My experience with You Drive it Now was overall good. The interest rate is astronomical. You have to understand that going in. That s just the nature of subprime loans. Obviously if you have decent credit or a co-signer go elsewhere. They said yes when everyone else said no or wanted several thousand dollars down. They always worked with me whenever needed to move my pay date. I paid my car off in 2 years and I m satisfied with it.

Ryan was absolutely amazing! I thought I would never be able to get another vehicle let alone a nice reliable vehicle, but Ryan worked his magic. Trust me when I say they accept bad credit. Just have a job and income. I truly appreciate everything Ryan was able to do for me. I will recommend to all my friends and family.

WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. We took this loan out in January 2021. We tried paying this loan off in August 2022 and were strongly advised not to. We were told here it would hurt our credit. We contacted them last Wednesday and wanted to pay the loan in full, more than five months early. We talked to the finance guy, Dan and said we'd call back shortly to pay it in full. We did call back and left numerous messages for him. We left messages with the lady who answers the phones. She told us we could not pay the loan in full through her. We'd have to talk to the finance guy Dan. We called repeatedly the next two days, after we learned the longer we had the loan, the longer interest would be added to this loan daily . Explains why Dan didn't call us back. His job is to make as much money as possible for the bank. We called every half hour on Friday finally getting a hold of Dan. He never returned any of our phone calls. We paid the loan two days after we tried to. After we told Dan this company is shady, and he said " Oh well, it's a service in high demand." Shady Shady Shady , No different than any collector. Heartless and money hungry. Nothing more .

There is no way to pay for you loan online. You have to hope for someone to answer the phone and if not your loan will be marked late and they will authorize a payment without your approval. It is 2023. There is NO good reason why this is not an option. That is actually a tad bit shady. They will not work on buying my car back when it has good value and they can still make more than double reselling it so I can buy a different car through them. I will have to take my money elsewhere. Do no buy a car from here and have your time wasted.

At first Ryan was very polite and helpful about everything we had questions with. He assured us that even with the car being a used car we had a very reliable car for our kids to be in. 2 days after we purchased the vehicle it broke down wouldn t start. Ryan told us it was our problem and then after calling corporate he had a tow truck come and he fixed the problem a week later the check engine light is blinking on and off and both Ryan and Dan said it s what is expected for a used car and since it s in our name even with their warranty it s our issue. We take it to their shop and Tyler the mechanic said nothing was wrong when I tell him all these problems we are having he said with the light blinking it is a misfire and someone could have easily cleared that code when I asked about the knocking noise on the front passenger tire he and asked if he drove it on the interstate because it makes the noise going over 55 he stated both Ryan and Dan told him not to look at that or even take it on the interstate to hear that. We take the car home it s making a loud noise and it wasn t their before and the knocking noise is louder. We look under the hood and all fluids are almost empty. Tyler said all fluids looked good and there is no leaking anywhere. They lie all they want is money and they are so disrespectful after you pay them. Do not recommend to anyone save your money and headaches from these people

I had a car with these people years ago and they start off by giving good customer service but then it goes downhill as soon as you drive off the lot in one of those lemons that they sell you. Believe me, they sold me not one but 2 cars that were overpriced and had multiple problems. Seeing the reviews now doesn t seem to reflect that they have changed the way they operate. There are numerous of other places to go to that will help people will extremely paid credit. I thought they were my only option too when I was referred here but that s so not true. They suck! Go elsewhere people!

Best Car Dealership. Staff is awesome, they help with payments, they do it all when it comes to finding a nice car that drives good. A-Z Even building your credit score, which is even more of a plus for when you get your next car. Go check them out! and stop searching the internet for a cars.

At first they seemed decent, Ryan was polite and helpful. I mentioned an issue with the front brakes when I test drove the vehicle and they fixed it but I also mentioned the catalytic converter and exhaust which was never addressed. I was told to call their shop to look at it but never received a response even after leaving numerous messages. I also thought that they were supposed to test the emissions before they sold it but nope, when I took it in, it didn't pass because the check engine light was on which I didn't see because the bulb is either missing or burnt out. I then took it to have it tested for the codes and it just happened to be the catalytic converter. The rear driver's side window quit working, after they fixed the front brakes, my wheel weight fell off and I believe there's a bad bearing on the front passenger side. The 4X4 acts up. I haven't even had the vehicle for a year and it's falling apart. I don't bother trying to contact them anymore because they are condescending when I try to deal with them. When I would contact them if I was short on cash and asked them to wait on taking out the payment, I got no response and they tried taking the payment every day untill I got the cash in my account. I will NEVER deal with them again and I will NOT recommend anyone else to go here. They take advantage of people and it's horrible.

I had my 2013 Hyundai Sonata for a 1yr and a half and never had problems at all they are very reasonable they work with u even if u are having a rough time out of life THEY WILL WORK WITH U 100%

Was extremely satisfied (10/10) by the kind of services and more so help extended by Michael. I have suffered with a repo and a bankruptcy. He took the time to explain my credit and how to improve my situation. I was so apprehensive, I had been turned down so many times. Michael made the process easy. I felt like I made a friend. I will definitely recommend You Drive It Now in Waukesha all my family and friends. The only reason to buy the car from You Drive It Now for me Michael. I have been in contact with Michael for last few weeks now and I totally trust him now especially after our previous bad car experiences. He also explained everything nicely and stayed and helped right till end. Thanks once again for a 5 star service.

Best place ever to get a car w a 1000 down payment that doesn't factor your credit score to qualify! Just make sure you can get insurance on your new car! Mention me then ask about their special deals!

Ryan was amazing helped me get into a car with in 20 min with bad credit and 1000$ down . Really low car payments . I d def go back over and over again if I could ! Mention me for a good deal.

I never thought anyone would approve me for a car with my credit being so mess up.. but yes you drive it now did I was one happy person ...got my dream car 2011 lime green kia soul with a sunroof I love it ..and the person who help me was cindy Hubert she was amazing person thanks again you guys rock...
