get it fixed right in that moment. They were extremely hospitable and patient!

Very helpful staff who took the time to make sure I had the right oil and filter for my vehicle. Also take the used oil and filter to recycle. I will definitely go back for my automotive needs.

Super helpful, free tool rentals. As any auto parts store, you will save a lot if you can wait and order from an online parts store.
